[Resolved]  Vodafone Blackberry 599 Plan — Postpaid billing

I am a Vodafone Corporate postpaid customer ([protected]). I opted for Blackberry

unlimited plan on 21st May 2011. Within 4 days, my unbilled amount shot upto Rs

1200/- from just Rs 28/-. On calling Vodafone customer care, I was told that I was

being charged for data mistakenly (which is otherwise included in my unlimited

plan) and they would activate something called "IMC" so that data charges are not

inlcuded in my unbilled amount.

I dared to switch back the data services on my phone and the next day the unbilled

amount reached to Rs 1328/- and Vodafone was not accepting calls from my mobile to

198.

This is cheating the customer at its worst and I was told that I should wait for

my next bill and then they could sort out any issues. This is pathetic customer

services and the Tagline "happy to Help" is just a misnomer.

Can't wait to port my number to other service provider.

Big warning - Do not opt for Vodafone services at any cost

The Unbilled amount continues to rise unabashedly, checked again 2 days later its now Rs 1450/- despite making negligible calls from my mobile. I have switched off the data services and get off the hook from Vodafone.

Despite all the promises from Vodafone, that the issue had been taken care of, I don't see any change at all, and my unbilled amount continues to rise.
its true i have also being charged for the same no([protected]). I have been todl the same to wait till next billing cycle and it would be offset (waived).But look at my bill it raised frm Rs 2400 to 2400 in 2 days ??
This is the worst service provider i have seen in my 6 vodafone stay!

I have to say good bye to vodafone and i wont pay a single penny for the bill!

I am even ready to go to the court for mental harrasment.

VODAFONE " Happy to help "should be changed to VODAFONE "Sorry to help"
* it raised from Rs2400 to Rs3400 and also my services were barred and wen i have not used the services in the barred time i was being charged ?

This scenario is called cheating the customer and earning Haram money ( black money )
