Videocon LCD — Defective LCD Sold

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my new Videocon LCD purchased from an authorised Dealer of Videocon in Janakpuri, worth Rs. 24, 300/-. Within a day of purchase, it started showing signs of defectiveness. It used to get complete blackouts and other technical problems. On inspection by Videocon's Senior Engineers, they confirmed about the technical snags in LCD. They assured us to get it replaced. But Still they havent fulfilled their committment. Later on Videocon people told us that they will return back our Money. But they are harassing us from past 10 days. Please help me sir, Its my hard earned money and they have duped me. I am in extreme state of shock and Distress.

Please treat above as priority.

I had parchase a videocon VIDLCD-VBL22SBH LCD TV FROM R.Y.S.ENTERPRISES DIGI WOLD B-1 NORTH CHAJJUPUR MAIN 100FT ROAD SHAHDARA 110032 MOBILE NO [protected]. on 15/10/2009 bill no-087 FOR Rs13000/-.when an executive came to my place for installation there was a defect in the peice i.e.a panal problem there are two red spots viseable on tha screen then company"s executive after having a word with his senior and he assured me that your peice will be replacede with in two or three days.After so many follow up i have not received any responce from companys side.(06/11/2009) i got a call from a dealer and he said that same modal is out of stock and he ask me to pay Rs1900/- more for new 22inchs lcd tv.
Then i said either replace my tv by same model or i want my money back , i am not interested in any another modal.
I gifted this tv to my MOTHER on DHANTARES i.e. on 15/10/2009 but i can"t handed over to her due to company"S neglegence and they play with our sentiments.
SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR ME AND MY SENTIMENTS .
WAITE FOR THE POSITIVE AND OBLIGE.

I have purchased a LCD through solution integrated pvt ltd, nehru place new delhi, but when it was opened by videocon service centre representative, he found the piece is not working. He suggest us to replace the defective piece. I make so many complaints but they never reply satisfactory. kindly guide me who is going to replace this. my details are as under

Videocon LCD — Received Faulty Lcd

I am Harry Garg from Shimla i have bought videocon Lcd against HP
Compac Laptop Scheme paid Rs 9000 for that but when i got the

Lcd then i found that the picture is not coming. I talked with costumer care HP Redemption
cell but told me to contact with nearest videocon branch the but they are not ready to accept it either under the warranty period

Fully agree with you Deepak. Videocon doesn't beleive in service-it seems. Even I have been following up for 5 days to get my installation, they are not turning up even after several calls to call centre. The TV which has been bought on 17thJuly still lies uninstalled and not in use. LG service is atleast 35 times better than them. Any complaint, even for an existing customer, is attended in 8 hours.
