Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

I want to change My plan to Post paid to Pre paid with same number.

Tommorow dt.12.05.2009 i am already recharge 50 rupees throw internet banking to ICICI bank, after 32 hrs.balance are not comming in my prepaid account. 50 rupees already debited in my ICICI bank account.

complaints what complaints, if you want the best customer care staff that Vodaphone have in their employ, go to weymouth Dorset ask for Tom and if he is busy, which he useually is always advising and helping theres always another member of staff with the same helpful attitude. I can give a example we had a bank statement with £4 99, being taken every moth for 3years alot of mony for an old age pensioner. We were told by our bank it was a mobile phone insurance but we could not find any anything on our files Tom found out a phone number and we were told we had purchased a phone raz telephone which we had free insurance but were not told after three months they would take it that we would carry on paying for ever. Thanks to Tom who could only give us these details because Tom will protect the customers under publice liability act gave us the number of a company who did the insurance. We had quite a few prolems but Vodaphpne were there for us. We tell every one about Vodaphone, but i am sure you will agree it is the staff that are your front line to us customers, and i know from being in buiness people will complain but dont take the time to say how good someone is so Tom needs to get praise for being the proffessional person he is .
vodafone gprs not working. No action is being taken at vodafone centre chembur.

Sir on 17 May 09 i used internet (online recharge facility) on your site and recharge my Mobile No [protected] of Rs 111/- through SBI internet gateway with transaction reference no MSBI [protected] IG 07551245 TRANSFER TO [protected] but still as on date i didn't receive SMS confirmation of recharge. I had allready talked with local customer care about this issue but they said that it will take time kindly help me on this issue either credit my same SBI account or recharge my Mobile no

I think your customer care service is useless. Those customer care executive people never respond positively... they never give the correct information bout any services. I've been sending the message to deactivate the 49rs sms package but even after getting my msg you people deducted 49 rs 4m my balance. this month also the same thing happened with me. they deducted 49rs and deactivated my sms package. I lost my money as well as the package. Whwen I spoke to the customer care executive he spoke to me very harshly and said since i had sent the msg to deactivate the package on the same day of deducting the amount, cannot refund the amount back but wen i spoke to few executives they didnt tel me bout this rule. None of the executives give full information regarding any problem... Pls refund my money back. I dot wanna this sms package.

I have vodaphone No.[protected]. My complaint is - my cell not working out of my roaming area. Only in coming is working in roaming area. I have so many complaints to your customers care deptt., but sofare, i have not found favourable result.I have checked my intrument with Airtale sim, and found that my intrument is ok. Now u suggest me, what do? plz. take my this complaint positively.

yeah you are absolutely correct they are useless, especially one ms. ANNAH she is the customer care manager of trivandrum vodafone store. if any customer come up with complaints she try to blame the
customers for their coplaints

m roopali gupta having vodafone no [protected]. i am having one problem with vodafone that when i was trying to call on international call, its saying " U R NOT ALLOWED TO CALL ON THIS NUMBER " i checked out with other international no also, but error was same. i tried to find out with customer care, so i called dem 2-3 times. in d response of this they've deactivated my customer care service. now m able to listen every option but not able to make the call to customer care. still my complaint of not getting international call not get solved.
i want some strict action to b taken against this.
