this saravanan ,last week i given my documents and icici cheque to tikona sales person for my official broad band connection , at that time of sales person promise to get connection with in one or two days ,but still am not get that braod band service.
That sales person name is Senthil, now a made a call to him ,he did nt pick my call .
my amount also tranfred to their account ,no one is responding me .
also i sent mail to higher offiacila person , they also doing his work like their sales executive .

Realy Its Worst Service BY Tikona

Very bad speed.to start minimum we have to wait for 15 to 30 min to connect the net.& some time more then to that.Then after the line will disconnection problem.Realy This service is westing my time & also create every day start with mood off & bad day with this connection.

And speed like 128 kbps speed where i am in plan of 756 kbps.Realy this company how they got the permission to run this service facility licence.

    i have a tikona broadband a spped of 300kbps and download speed is 150kbps but download speed is only 8 to 12 kbps and some time work and connection was disconcted somany time i have connected past one month and i call their customer care daily 2 time call but no proper reply and not send engineer. and also chiting their man as a installation charges Rs.500/- + cabaling charge by their customer care persona told we have no charges any cabaling charges by customer.
    please do needful.

    I am tikona broad band user and i would like to share my experience.
    TIKONA BROAD BAND SERVICE IS PATHETIC, AWFUL.
    People first send the bill and then disconnect the service (broad band connection)
    Had been to Tikona Office spoke to N number of people, assured all false promises but nothing works

    If wind blows or even if it drizzles I lose the connection. I managed for a while, paid their bills even though the bill was never sent or received.
    Walked up to their door steps explained, the service was active for a week. One of the Tikona officials asked me to ignore the bill (which was sent by SMS) and now they have disconnected the connection.

    However, I still liked their practice of first disconnecting the connection and then sending the bill.

      I got Connection on 21 march 2010, but after one day net is disconnected(or slow speed)
      then i complaint to customer care on 22 march to 26 i didnt get ant proper response then i decide to disconnect GREAT (WORST) "TIKONA" connection.
      that day they gave me complaint umber for engineer visit.but untill today iam getting new complaint numbers but not a engineer visit.

      no honest , no proper commitment ,no internet with TIKONA_[protected]

        sir,
        some of the tikona executive came to my house for the connection of wireless broadband. So i fill the form and took a broadband connection of tikona by paying 500 rupees of installation charge, which is refundable, i select a plan of 150kbps downloading speed. but i didn't get the speed. my connection's speed is 20 to 40 kbps since the date of my connection is started. there are 15 days are over i have complaint so many times but the didn't take any action. Yesterday i got an technician of them but he was also unable to solve my problem.

        buddy well tikona is just new BB to use and it's giving wi-fi connection so though you can use anywhere where it's AP is located around ur apt or any main road location or whatever. you have to use the dialer if you're having pc or laptop. simultaneously you can connect it.

        these are the good features.

        now bad features:

        AP range is bit lower.
        if i move CP lil bit connection got lost.
        even AP's got moved to bit then also cant get good signal at all.
        first ever ISP has higher latency problem if you're a gamer then.
        for first use of connection you'll get 100 mb mean every plan has 100 mb for the first use and it'll recycle again to next month if you're 100 mb's got over. but 1st 100 mb is good to use because it'll give almost 2mbps speed and after back to plan which you have.

        That's it buddy i hope now you have got cleared what Tikona is.

          i take this connection on 15 Jan. from that day internet speed very bad.

          I have lodged number of complaints with tikona, saying the inernet is very slow, and doesnt get connected easily, but nobody bothers to attend the complaint. I have repeatedly called the call center only to find that the customer care executives are really not interested in serving the customers. They collect an amount of Rs 500 as non refundable deposit. When the service is so bad, why should i continue with the service provider. I would request you to help me get back my deposit amount.I would request you

            I applied for tikona connection on 31st Mar 2010 , a sales representative ( Phani Kumar) came at our place ,took the installation charge and promised to provide the connection that day itself. However the connection was not provided that day , i called him next day to check what went wrong , he told me that a technician would come at my place within 2 hrs , again no one showed up till late noon then i called (Phani kumar) again,he didn't receive my call , then i called in the head of sales tikona ( Achut) he told me that there was a shortage of devices and connection cannot be provided until late next day, he was too rude and even said if you don't want then don't take the connection , i tried calling technical department head (Chaitanya) she didn't receive the call however when i complained in tikona care and then a technician came late at my place( 1st April) and did the installation but again he couldn't set up the connection and said there was an issue with the back end and at 7 O'clock in the evening no back end technician so he promised to resolve the issue next day (2nd april) but he never showed up and then i had to again launch several complains since then and each day a new tech comes and tries to resolve the issue.However it is never done. i had a talk with chaitanya every day atleast three times and now when i got fed up with launched a complain to terminate the connection the technical head has stopped receive my calls and is now responding .I just wanted the connection to be terminated and my request is not being processed. I don't understand what should i do now , i need the connection to be terminated because i don't want to get a bill at my home for the connection which i cannot access.I have even called customer care requesting to terminate the connection but all they do is provide me with a new case number and nothing else. I remember one of the agent's name at customer care was ( Anand ) and his manager who had promised to give a call as he was busy never called back and his name was ( Yuvraj ).
            So Can any stern steps be taken against these guys to give us so much of trouble..

            My experience with Tikona Digital Networks - [protected].
            Can you please respond & update me the status ? I hope the issue will be resolved & I will have my refund back.
            Please disconnect the services with immediate effect I would not like to pay for your services any further.
            SALES / MARKETING EXECUTIVE
            1. While the demo was shown the internet speed was less than 100kbps for the @mbps plan, the Executive convinced me “it’s just a demo our installation people will place the modem in the right direction & you will 100% get 2Mbps speed, the user name is shared by many sales executive so it is still slow”.
            2. I wasn’t convinced, then he called his sales manager to provide a new user id which he sent via SMS & he used that user name & convinced me stating “If you pay Rs.1000/- installation fee will be waived off!” I accepted it without knowing it to be a trap.
            3. The marketing executive took the cash Rs.1000/-, address proof (passport copy), photographs and promised for the installation in 2 days.
            RECORDS TEAM
            1. I have submitted my passport copy as proof of address,
            2. I got a receipt with the wrong billing address, which I notified them stating it to be a typo error; the Costumer care guys on the telephone were not ready to change the address.
            INSTALLATION TEAM
            1. The engineer called me to confirm the address & the payment.
            2. He refused to install the system in my premises until he got the documents which I had already submitted to the sales executive. I had to rush back home to resubmit the documents to get the connection.
            3. The installation engineer informed me that “the marketing team should not take the documents, if they take how will I get, until I get the document I will not install”
            AFTER SERVICE & BACK-END CALL CENTER
            1. I have been calling the CC for frequent disconnections & speed issues.
            2. I am getting the reference complaint ticket numbers each time I book a complaint from them but at the same time they are being closed without resolution or from customer consent.
            3. The most disgusting thing is that the onsite engineer who comes for servicing gives us repeated missed calls on your cell until you call him back, “ sir I am from tikona” to respond.
            4. That onsite engineer has no basic commonsense or manners on how to deal will the customers, after doing all the baloney and chatter the problem is back to square one.
            5. Finally today I had a prompt onsite supervisor stating the fact & the reason for frequent disconnection & speed issues. I appreciate him & I understand the issue is with the proximity of the access point & signal strength.
            6. Unable to contact the Nodal officer over landline, the operator never transfer the call

            BILLING TEAM
            1. Promptly I have a bill with additional Rs.500/- as installation charge.

            I would request you to discontinue the service as I am having frequent disconnection or no signal & refund my amount.
            Justify your company’s code of conduct, mission plan, service motto with this service attitude & advice if I have to further stay with it?

              I applied for the Tikona braodband on 26th March, but they still havn't responded to my application.

              I even registered a complaint with them and emailed them but still no reply. I fear that they may misuse my document.

              I wanted to complain about the Tikona sales person in my area (Samrat Sovereign Building, Malwadi, Hadapsar, Pune).

              Mr. Avinash ([protected]) and Mr Vijay ([protected]) have taken my documents (Flat lease agreement copy, Pan card copy, Driving License copy) for Tikona broadband installation and demo purpose on Friday, 26th March. They promised me that one of the technical person will turn up next day to demo the service and installation. But nobody turned up even after I called them many times throughout the weekend (27-28 march). Whenever I call Avinash on the above no, he either will not pick the call or cut the line. When I tried calling Vijay, he used to say that some person will come today/tomorrow but nobody turned up.

              I tried same thing previous weekend as well, but to no avail. Then I called up your customer care people on 06th April and Mr Umesh registered my complaint as complaint ID[protected]. He assured my that I'll receive a feedback from Tikona within 6 hrs, but till today I've not received any feedback.

              I worry that these sales person may misuse my documents (Mr Avinash, Mr Vijay). Please let me know the status of my application if it was registered. If I don't get the satisfactory answer for this I may've to approach regulatory authorities about this.

                Respected sir/madam,
                This is manikantha staying in Ravindra nagar,BK guda,SR nagar, Hyderabad.
                Sir I took a internet connection from the Tikona service provider plan of 850 excluding tax for the speed of 512 kbps even i can go for 600kbps for 799 plan for which only WiFi router or nanao station 2 antenna is provided but for 850 plan both Wifi router and nano station2 antenna will be provided.But from the first day of our connection i am unable to use my WiFi router and also speed of connection is not proper and some times i am unable to browse google and also unable to connect to internet so i complained to tikona care no [protected] for times and i was given a reference no's[protected],[protected],and[protected] but there is no solution for our problem till now.

                Tikona service is pathetic. no response for service calls . problems are not resolved even after 10 days .

                at times the line get disconnected repeatedly for hours together

                also need able to send mails via outlook(smtp problem). they have not been able top resolve

                These tikona people are totally unprofessional, ill mannered, cheap & thiefs.
                I took tIKONA 600 RP, 300KBPS PLAN ON 8TH MARCH IN GURGAON. fROM THE VERY FIRST DAY, MY INTERNEt was not working. i called a no. of times to tikona care . but no proper response. Also, i send a mail a no. of times.
                All i got was assurances and complaints no.
                These people took 400 from me as installation charges, and then they submitted a fake cheque to their office.
                Now, i am getting repeated calls from them, that the cheque bounced,
                Whereas the truth is i never gave a cheque.

                Please dont get cheated by tikona.
                A thoroughly unprofessional company with ill mannered & irrititating staff.
                I have atleast wasted my 1.5 months on them.

                  I was lured into signing up for TIKONA Wireless Broadband by their Impressive ADs and the false promises made by their staff... was told I will get 1mbps speed...only to discover that their speed is by far the lowest in the market. And I was quite rudely told by their customer service that the speed that I am to get is 150 kbps divided by 8 and if I want my deposit back I will have to wait for 45 days.... no solution was provided whatsoever. So don't trust their ADs and the promises of their staff.

                    My internet connetion is not working since 12.03.2010 and i have logged my compain for the same to tikona customer care no [protected] on 12.03.10. But no body came to attend the complaint.

                    After my various telephonic call as well as email, one engineer has visited on 27.03.10 but could not rectified the problem due to poor internet signal. He conveyed to my that he will inform to tikona office to improve the signal quality within 12 hr.

                    But no action taken from tikona end till now even after my various telephonic call as well as email. My email correspondence is as per below:

                    Hi i am also suffered from tikona service, my internet stopped working since january its 3 months since no action taken by tikona after several complaints. I am totally frustrated by this broadband service. and every month tikona used to send me bill and called up several times regarding the bill payments.
                    Tikona is worst, do not go for this provider.
                    while tring for login a security message is displaying that - web page can not be displayed / certificate authenticiation failed, but when click on ALLOW the log in page will displyed and net is working, My firewall is OFF.

                    I am having Tikona broadband connection with Consumer ID [protected] ans subscribed their highest available plan UL1249 which claimes to give 1Mbps speed, I never get speed more than 512Kbps and some times even less than 10 Kbps but inspite of complaining almost daily to costomercare since last one month there is no resolution of problem and now i am fed-up calling them but never get a satisfactory answers.

Customer is not given any preference or hid to his concern, even your hired engineers (CC executive - Prajkta/Vishal/Shrad/Nikhil/ and Jivan from technical dept) are not at all capable of doing the L1 troubleshooting of simple issues (ticket:1-[protected]) with TIKONA crap Internet service. To get a simple issue resolved, do we need to contact your so called higher officials who are again hired for actually doing nothing. The most embarrassing part is i have referred your horrible service to a couple of my friends who are embarrassing me for your service. What is the requirement to run such a service and harass customers for every sphere of your service from the moment they start using? TIKONA have also hired customer care executives (Prajkta/Vishal/Shrad/Nikhil) who actually don't care the customers but only empathise with the customers and do nothing. TIKONA should be dragged to the Consumer Forum and fined with a hefty amount and then transferred to all the customer as a compensation.

                    I am Kinil Sanghavi with the tikona account number [protected]. I am having this connection for a pretty long time and last few months I am extremely unhappy with the Speed and the connectivity.

                    Here are the issues I have faced.
                    I was getting very low speed for a very long period of time ( last few months). I have been travelling all this while so I was not available to log a complaint and work with engineers at my residence.
                    However, I decided to upgrade the connection from 2 mbps to 4 mbps to see if there is a speed change, unfortunately I was informed from support I cannot upgrade by connection from the current connection. Considering this I found an alternate connection and requested the billing to cancel the connection. They mentioned this is not the case and you can upgrade the connection. They upgraded the connection to 4mbps and requested me to pay approximately Rs 2200 to clear the outstanding and pay for the new plan. Understanding the companies standard I payed the amount immediately and had my expectations raised.
                    To my surprise I was not even able to login to the Tikona page and test the speed. I logged a complaint with TIkona .
                    Below are my 4 complaints raised with Tikona.
                    1-[protected] Speed Issue
                    1-[protected] Speed Issue
                    1-[protected] Waiver request
                    1-[protected] Speed Issue.

                    To my knowledge I have raised the above complaints for the same issue. My concerns with Tikona are:

                    • First level support is doing the same troubleshooting again and again
                    • First level support do not append the same request and new service requests are raised
                    • I do not get notifications for Tickets raised and the progress
                    • The tickets are closed without checking with the customer if the issue is resolved.
                    • First level support either do not have the authority to transfer to second level or they do not want to do it.
                    • I do not have any means to show the urgency of the issue
                    • The SLA SLO for every ticket is breached for more than 24 hours.
                    • The Waiver is also not being provided
                    • The connection is not stable all the while

                    Understanding your technical and practical issues I have gave up on the support and the commitments provided to me.
                    Initially I had a bill waiver request for 2 months as I was unable to use the connection at all whenever I needed it due to the speed drop. I have got an email that it cannot be accepted and it is dismissed. I would request you to take this as a cancellation request and take your device. The service which is provided is as good as no service and it is additionally leading to let me down on the expectations I have with Tikona.

                    Also, i have installed their connection on 16 june, since then there have been instances more than 13 times where i am forced to call their customer care to get the problem fixed.

                    On average of each 3 days their internet gets down or stops. I was promised the speed of 4mbps in my plan, most of the times the speed is only around 2 mbps and sometimes it is less than even 600 kbps.

                    It has not been even a month yet with this tikona connection and i am already facing these major issues. My experience so far with tikona has been really disappointing .

                    Please kindly take appropriate action on this problem.

                      I had booked XC1199 plan from TIKONA, specifically for download speed due to nature of my work with following plan details : ( THIS PLAN IS MEANT FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE BUT SINCE THEY WERE NOT HAVING A PLAN OF THAT SPEED IN FOR RESIDENTAIL USERS THEY OFFERED ME THIS CORPORATE PLAN XC1199)

                      2/4 MBPS Circuit Breaker plan ( 1:2 ratio ) with bill limit of 1500 max

                      Monthly plan 1199

                      Download speed 2 MBPS

                      FREE Usage 8 GB


                      All their brochure clearly state its a 1:2 plan, after installation i observed that the speed was not even 1:8 i.e. 256 kbps

                      The installation engineer disconnected the same and took back all his equipments since connection was not giving speed at all.

                      I spoke to the AREA MANAGER regarding this issue he was forcing me to keep this connection with 1:8 ration saying that the brochure even though it has a 1:2 ration the contention ratio will give 1:8 speed....


                      I disagreed to keep the connection and i told them that if its not 1:2 i.e 1 mbps i do not want to connection.

                      The first day itself while installation the engineer took back all devices and everyhing, and i had not used the connection at all.

                      After a month i recieve a BILL Dated[protected] with Bill number B1-577730 for period[protected] to[protected] for amount of RS 118.56 - 800 i had paid for installation = 343.56


                      I am complaining here in the forrum so peopl get aware that COMPANIES LIKE THESE are cheating consumers by GIVING RATIOs and CONTENTION RATIOS etc and are not providing services for which they are chargning us.


                      BE AWARE OF SUCH COLD FRAUDS...... even if they sound small on a larger scale for a company with thousands of connections its a very very BIG FRAUD, a FRAUD with people TRUST also....


                      SO PLEASE GET EDUCATED< and i will request GOVT for strict LAW for such FRAUDS....

                          I took tikona internet connection on 8th of march, For that i paid Rs 500 as installation charges. The connection worked fine only for 3 days then first the modem got spoiled therafter internet speed problem and so on.
                          Then i made a request on 17th March 2010 Sr No#[protected], User ID [protected] for the surrender of the connection. from that day and till date no oe has come to disconnect. During this period i talked to n number of there agents regarding the disconnection that why are not they disconnecting it.
                          Moreover, They have sent me a wrong bill for the usage. They have again charged Rs500 as the installation charges which i have already paid at the time taking the connection.
                          Please look into the matter.

                              I applied for tikona broad band wireless services on the 28th feb, 2010, i was promised installation in 48 hours, nothing happened, i only have complaint nos. to show, i also wrote to the nodal zonal officer of tikona, there too only promise was at the earliest. Now its more than a month they have taken the application fee and t here is no installation provided nor is company given any feed back. All the customer service says we will get back to you at the earliest. Or we have informed the relevant department.

                              I wish to cancel the connection and now make sure they pay for harassing us.

                                sir i had taken an internet connection from the above mentioned company for which i paid connection chargse of rs 500 and deposit of rs 300. my internet connection worked fine for 20 days after which it stopped. i called up to the customer care and gave a complaint. tikonas engg visited my residence and told me that the server which was located in my area has been shut down due to non-payment of rent by tikona to the bldg.
                                i was told that the matter will get solve within 48 hrs. i waited for one week but my internet did not start. i contacted again and i was told that within two days but no result. calling them again and again made no sense and i was told to go for dissconnection, i told them to refund my deposit and my connection charges but they have refused to do that. they took away their modem and cable. my compliant no is[protected] dated[protected]. my customer id no is [protected].
                                the following people i spoke are mr abhishek, mr mehul,mr anand, mr santosh, mr prashant, mr dinesh.
                                i had also forwarded mail to customer care on which i recvd a mail from mr isak sheikh saying that my matter is under process.

                                    I have taken the internet connection from tikona digital network and paid the deposit of Rs 500/- for the same on 18/02/2010 through Mr. Mamtesh Shah (sales executive Tikona digital network, sales executive id:[protected]. Till date inspite of repeated complains ( 10 times) on their toll free no. [protected]., and three complaints through e-mail the installation is not done neither anybody has followed up. So please kindly help and lodge a complaint.
                                    Do not go for tikona connection. Forget about your 500/-. They will harass you so much that you will lose more than 5000. Which happened in our case. Just never ever contact them about the installation, and thank almighty that you were saved. The loss of 500 is nothing compared to what I wentthrough and I don't want anyoneto suffer from same issues.

                                      Tikona Wibro is a completely mismanaged fraud company.The customer care center could not provide me with the User Id and password required to login since 25th march 2010(request no.[protected].the sales executive Wakil kumar promised to install the connection by 25th but could not do so yet.there is a complete lack of sync among the team,resulting i had to call the call center nearly 10 times for follow-ups.the CC gives false claims of resolving the issue within 24 hours which is a complete false claim.it seems i m cheated and i hope others who are living in dwarka delhi will take a thoughtful decision before thinking of Tikona.if my problem is not solved and their claims do not reach upto expectation i may possibly go for a talk with the society member for blacklisting of tikona.

                                        First of all u shouldnot pay tikona installation charges by cash they accept only check of 500 rs for installation charges . what ill suggest u give the checque of 500 to the tikona salesman get ur 500 bugs back .                                         I am having Tikona broadband connection customer ID [protected] having 449 which claimes to give 150Kbps speed, I never get speed more than 8Kbps and some times even less than 100Kbps but inspite of complaining almost daily to costomercare since last 15days month is no resolution of problem and now i am fed-up calling them but never get a satisfactory answers.
                                        I am also having problem with TIKONA. My problem is that connection is lost with each and every time i have been trying to attempt a connection. After connectinf with just a few seconds I LOSS IT.
                                        Though i have the plan for 300 kbps !!! Till yet they don't solve my problem !
                                        I am having serious experiences with Tikona WI –BRO, on 30th june 2010 I was lured by one of the marketing guy Mr. Krishna who came to my residence with the offer for the internet connection. He gave a nice picture about the internet subscription plan & ask me if he can see my PC.
                                        I showed him PC, to which he said that it is a matter of just Rs 300 /- pm & some one time charge of Rs 500 /- to get the connection during his examination of my PC he could not connect to their wireless connectivity, then he said that hewill come upto networking guys as my PC was VISTA supported. Within 2 hrs he came up with two guys who later in some time got the configuration setup for internet connection which was got connected finely with Tikona wireless system.
                                        On seeing this prompt action Mr. krishana convienced me that they have a very strong set networking support & any issue can be handled by just calling up the net assistance on[protected] which is the 24 hrs online so I agreed to take up the connection gave a cheque of Rs 800 /- dt 1/7/2010 & filled the application form no [protected] gave him all the relavent supporting required by him to get proper registration with TIKONA. To which Mr. Krishna said my account will get activated with 48 hrs to which I was OK with.
                                        On 1st july I got a SMS from TIKONA stating Password & some partial digits o[censored]sername.
                                        On 2nd july the networking guy came with connection kit for installation & showed how to login with TIKONA, he also got username updated from the backhand team, the connection was installed properly. Next day I login with my userID for some surfing for about 1 hour.
                                        The next day that was 4th july I could not logged in & the page prompted the error
                                        Authentication failed. Reason [External AAA returned a failure, but did not specify anything in Reply-Message.]
                                        I called on[protected] to check for the reason on. I was told that since it was new connection it will get resolved in 24 hrs.
                                        On 5th july after 24 hrs when the error was not fixed I gain called up to check the update the technical support guy told that it will resolved in next 24 hrs to which I asked is there any issue from my side regarding the application form or for the payment. I was told that there is no such issue.
                                        On 6th I got a call from TIKONA if the installation was done at my residence, I told them that installation was done but there is some error due to which I am able to login. I was told that this issue will be solved by evening & I would get a new password to login.
                                        I waited till 7th for the password, but failed to receive any solution
                                        On 8th july I tried to connect the internet but got the same error, so I called up again to check up. This time the technical support guy told that error is under process at backhand it will be resolved in next 48 hrs, to which I got annoyed ask for assistance from his senior for proper feedback on the issue. I was connected to Mr Prasad after brefing him all these updates he finally ask for 48 hrs of time to recetify the issueto be on the safer side ( it had been already more than 72 hrs ) I finally said ok on his high dedicated commitment.

                                        I CALLED AGAINED TO CHECK THE UPDATE WITH THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT THE GUY AGAIN ASKED FOR 24 HRS TO CORRECT THE ERROR I ASK FOR Mr. Prasad the senior guy who had given me that DAMM commitment, Now Mr. Prasad say after his request 48 ++ hrs time that he will go & check with backhand team for the rectification & assures no time limit AND FROM MY SIDE I WILL HAVE TO KEEP ON LOGIN TO CHECK IF THE ERROR HAS BEEN REMOVED BY TIKONA.

                                        Today also religiously I tried to connect with new password & GUESS WHAT HAPPENED THE SCREEN PROMPTED WHAT !!!

                                        Firstly no no ultimatily I would like to know what is there any issue from my side, then why is that not told to me straightly.

                                        I have found it very stressfull to get out of this & I hope you must have also found it while going through the mail IMAGINE how painfull it has been to actually deal with & to find to solution.
                                        It has become a routine to login and to find error call your techical support, he will ask for 24hrs & so on.

                                        Tikona — Wrongly charged 3 times

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am using Tikona Digital Network's router for internet service.

                                        I was wrongly charged in March-2010, the router was not working for 15 days and they had charged me for whole month.

                                        After that I had not paid the bill since June-2010 and then I paid the bill and started their service again.

                                        Now in June-2010 they have again wrongly charged. The plan was FMC-599 means your maximum bill will be 599+service tax and they have charged me 819 and there is 800 as a deposit in Tikona.

                                        After that I have placed disconnection request. And they have not collected their router. Instead of closing my account, they have generated a new bill for me which shows June-2010 and July-2010 usage (I have placed a disconnection request in June-2010 and they have charged me for July-2010 too)

                                        Now I visited their web site to see my status, its showing June-2010 + July-2010 bill!

                                        Help me out!

                                        Congratulations ! I have decided to pay up the Tikona bill of Rs. 274 inspite of not using your service for a single hour. In fact I will be paying Rs. 500+ Rs. 274= Rs. 774. The 500 rupees was the security deposit. I have attached the full and final settlement receipt for your reference.

                                        Congratulations to Tikona billing department for being persistent in sending bills on regular basis and charging interest at the rate of 120%. Indeed many many congratulations to the CFO of Tikona. It is an excellent business model- in modern electronic extortion. I hope you will give some management lessons in Harvard and other institues and explain the new MBAs how to run these types of businesses and make returns of 120%. Congratulations again.

Customer service team you are doing a wonderful job at not providing any customer service. I think you should ask your management for a raise. It has been truely frustrating experience to the customer which means that you have done a fine job

                                        Congratulations to the management team for hiring individuals in billing department and in customer service. They have done a tremendous job at not allowing any information to reach the management. The best part is that the management believe that everything is going well when it comes to customer satisfaction.

                                        May you all succeed in extorting more money from the customers. Also is Tikona going to come out with an IPO? I think I will try to see if I can buy some of your shares. I am really impressed with your business model. The best part is that it is legal

                                        i have called customer care 3 time about my 1st bill, every time they logged my complaint, they provide complaint number, but no one get back to me, i m sick of this services from tikona,

                                        moreover their 4GB free usage per month is absolutely lie !!! they are cheaters !!!
                                        They are big time frauds... their service is pathetic and awful... their customer service sucks... more over they want us to pay the damn bills on time.. why should someone pay for the services which he is not getting in the first place!

                                        Tikona is not Authorised Serviced Provided. Tikona Name is not there in TRAI Web Site. I took 512 KBPS Broadband Connection. Every Day Internet is Slow and they are cheating the Customers.
                                        I applied for the installation of CB299 Plan on 18april 2010 and the person who came for checking if the signal is fine in the area has cheated and took Rs.500 as registration fees(cheque number-343294).After 2 or 3 days 2 persons came for installation but they couldn't as there was no signal at all in the area.
                                        I paid on April 18th 2010 to Tikona Broadband and today is 24th.march 2011, i didn't get my money back from tikona,
                                        Everytime I call they say within 15 days... and now its is 330 days and my account still active and i am getting bills regularly.
                                        Its such a frustrating thing...Even after telling that I shall report to Consumer care.They don't care.Such a worst service...

                                        Hi This is Mr. Mookerji from Bangalore. I have applied for Tikona BB. I have had a similar experience like all others. I have been promised by the person from Tikona named Sai Ram (that was the his number [protected]) who came to collect the required documents and the check that the possibility of a new connection takes 24 hours, thus I issued a check of 1213 accordingly. Next day no one came for the installation, besides he did not give any receipt against my application. Whenever I would call this scam he would not answer my call. When I would call customer care no one responded properly. Being insecured I have dishonored the check on a day later. Couple of days later someone from sales department called and apologized for such incident caused by their sales representative and pleaded for second option try the connection first and then pay the amount 1213. Fortunately their Wi-Max connection did not work at my place, hence everything was retained by them. Now the situation is everyday they are sending me messages and asking for Wibro service bill of 512. How strange think that this is the new way to cheat people and make money.
                                        I'm another victim of Tikona. My payment check got cleared on 22.07.11, from that I'm continously calling their customer care to come and install internet however no one has arrived yet. I also marked a mail to all the email addresses whcih are available on their site however it is also of no use.                                         I have been a Tikona subscriber( User Id-[protected]) for the last 12 months and had some serious speed issues. The internet is down since a month now but no one at Tikona is aware about the exact reasons nor is any solution available with them. I get the speed and mostly even the web page doesn’t load or shows Reset connection. I have been complaining to the customer care executives and the service engineers did turn up a few times but have not got the problem fixed. Neither the customer service executives are helpful nor your technical department. I am quite annoyed by this.
                                        The toll free telephone is always engaged (looks like the phone is of the hook). Complaints to their customer care do not get any response.
                                        No connectivity at every times in the day since a month, they confirm me that engineer will come within day. But still no any call received and reply from them...
                                        Last time your head customer executive said to me your services will be interrupted at the end of Technical Department. I Don’t Know The Reason. When I said I m not paying any bill amount, he said to me, go to the cyber café and pay your bill. What a shame on you and your department?
                                        Still the internet is not working. Please look into the matter.
                                        I don’t think I want to use your lousy services anymore so please note that whatever is the last bill amount is never going to be paid by me.

                                        Tikona have extreme poor services and bad network which is down all the time.
                                        I am also facing the lot of issues in Ghaziabad. Their internet is highly non reliable and the onsite engineers are not skilled to fix the problem.
                                        I gave a cheque to them on 28th Oct 2011,
                                        The internet (modem) was installed on 16th Nov 2011 (18 days)
                                        Went live on 18th Nov 2011, since then it's hardly up anytime.

                                        Every day I call them, they do some reset, it comes up or send a engineer to my home who make it up, but Alas, it hardly works for 1-2 hours only.
                                        In 15-20 days, I have called them many times and what they gave is just false assurance with no solution.

                                        Airtel charges a bit high, but they have extreme good network and services. I'll strictly recommend all to never go for Tikon services.
                                        One of my neighbors who has recently surrendered the Tikona connection (after 2 years of pathetic experience) advised me not to take their connection due to bad network and poor services. But unfortunately, I ignored his words after looking at flattering advertisements and low rental plans and got to be another victim of Tikoa internet connection.

                                        All who are reading this message, be cautious about Tikons services. Just take a feedback from some known person before become another victim and face so much of trouble.
                                        It might look cheap, but honestly, it is not worth.
                                        They will not listen to you once you pay money to them. Their senior executives and marketing guys will commit everything initially, but hardly deliver anything once you become a customer. During a demo, they’ll be able to impress you, but once you subscribe, you’ll feel how helpless you are.
                                        We receive excellent Tikona signals in our society, but it hardly works.

                                        If you don’t believe me, try it yourself.

                                        I hope the word of mouth and internet (the blogs and feedback) may be of some help to someone.

                                        Now, after days of followup, I am trying to work with them to surrender my connection. I went for Rs. 2999 advanced rental plan. But I doubt if the greedy Tikon is going to refund anything thing (I won’t be surprised if they ask for extra money or do not return anything).
                                        Hi, im KRISHNA TEJA from Hyderabad . I paid rs1100/- for 449 plan with 2mbps unlimited for two months on feb 8th 2012 to Tikona Broadband and promised to get connection within 24 hours till today .i.e. 13th.feb 2012, i didn't get installation from them, Everytime I call they say within 24 hours... and now its is 5 days and my account still not activated .                                         I stay in pune near mankar chawk pune. My tikona plan is 750 per moth and 4 mbps speed. But I am not at all getting even 1mbps speed . The wifi is very problematic its never fast, its too slow

                                        On of the worst internet services in Mumbai, Tikona's Head Quater is in Bhandup and it's Datacenter facility too, still Internet speed issue at Mulund Vasant Oscar on LBS Marg, it's not even 1 Kms distance. Poor response.
                                        Pls. for God Sake don't buy Tikona.
