I had a medical claim of about Rs.13500 but after submitting all the required documents and 4 months gone by,they have rejected my claim saying that whatever illness I had,there wasn't any need of admission in hospital and all those medical tests done on me.Treatment and all wasn't my decision but of the doctors' so why am I to suffer for their fault.Not only my claim amount but also the extra amount that I had to invest for all these procedure I want as penalty.
