Not given payment of tower installation

Hi this is kiran from dombivali,mumbai, tikona wireless broadband had signed mou from me that they will give me cheque payment of rs.6000 annually for tower installation on my building,I had gave NOC for my three buildings & they had installed the tower also,more than 3 months over from tower installation they had not given me single payment.I request them they should give me the payment at the earliest or i have to take legal action...

Dear All,

I have booked your tikona service on 28/2/10 & given cheque of Rs.3303/- to Mr.Harsh (Tikona Sales Advisor). He confirmed me about installation on same day (means Sunday). But some reason he did not complete that day. he has given reason that company does not have cable for installation.

Non Installation Of Service

I applied for a connection with Tikona Broadband on 15 February 2010. The representative came and checked my site for signal and took the documents, application form and a cheque of Rs 500/- on 21 February 2010. I was promised that the installation will occur the same day.

Provided false and worst Net connection

have taken this net connection on 26 nov 2009. before that the companys sales boy came and shown me the demo he told me yes you can take connection as signal is proper because its wireless service so i gave him a check of Rs.500 as a installation charges. Internet Not working and not giving refund of installation charges

I stay in mulund west and I had taken Tikona internet services by paying installation charges of 500 Rs.They had come for inital survey and told that the signal is fine.However after paying up they came after few days did the installation and it didnt work,they connected some antennas and also kept some unit hanging in air in the balcony but still it was not working.

Poor Service and Poor Connectivity

1.) From 24th of Jan i am unable to connect the internet connection till yesterday.

2.) Daily i used to call customercare and chat for 20min atleast but still there was no response till date

Horrible customer and internet service

I had got my net connection on 3rd/4th of Jan. I was dismayed by the kind of Internet broadband connection they provide which only gives a speed of 2-3KBps at 2 o'clock in the night.

Slow speed

I am Unsatisfied with Tikona service. My problem is speed had adopted 599/- plan with Unlimited downloading and uploading.
Speed I get it is 6kbps to 130kbps ranges with time. I have continues calling to customer care service all the technical and managers in the customer care says give us 48hours, Sir i had taken tikona service on 11th of 2009 December ensuring that your service will be good but your company Tikona is worst and fooling...

Pathetic Net connect Speed

Pathetic speed and customer support.
They commit many things but does not fulfill even a third of what is committed.
I reside in Thane (West), Maharashtra and I had taken a plan of Rs.899 for which i was told that i would get speed of 600KbPS and i am getting speed lower than 100kBPS. All the more pathetic is their customer support which would keep on telling lies about some network upgradation and giving you next week as date...

Non responsive Customer Care

I am trying to get the live demo for theier products for the last five days.

While marketing they claimed that a live demo will be arranged within two days.
Let alone live demo nobody has bothered to even call to take an appointment till date.
Everytime I call their customer care they tell me they have escalated the matter and give me a new request / complaint no. but to no avail.

low speed on broadband internet

I am having Tikona broadband connection with Consumer ID [protected] ans subscribed their highest available plan UL1249 which claimes to give 1Mbps speed, I never get speed more than 400Kbps and some times even less than 100Kbps but inspite of complaining almost daily to costomercare since last one month there is no resolution of problem and now i am fed-up calling them but never get a satsfactory answers....
