slow speed and net disconnect problem...
no help from customer care.

complained about 5 times to the customer care in past 4 dayz regularly of this company no responce from the concern team or the department. the customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer... they jus say sorry nthing else... n every time they say that 48 hours... i m just tired of it... in starting it was working awesome... bt now i dnt know what has happened to it... Complaing from past 4 days... please help me.

Hi,
I have been facing similar connections problem.

* connections is not stable
* speeds while download suddenly goes down from 30/40 kbps to 1/2 kbps
* cant even play online game as response time from server is too slow (normally it should be
fraction of m/sec but now its taking 5/7 secs )
* Gets same response from customer service everytime.
Currently on 600 kbps plan
- Previous ISP with 150 kbps was way much better than TIKONA
Dont know whether its because of their server overload? or crap equipments.

Yes, i agree with you all. i am kanika wadhawan I had a bad experience with tikona . I took their services on trial basis, they never gave speed which they promised. I told them on 2nd july 2010 to disconnect my services which they did not . I am never logged in after 2nd July 2010. After mailing Swaminathan, Nagesh and veer garg . They promised me they will disconnect but havent done so far. They had sent me the bill for the period for which i told them long back to disconnect. Please help .
NO DOWNLOAD SPEED

3.4 kbps speed
block all torrents web server.
block all perticular download sits orbit etc.
BSNL IS best 56kb/s
at 512kbps plan

    I am using Tikona Broadband connection since last 5 months and I contacted the customer care around 30 times regarding the same signal strength issue.Nothing is systematic there with them.Not even a single person is able to understand your problem there.
    I have raised complain to Tikona Customer care as follow:

    [protected]on 19th may 2010) etc....

    I have called customer care lots of (15-19) times, but from there thay told every time tomorrow our executive will visit..but nobody has came..and still we are facing that problem.

    can anybody help us???

      Those who are planning to take a new Internet connection,Please read this issue here.I am using Tikona Broadband connection since last 2 months and I contacted the customer care around 30 times regarding the same signal strength issue.Nothing is systematic ther with them.Even though you want to make payment there are so many problems.Not even a single person is able to understand your problem there.
      Better you dont face the same problem.

      The waste connection i have ever seen.
      I will rate 2/10.
      They will roam around you to give you connection but after giving it they won't ever solve your issue unless you threat them to disconncet.

      Specially those who stay in Marhathalli,Bangalore Please Be Careful.

      I had taken TIKONA WiFi on the 20/07/2010. Till date i have not used the services and facing a lot of problems. Also received the bill for inspite of not using the servies. Also having talked to nodal officer (MUMBAI) the problem is not sorted...
      SO BE CAREFUL WHEN U WANT TO GO FOR TIKONA>>>>

        Dear Sir/Madam

        Introducing me as Gorle.Nagavali, booked a wi-fi internet connection with TIKONA Digital Network, bangalore on 3-May-2010. While booking connection along with required documents I submitted a SBI cheque for 4800 INR dated 3-May-2010. On 5-May-2010 Tikona technical team visited my home and found that there is no signal in my area for Tikona. And on 10-May-2010 my cheque is been claimed by Tikona Digital Networks. Soon after I notice the claim I spoke to Tikona customer care and asked for my claim and also raised a complaint with them, but they are delaying the payment back to me.

          I am a subscriber of internet services with Tikona Digital Networks since Dec 09, with a/c no. [protected]. I am unable to login into my account and access the internet services. There have been persistent problems with their services since installation. They have been attending to my complaints regularly with temporary resolution every time. However, I last made a complaint on 4th May 2010 with a reminder few days later. However, till now my complaint has not been resolved, inspite of promises by the service provider to resolve it soon.

            I have been using internet services since 1995 and even at that time, services were better than what Tikona is providing in 2010. I got so frustrated that eventually I had to contact Prakash Bajpai, the MD and owner of the company on Linked In and his response was even worse than what the customer care guys provided. . After providing him the account details, his response was:-

            I again sent him a mail but i got no reply.Prakash Bajpai and his company is a fraud, they are cheats and unprofessional So this is what happened.

            I got my connection installed, however from the very first day I faced issues of low connection speed. They promised speeds of 32kpbs but i only got speeds on 12 kbps. So after a couple of days, I decided to complain and since I had the number of the local guy who had booked my connection, I called him up and he sent somebody over immediately to resolve the issue. Even after that I only got speeds of 16 kbps.

            Now what they did was that they installed an antenna to the Ruckus modem, Since the length of the antenna wire is not that long and cannot be altered, the only option I had was to get the modem installed near a window and plug it in into a socket which had not been connected to the inverter. I asked them if they could alter the length of the wire or make any alternate arrangements but they told me this is the best they would be able to do. So every time there was a power failure, I would not be able to access the internet

            So then on my own, I moved the modem to an alternate place and this lead to a wire hanging right in the middle of my living room. There was an alternate arrangement which could have been made which was to drill a hole through the wall and then place the antenna outside which would have just solved the purpose.

            So then i called up Tikona Care. I told them that this is the case and if they could send a linesman to do the wiring properly. I waited for a few days, no one turned up, I called them up again and no one turned up again. And this thing kept repeating itself and by the end some one turned up, it had already been a month and I must have made at least 8 calls or more.

            So when finally some one turned up, they had a look at what could be done and since they were just technicians and not linesman, they did not have the equipment to drill a hole through the wall and they left it as it was and said Tikona does not have any linesman and this you will have to get it done on your own.

            Imagine to my frustration, someone turns up after a month and after repeatedly requesting them and then they ask me to make the arrangements on my own, how would one feel.

            So in between all this while, i started getting calls to make the payment. I kept telling them that I would only make the payment after you do the wiring properly. They kept promising me that they would send some soon and thrice they called me and promised the same thing, but no one showed up again. So then they would again call me up and ask for payment, and I told them the same thing, do the wiring properly and take your money, and now I will only pay after a month because you made me wait that long, and I will make you wait that long and in between if you disconnect my connection, then you can forget about payment.

            So they disconnected my connection. Now I was working on my new business venture and internet was my lifeline. It would have taken a few days to get a new service provider, and since I wasn't left with any option, I thought of making the payment online and renewing my account. Now their payment system is such that once someone's services get deactivated, he cannot log in into his account to make the payment, he can't pay by cash and the only option left was that I go to the bank and drop a cheque and only once after they received the payment, my connection would have been activated again, which meant I had to wait another couple of days or more and since I had to wait that long anyhow, I decided to go with another service provider.

            And then after a couple of weeks I get a call from this lady from your collections department to make the payment and i described what happened to her and that I won't make the payment, and then she has the cheek to tell me - aap connection use karna jaante hain, par payment karna nahi jaante......aukaat nahi thi hai payment karne ki....n then she threatens me......aapki sehat ke liye theek nahi hoga agar aap payment nahi kareinge.

            What happened next? You did your payment? (which you are not supposed to?)
            this is one of the employee from tikona .
            tikona is not only cheeting the customers, they are also cheeting their own technicians. they are getting work from the technicians and not paying the salaries what they promised. and not payong in right time.
            my suggestion to everyone is that don't become fools by taking theconnection of tikona.
            if still eneybody are using the tikona conn. just cancel it.

              I am working professional .before 2 months I tried to take broadband connection and paid for it when technician came, he was not able to connect it on account of signal and he said your money will be given,after one month i got a bill also(even i paid initially) through mail and even physical copy.


              I sent a lot of mails regarding this issue, they always give complaints no. even i gave them a threat of consumer forum but no response.

                Tikona still has a long time to reach the top, and it has to improve in every aspects of services. On 13th May 2010, at 12 noon I called to its toll free number [protected] to enquire about the connection procedure. In the evening 2 agents approached to take my documents and check my residential address. After these were done, and I paid installation fee of Rs. 500. Next day, 14th May at about 3 PM a technician stepped for installation and providing the modem for connection. He also did everything accordingly and left the place. I was impressed by the punctuality of getting the connection within 2 days.

                I chose the plan of 300 kbps @ Rs.599 per month. But in reality I should pay Rs. 599 + 10.3% service tax + Rs. 75 for monthly modem charge. In this way it totals to Rs. 735 approximately. Anyway I accepted it. But now the problem is with the actual download speed. Everyone choose a plan as per the speed as well as the monthly rent. On 14th May, after the technician left I downloaded a movie "Repo Men", and the transfer rate was more than 250 KB/s (just like 2 mbps plan). I was so shocked on seeing the speed, as it was more than my plan. But when at night at about 9 PM, the transfer rate came down to 38 KB/s with the actual 300 kbps plan.

                Now, on 15th May 2010 morning at 11 AM when I was downloading NOD32 antivirus software I noticed my transfer rate was hardly 20 KB/s. Then I checked the download speed at speedtest.tikona and it resulted my download speed was only 145 kbps whereas it should be 300 kbps as according to plan. Then I called to the toll free Customer Care Eexecutive again, and she told that an engineer will be sent within 48 hours. Meanwhile my download speed sometime reaches to 290 kbps, and sometime 145 kbps without any constant speed.

                CCE also reasoned me it was due to fluctuating signal of the tower. But who cares with this silly excuses? It only means we should not take any connection if there is no any proper tower signal otherwise it is simply better to use a mobile GPRS than this kind of hopeless WiFi connection.

                Now, if still they don’t take any action against this decreased speed then I shall discontinue after first bill, and never recommend any of my friend to take Tikona connection. And for this I’m a sufficient proof with experiences. Thousand times NO NO from my side.

                Please never choose for Tikona unless it is widely declared as a reliable broadband service provider.

                Hi..This is regarding Tikona broadband connection...Its pathetic...dont even get one..we had requested for the broadband & in less than 48 hrs engineer was sent n we were given one...we had requested for wireless connection on 9th may & got wired connection on 11th may eveninga rnd 6pm...The engineer promised to give wireless in 2 days n he said theres some tower work goin on in your area..(andheri-mumbai) and the speed will be bit low for a day..then its goin to be fine, .

                I infact to be on safer side raised an onlien complaint to tikona customercare about teh wireless connection which we had requested...But in vain...they promised in 48 hrs they ll get back to you..but not a single person has got back...

                Meanwhile when we call the person who had given us the connection-he tries escapin [protected]@ times convinces sayin probem nahi hain n all...n he ll get back in 5 min, 10 min, ..(which never happens) its just our phone bill n energy which is wasted tryin to talk to him...

                we are now tryin to get our 6 months money which he had taken from us (he convinced syain theres offer where i[censored] take for 6 months-u ll get 1 month internet free n installation free n all) suddenly when we were speakin to customer care they say that we need to hv sepaarte wirless modem which is chargeable...the engineer never told us abt the charges...this is utter cheating...


                dont ever get into this tikona wireless connection...we hope to recover soon n get some other broadband form other service provider...
                I completely agree. I had the same experience as you, including the hurried, instant connection within a day. looks like they are in a hurry to grab customers for their sub-standard service. Also, they had told me that it was a fixed cost of 600 per month plus 75 for wireless (it never works on wireless anyway so that's pointless). But on my first bill, they have also charged an extra 386 for antivirus and plan charges, which they conveniently omitted to tell me when I got the connection - even though I specifically confirmed monthly expenses with them.

                I have asked them several times from the first week onwards to discontinue the service because the network is always down and the speed is extremely slow, but they have not. I have lost business and clients because of this pathetic service and I don't intend to pay their bill or continue with their service.

                I would not recommend them to anyone. Beware of this company and its false promises.

                  Dear Friends,
                  I am one of the customer like you all, I have taken the connection on 6th March and after a week service went down,inspite of several complaints engineer haven't visited and I have escalated this to their nodal officer MR. Vikas Bhosale (mumbai) and to their sales and customer care head but these shameless people never come back.I have raised disconnection request and after 15 days they disconnted the service but sent me the bill for 2 months and when I called the customer care he says, your connection is active.
                  Really I have never seen such a cheater and pathetic company where from top to bottom these people are cheating.

                  I am recomending to all the people that we will either go to consumer court together or go to media , to teach a leason to these frauds, otherwise they will continue to cheat the consumers.

                  Please pass my message to all tikona complain forum and together we file a case against them and include the media.

                  Mission is to teach such people that Indians consumers are not idoits and will not tolerate such kind of practices, if you think that going to the court for such things is wastage of time and 1000 of cases are pending, then this is wrong as consumer courts are fast and work effective if there are mass complaints of same nature and we can highlight this to media also.
                  Please join hands otherwise these type of companies will continue to play the games

                    I have taken tikona on 28 March 2010.
                    For initial 2 weeks i got the good connection speed. Problem started after 2nd week. The router was not able to catch the signal. Even after giving the complain non of tikona engg came to attend the complain in 15 days. After 15 days there service engg came and told that there was no network coverage in your area so we can help it. Then I applied for an Refund of my deposit.
                    instead of giving refund they have Raise an invoice of 875Rs.(my fix plan amount is 500Rs only and deposit of 500rs which i have given at the time of installation)
                    Can you please help in this.

                    TIKONA WIBRO — No one to attend COMPLAINTS

                    No one is attending the Complaints o[censored]sing this 3rd grade Tikona wibro internet services since one complete month o[censored]sage. i was not getting good speed, as per my plan i was getting 100 to 300 kbps speed, my net was getting disconnected regularly. I alredy complaint Tikona call center.call no[protected]Feb10),[protected]March10), No one is attended the call but complaint status was closed,[protected]March10) this complaint is in progress till the date(31March10) ,[protected]March10) complaint closed, no one attended , My new complaint[protected]March10) see what Tikona will do now ?

                    Tikona — No network

                    My name is Madhavi Kulkarni from Pune and my user I d is [protected] . I have taken Tikona CB 299 plan on 14/6/2010 by paying 500/- installation charges by cheque No. 358809 dt.13/6/2010 drawn on HDFC Bank br.Hingne khurd, Pune. The Broad Band connection was thereafter installed after two days and thereafter it any how worked for 2 days at very slow speed. Thereafter it has not been working and lon-in page is not displayed and shows "internet explore cannot display web-page". Since 19 th June 2010 I have been making complaints to the customer care of Tikona over their Toll free number and I talked to customer care officers viz pooja, Dilip, Archin, Rahul etc and every time they assured that my complaint was forwarded under Complaint No.[protected] and that their engineer would arrive at residence and problem would be resolved shortly. However neither their Engineer has arrived nor has the problem been solved. Thereafter on 24/6/2010 I lodged complaint through Indian complaint forum stating that if my problem is not solved immediately I would be constrained to approach consumer forum against Tikona for refund of money and also for damages for the mental agony. Thereafter Customer officer called me and informed that there is network problem in that area.
                    Thereafter after checking my HDFC bank Account statement I came to know that the abovesaid cheque of Rs. 500/ given by me as installation charges, has not been yet encashed by Nikona. As the broad band service has not been working since 19/6/2010 and as their customer officers are unable to inform as to when the problem will be solved, I thought it proper to stop the payment of the cheque and accordingly I stopped payment of cheque. Hence concerned officers of Tikona are requested to kindly note the said fact and unsubscribe me in respect of said broad band connection and arrange to take back all connection accessories of broad band connection, as early as possible.
                    i m very disappointing with tikona wi bro new connectivity system from past 5 days i m waiting for my new connection but no one come at my place and no one know wen get it done i called to Mr. Shyam (Kandivali Branch)-[protected] he also not responding my call and i also launched complaint in call centre but he also doesn't reply properly, i want some responsible person reply me wen it will be done or if not den reply me in written wy im not getting connection

                    when i went to the office of tikona they said that the tower from where the signals passes to my area is on changing process.this reason is given to me every time sincs last one month. the language used to me was very rough and on high tone by the salse officer of tikona.
                    so i request you to take proper measures to resolve the problem soon, if not i request u to disconnect my connection and resume connection when the problem is resolve completly.

The documents that i have submitted while getting he connection has the NAME "ARSH JAIN". They punched the wrong details. also my email id was punched wrong . now they tole me to resubmit my documents. why should i resubmit. it was theier fault that they put the wrong details. I have even wrote to their NODAL OFFICER MR. NAGESH PRASAD. But he is also not bothered. why he is made the nodel officer when hi cant clear the consumer complaints.

                    Please help me in getting my details corrected.

                      Hi,

                      This is Vishal from Noida. I have had a real bad experience from TIKONA WI-BRO services.

                      Here goes my list of issues:

                      1. They promised a Wi-Bro ; but the guys who came up to set up the connection were unable to install the WI-Bro software ( guess it doesnt work with windows Vista or at least they didnt know the trick). However they provided a LAN wire recommending this will do for 1-2 days after which their EXECUTIVE will come and fix WI-BRO in 1 or 2 days; which hasnt happened for 2 months now even after thousand calls.

                      2. Speed- I wanted an unlimited download option and did not need a supersonic speed so went for a 300 kb/s plan. But never thought it would be so horrible that sometimes it would even struggle to open google search page. speedtest.net shows even as low as 40 kb/s at times ( if it opens).

                      3. customer care- all the above problems and sometime internet totally down-as discussed by others. Some lady or a guy struggling with his english ; more often than not would just repeat--"I am sorry sir"; "I understand your problem Sir"; "I am trying my best sir"; you will definitely get a call tomorrow" but nothing ever happens; no one has visted my house from TIKONA since the activation.

                      4. They lie and they know nothing technically and at the most they can only tell you to get your IP address and to ping the default gateway; which you wont be able to anyway, because there wont be any connection active so no default gateway.

                      5. If you tell them that the green light of your router is on and you are still not able to connect ; they will revert saying its a problem with your PC....

                      6. sometimes; my system shows an 'UNIDENTIFIED LAN connection' and 'No internt connection' ( when I am not able to connect to internet); when you tell this to this damn customer care they behave as if they have never heard of such a scenario.

Funniest; at one instant; the customer care guy told me 3-4 times that he has logged my complaint and even gave me a request number; without even taking my user ID; when I confronted him asking how could he do that ; he replied he used my phone number to raise the complaint; when I asked him my phone number ; he was like.. mm.. ahem...

                      The list goes on..I am yet to see the DIVINE executive of TIKONA; hope I can see one of such species in my lifetime.. ( if it still exists on earth.. hope the last one is not getting killed by some TIKONA customers as i write this note) nevertheless; I am getting rid of TIKONA ASAP.

                      Lots of people are getting cheated by TIKONA the same way. They should be punished by law. Its a fraud company.
                      Hi, I took Tikona service on 4th Feb 2011. My user Id is [protected]. Mine is 600 Kbps unlimited. At time of taking connection I have been given false assurance. From the second day Itself it started showing it's true color. The download speed touched it's all time lo of 60 Kbps. When I asked I have been told that this is the policy. For 600 Kbps speed after 6GB data usage speed will come down (not told specifically what should be the reduced rate). This policy was never ever told by anybody at the time of taking connection even it's not mention any where in the policy details or terms and condition. On calling the customer care they always feel sorry but never take any steps. Fortunately one day a person came after so many complain but he was also clueless. I requested them to take their connection back by returning my security deposit back since they haven't kept their words. But still they haven't done the same. Tikona as an ISP sucks for a big time. This is a fraud company whose 99% customers are not satisfied. I request Govt authority to take the license of this cheater company to prevent some more people to become the victim of such fraud groups.

                        This is regarding Tikona's "GOOD FOR NOTHING" internet service which they are running in NOIDA.
                        I took the Tikona internet connection in April 2010.
                        It was all good the very 1ST day, I called up the customer care, a guy from the collections came to collect the money and required documents within an hour.
                        He prmoised that the connection will get started within a Day.
                        But there was no sign of any thing happenning for the next few days, until I called up the customer care atleast 5 times.
                        Finally a guy came only after 5 days to setup the connection.

                        Again it was all ok for the very 1st day, the signals were fine and I was able to connect.
                        Starts 2nd day, and I have not been able to connect the internet because there are no signals anywhere inside or near my house.
                        The modem is a piece of JUNK. I have not been able to connect even when I stand outside my house in the open or on the terrace.
                        There are NO SIGNALS NOWHERE.

                        I called up the customer care like a 20 times in last 25 days, each time I got the same reply "Sir, you request is under process, you will recieve a request# on your mobile, and our technician will visit your home tomorrow"
                        I have recieved no request# on my mobile for the complaints I have logged and there is no GOD DAMN sign of no Technician.

                        Its been 25 days since I am trying get a technician to fix this. I have also called them up to have the connection disconnected.
                        But they are even not willing to visit and disconnect and take away their modem.
                        Adding to the misery I have recieved a bill of Rs220 for using nothing at all (and I guess for calling their customer care and disturbing their DUMB Customer Care Representatives).

                        Please take some strict action against this fraud company.

                        I am completely agree with you, I am one of the customer like you, I have taken the connection on 6th March and after a week service went down, inspite of several complaints engineer haven't visited and I have escalated this to their nodal officer MR. Vikas Bhosale (mumbai) and to their sales and customer care head but these shameless people never come back.I have raised disconnection request and after 15 days they disconnted the service but sent me the bill for 2 months and when I called the customer care he says, your connection is active.
                        Really I have never seen such a cheater and pathetic company where from top to bottom these people are cheating.

                        I am recomending to all the people that we will either go to consumer court together or go to media, to teach a leason to these frauds, otherwise they will continue to cheat the consumers.

                        Please pass my message to all tikona complain forum and together we file a case against them and include the media.

R.K.Puram nor it is been installed at C-14/A DDA Flats Munuirka. Few days back I came to know that there is no network in R.K.Puram or Munirka. So kindly refund our money or else forcible we will be going to Consumer Court than how to extract money from you that will only be the duty of court and you will not pay us Rs.500/- but 24% penal interest and frustration we are facing making calls to u. So be good and refund the money do not force us.

                        I totally agree with you i facing the similar problem with this service provider, Government should take a necessary action against such companies and should be banned. Many people are suffering from such service.
                        Yes, i agree with you all, I took tikona on 26th of May 2010, the services were so poor slow connection that i had to tell them to disconnect . i told them everyday to disconnect, on 2nd of July 2010, i told them to disconnect and they have't done so till date they also send me the bill on this date for 2 months for which i have never used their services.
                        Please help.
                        I guess there is nothing we can do except spreading the awareness.
                        We don't want to waste our time going to courts knowing the conditions of courts in India where there is extremely hard to get justice and when we have other important stuff in life to deal with.

                        They have not been able to cease their operations even when we have more than 23 pages of complains registered here, with more than 20 complains per page.

                        So my advise is to use the internet to spread the awareness.
                        Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, and other social networking websites will help for sure.

                          I just got my 600kps plan with Unlimited downloading and uploading TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK HI SPEED BROADBAND connection yesterday. The Speed is very Frustrating! Since yesterday the speed that I get is not more than 4kbps and it keep getting disconnected too.

                          I also came to know from the engineer that the "Wireless Receiver is not free". They are charging Rs 75 a month for it. The IDIOTIC sales executives didn't even have the decency to inform customer regarding this.

                          People don't make the same mistakes like me. TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK HI SPEED BROADBAND IS JUST A WASTE OF MONEY!

                          Buddy seems you are confusing nano station with their all home solution.

                          I have been using tikona and speed is ok. U get a nano station with every connection and i[censored] want to connect wierelessly across ur home u may opt for all home solution for they charge rs.75/month. It is present in their information material. You may find it on their website also.

                          For speed issues you may contact their nodal officer i[censored]r issue is long pending.

                            Your REP Mr. Sahil (Mob: [protected]) came to me and had explained me the following:-

                            1) There is a monthly plan for Rs. 49 in which net surfing is free in addition to that 100 mb download free, after that it will be charged @ 90 paise per KB.

                            2) Installation charges free.

                            3) Rs. 500/- cheque (i.e. 10 months payment) after that you have to make payment.

                            But when I inquired from customer care, they said that the information given to me was false.

                            I request Consumer Court to take stringent action against the fraudulent as thousand of customer suffering.

                            Hey it seems there is alot of confusion. I was on their CB49 plan, the plan which u have mentioned above. In it u get 100 mbs free downaloding and after dat every mb will be charged at 80p. after ur bill reaches 999 rupees u will be allowed to surf for free at 64kbps. everything is available on site. www.tikona.in

                            he told me plan as:
                            500 rs for installation charges
                            beyond my mb limit i'll be charged.

                            Tikona broadband — False Information about a Internet service

                            This Tikona is falsely distributing its services. My Net plan was like having speed of 2 mbps for first 4 GB Download and 256 kbps it will give for rest of download for a particular month. But till date i never got speed of 2 mbps. isnt this frustating. Tikona is really , hole.

                              Hi All, I would like you to know that don;t go with Tikona Broad band Services. when i took the services from them they asked me and its stamped as well the installation changres waived off. however when i recived my bill its reflecting in that when i called tikona care for raise a complaint they told me as per there data base that information does not excit. compant number is[protected] if some one help me and sort this thing out . i am ready to pay for used amount but not which i have not paid.

                              tikona company is lier and cheater . tikona have no method for paying bill in cash . most of the costumers are students how could he /she sumbit the cheque or cash that is the big fault of tikona company . this is a shameless company .and very big cheater. please take some action against this problem soon as problem...

                                I had registered for a broadband connection with the newly launched broadband servics company : Tikona Wi-Bro, and I have to admit, the quality of the connection and the quality of their customer care is 3rd grade - very pathetic.

                                1st it took them 6 days to arrange a connection for me. Post getting the connection, the internet services offered was even shabbier - erratic connectivity, low signal strength and very poor downloading speed. Frustrated, I decided to disconnect my connection - and this is where the hopeless customer care of Tikona Wi-Bro came into picture. My earlier complaint[protected] was made 2 weeks back and I was assured by the Customer care that the request would b processed within 72 hours. However, that did not happen. I was forced to lodge a second complaint[protected] ; the name of executive who attended my call : Ms.Premkumari) and was assured the same 72 hours procedure. It has been ovr 2 weeks now and I am stills stuck with Tikona's hopelessly sad service and even more unprofessional customer care.

                                I am pretty sure that I would not be recommending this service to anyone in the future.

                                I would also request the consumer complaint forum to take necessary action with regards to their service and customer care.

                                  i had net connection of tikona company on 13.04.10 till that day net is not working properly i have logded copliant to them on 13.04.10 it self. i didi not received any person who can solve my complian. i visited indore office for cancellation of net connection. they told me to continue net connection for 2 days if it will not work properly we will disconect your net connection and will refund your money but till today net is not working properly. now they are telling me that i have used there netconection and they will not refund my money even they are charging RS 300/- to me. apart from this there are other problems also being faced by me and no solution is being provided till yet. now i dont want to continue there net connection but they are charging some illegal amount.

                                    A sales rep by the name Neelesh( an excellent young man) came at my res(tikona outlet , legend apt, vakola santacruz east).I did show interest in the plan, but as my hathway connection is very good, I did not want to immediately sign up,but he insisited me and took a cheque of Rs 500/ch no 715179,SVC bank,vakola,He said that he would come after 15 days and confirm about the same, and then start my a/c.without my notice the ch was deposited in their bank a/c,,on 10/4/10,when I personally when to inquire they apologized and said that on 25/4 the ch would be at my doorstep(after 15 days).but there was nothing,on 26 I went again and there were telling just fables.99 % of the staff in legend office cant’ even speak English,almost every one seems to have received no proper training about the job.follow up is 0%. I myself till now have spent 40/50 Rs on mobile bills( I have proof) calling them up.Just one look at that office and it looks like a hang out joint, but talks are big,.
                                    Finally after chasing the staff, I received my ch on 30/4 and the ch spells my name as ANTHONI FANDINES(I don’t think even the typist,who typed my name on the ch has ever gone to an English speaking school),whereas it should have read ANTHONY FERNANDES.Again I go back ,and then the supervisor says it will take 4/5 day’s
                                    I told the supervisor, to finish off the story by paying me Rs 500/-cash, he say’s we have no cash here.He then call’s Neelesh personally and tries to fix up the problem.Untrained ,unskilled and un- professionals over here have made this simple story to a long.why would one want to run services/business and make life of member’s in society a pain?when will I get back Rs 500 + money spent on call's is history<

                                      The company executives had approached us on[protected] & misguided us. We were told that 15-03-10 was last date for particular scheme. They have taken 6 connections & collected cheque of Rs.500 each(Rs.3000/-). Our priority was to have connection at Rabale Office but till date no connection has been done. We were using corporate plan from HATHWAY for all our connections. On the assurance of your executives Mr.Parshuram/Mr.Amol we have discontinued the corporate plan from HATHWAY. Now that after repeated follow up we are told that there is no connectivity in Rabale-Navi Mumbai. To our surprise tikona has also deposited & taken Rs.3000 from our account. We were told that the cheques will be deposited 15 days after installation but co. deposited the cheque in advance. We were not even shown any demo.

                                      Now no body is bothered to respond nor take up the issue. Just to complete the target of year ending & to get bonuses executives are using mal practices by showing bogus installations & showing completed work orders.
                                      I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING AT CALL CENTERS, CORPORA OFFICE-BHANDUP, REPEATEDLY CALLING UP SALES EXECUTIVES BUT IN VAIN.
                                      THIS SHOWS THAT TIKONA IS IN NEED OF RS.3000 & SUCH IS THE FINANCIAL STATURE OF THE ORGANIZATION. DOES THIS SOUND GOOD???
                                      ITS ALMOST 45 DAYS & I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOLUTION.

                                        i paid my bill dated 26.02.10 bill no B1-408380 by cheque no 653633 for which d money was deducted from my acount and was credited to tikona digital networks pvt ltd acount according to my bank statement for which i also forwarded a bank statement as a proof to tikona but they keep on telling me dat the amount does not reflect against my user name and will reflect as soon as d system updates
                                        they took down my complaints several times but no action was ever taken i called them more than "50" times to solve this problem but d only thing they keep on telling me is dat d matter would be forwarded to d concerned department which i believe does not exist it has caused me a mental trauma and waste of time and effort but no one cares tikona treats its customers as fools
                                        after which i finally discontinued d service on 10-04-10 and even for this i had to suffer a lot and make innumerable calls for almost 10days forget about the bad service ,mental trauma and wasting time of customers they didnt even bother 2 rectify my bill paid by cheque as mentioned earlier but also sent me a new bill even after discontinuing d service
                                        tikona is a fraud company and i[censored] want d worst expirience o[censored]r life than tikona is ther
                                        tikona should not charge customers for d pathetic service but instead pay them to use their service i want my money back and if possible even want to claim money for mental trauma and waste of time, money and false promises to the tune of rupees 1lakh

                                        i subsribed for 599FULL plan for which i used to get a speed of not more than 15kbps the actual speed mentioned is 300kbps which is a false claim made by tikona
                                        very pathetic customer care not a single person attached with tikona willing to help the just give a complaint no just for fun sake and fooling d customer for which no action is taken
                                        dont buy tikona its fraud
                                        they even hav publisised 4g launch in many places when d fact is even 3g auction is goin on and even 3g is not available everywhere
                                        government of INDIA should ban tikona for fraudulent claims they promise but never diliver
