Dear Sir/ ma'am,i was purchased one TV from viedeocon company on date of 7 october 2009, 4days after red patches are come on screen, for that problem i was register a complaint in viedeocon customer care No : [protected] at date of 5 March 2010, after two days engineer was came at my home and he checked my tv after checking the tv he change the color controler. but issue was same still, after few days again i registerd the complain in customer care of 1april 2010 , after long flowup with customer care by phone and thrugh mail ( [protected]@vgmail.in ) again enginer was came at my home 10th april 2010 for change the picture tube, after change picture tube when i was on the tv that time two new problem coming . like snow and picture quility, i said to engineer but he said it's not a issue it's happing in all TV, i qite not happy and satisfy, after gonne of enginerr problem was same , now problem is morethen earlier
