clear from customs as we have seen from the USPS website.Please make the delivery fast as the item is required urgently.

Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd — Not deliverd the courier

Our head office people courierd the documents on 7 th jan of 2011 to the hyderabad .It reached hyderabad on 10 th jan 2011 by morning 8.49 am .but still we have not received the documents. It's already 12 th Jan. we made maney calls to the courier people but we didn't get any proper response .Some times they are not even lifting the calls.we should take action on this kind of irresponsible behviour.

Dear Sir,

This reminder refers to our earlier letter dated[protected] for which we have neither received any reply from your end nor the parcel was delived to the consignee. The text of our letter was as follows
“ We availed of your courier services through your office at No.6/49, Doctor Giriappa Road, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600 017 for sending a parcel vide Courier receipt no[protected] dated[protected] with our commercial invoice No.RDT 101 dated[protected]for Rs 39, 377.10/- for delivery to M/s Sri Varu Agencies, Bangalore. Unfortunately the parcel has not yet been delivered at the destination.

1. All our efforts with your Chennai and Bangalore office for delivery of the parcel have been in vain.

2 Since parcel involved high value goods, we personally visited your office at Bangalore, to our surprise your office did not cooperate in tracing the status of the Parcel. The Non Co-operative attitude of your staff caused a suspicion. We have come to know that a few other complaints of similar nature were also pending against your Courier service of Chennai & Bangalore Branch.

3. You are therefore advised to arrange for immediate delivery of the said Parcel or to pay amount equal to the cost of the material supplied along with demurrage charge within three days of the receipt of this notice failing which we shall be constrained to take recourse to legal remedy, at your cost, as may be advised to us “.
You are again requested to take necessary steps immediately in this regard.
