I have two numbers with Vodafone, and i have requested them in August 2008 to change my billing cycle to 18th of every month as i have some finalcial issue. However noone in Vodafone are helping me to sort my problem Was this information helpful? | |

[protected]. It is verydisappointing that at your own discretion, you have deducted Rs.30/- Rs.10/- nd Rs.30/- respectively. Further more no body is responding to any call made. It is requested to look into the matter and arrange torevert the arbitrarycharges deducted by you otherwise we will be constrained to refer the matter to consumer court as a Public Interest Liability. This maybe treated as Most Urgent.

i m sunil sethi vodafone customer since last 8 years my no. is [protected], i have billing problem i get unneccesary bills so, i demand so many times for the itemised bill for the month of march, but they would n't given me and now they send me the bill of april n may and they charged advance payment of april n may month which i didn't required. and i approach ur south ex-1 vodafone store many times they also didn't help me and i also gave a request to change my postpaid connection to prepaid and they asked me the identity proof and when i take my idenity proof and they harrashed me and said your connection have been changed after completion of your billing circle of 28th and they said u have to come again. so, i get very depressed and decided to cancel my connection. i[censored] can help me related to this problem you can contact me on my other no. i had requested for MNP, after this customercare executive call me
and said the company is giving u 3 offers...
1.fulltalktime
2.netpack
3.smspack
i had not switch over any other network.
then i was using the sms pack & send many sms to my friends
the company had deducted balance for sending sms.
After this i was using the net pack in this also company had deducted money from my balance & my balance is now in negative that is approx 250 Rs
for this all there was no sms or call made by company to inform me that the balance is now deducted from your balance
