[Resolved] Vodafone — Bill payment problem | |||
hi forum, I am the regular customer of Vodafone network from the last almost 2 years. My postpaid connection bill for the month of February was Rs.996 I paid Rs.500 and said to there executives rest amount I will pay with the bill of March with late fee whatever applicable. My credit limit is Rs.800. My total outstanding was only Rs.600(Credit limit was not crossed) when they barred my number and after 4 days they disconnect my services even no incoming facility is availed. From the last 20 days i am running without network it losses me some very important calls from my offices and some other places. I just want to know are they have rights to stop my services when i am already agreed to pay everything. I request you please suggest me what action I can take against Vodafone. I faced the same problem here in Mumbai. They even sent two legal notices, but now they seemed to have forgotten it.
Vodafone — PROBLEM IN PAYMENT
Dear Sir,I was having 2 mobile connections [protected] & 2105 of vodafone. As I was not satisfied with the billing, I switched to Airtel after making the dues to Vodafone. I was continuously receiving calls from Vodafone to continue with them and for adjustment of bills. Finally I had shifted to Airtel and after a month I am getting the calls from Airtel on behalf of Vodafone for pending bills.
As I've fed-up with Vodafone, I decided to pay them. I used website which they have already blocked, mini stores are not accepting the payment and suggesting to pay at main stores which is not possible for me. I am asking on their customer care no [protected] for any representative, but they are also unable to help.
In the situation what I am understanding, they are trying to make me defaulter which is in-ethical practice.
Please intervene.

Hi,My father having vodaphone postpaid connection.
In monthly bill they charge unnecessary ISD call with amount 180rs.
we dont have any relative in abroad then how we do any international call?
please reply.

Vodafone — Disconnection problems and bill payment
I am very disappointed and frustrated by Vodafone, chennai with their services. I have given the request for surrending my connection which is duly acknowledged by one of the Vodafone centers in chennai. But even that bills get generated and vodafone is calling me repeatedly.This is really frustrating and irritating, as everytime i have to go through the story and nothing gets done
