Dear Sir,
I never applied for activating MCI alerts, even I do not know what is MCI alert. My mobile no. (Prepaid) is [protected]. On 19/01/2009 I got one message, "your request for MCI alerts has been registered" where as I never made any request. My balance was reduced by Rs.30. How you can activate any facility without the customers consent and charge for that. Kindly deactivate this facility and refund the amount of Rs.30 immediately.

Vodafone — they activate mci service without my permission

i have received the call one of the client. they tell me service about ur product. but i didnot say yes. but they have been activated. i called one its client (Pawan) within in 48 hours they said the scheme will deactivate in 24 hrs and money will return ( Rs. 30) but next day service not deactivated . next day i called again another client say 48 hrs passed so can't deactivated that mean when i had talked to mr pawan. was it immaterial or vodafone supposing to mislead the customers

Vodafone — MCI Scheme Activation

Hi,

Its now third time when they activate MCI service even after so many times request for rollback...hardly anyone able to accept and rollback...otherwise all customer-care says that system is busy..call us later..sometime... result is..if some one show kindness and roll-back, then Next day they again activate that service and deduct Rs. 20.

Sometime even activating Two times and deducting Rs.40

I am totally irritate with Vodafone service.
Yes definitely, I received a sms from vodafone saying ur MCI alerts have been activated. Now I will charged for it. I dont know how many times I will have to call their customer care to get someone online and deactive this.
This is pretty bad. I am tottaly disatisfied with their services. Waiting for number portability to switch the provider.

I am using the vodafone number from last 7 years. Today suddenly i got one message saying "your request for MCI alerts has been registered"... I never made such request, so why Rs 30 deducted from my account without my knowlege. This is soo bad of vodafone.. I calledup customer service, and they said, nothing can be done.. you have to pay Rs 30.. I am very much disappointed with vodafone.. I suggest nobody should take this Vodafone connection in future.

Vodafone — without permission activate MCI alerts service

I am sahil jhanji from sirhind . i have a vodafone no. [protected] . 2 days ago i receive a call from vodafone center . The lady tally caller says me about the service MCI ALERTS to activate this service in rupees 30/m. but i says i have no need to activate this service & i also say sorry and ended the call. but after a few hours i recieve mess. in which written that "your request for MCI alerts has been registered " i shocked .because without my permission & withou my acknowledgement the vodafone tally caller acivate this service & my bal. goes in nagetive when they charged for this service 30 rs. from m bal. so i want to complaint against the vodafone company which makes flerts with there customers ....even they use there product..........so i requested this org.site to shown this mess. to all people when they search for vodafone .........and they save our money & does'nt buy the vodafone numbers......

On 18/11/2009 I got one message, "your request for MCI alerts has been registered" where as I never made any request. How you can activate any facility without the customers consent and charge for that. Kindly deactivate this facility.I have also send cancellation sms to 144 as mentioned in that sms.

Vodafone — activating MCI alerts without consent

I have been using the vodafone prepaid sim for past 2 months. Today only ,that is, on 19/11/09 I received a call from vodafone at around 2:45 pm IST to register myself for MCI alerts for which I rejected and didnt applied for it.

But at around 7:45 pm, I received messages from vodafone that your MCI alerts have been activated.

This is a sheer harassment of the customer.
I want to "order" vodafone that kindly disactivate this MCI facility from my mobile or else I would have to adopt the other path. My number is [protected].

I have a vodaphone sim card with no. [protected] and it was working fine since last 9 months. Yesterday I remove the Sim card from my phone and insert a IDEA sim card for some personal reasion. When I again inserted my Vodaphone Sim to same cell I received a message from company and they have deducted Rs. 30 from my account as MIC activation charges without my permission. Yes this is absolutely true, today i.e. on[protected], Monday, i have received an sms from vodafone on my cell no [protected] saying that your MCI service has been activated however i have not at all applied for the same. although I have sent in a deactivation message for the same but request you to please do not do such things without the customers concern.

See from morning i am not able to get in touch with the vodaphone customer care person it is very important. only the machine voice is been heard. kindly call to my number is [protected] ASAP.
I do not know what the nonesense is going on from a prestigeous vendor like vodafone. Without any customer's consent they donot have any authenticity to touch the public money. If the money is not refunded immediately, obviously, will move to the consumer court.

[protected], sim no.[protected] is not working since one month however, i have submitted document my id and photo in local customer care vodaphone, near ramlila maidan, sakchi jamshedpur, jharkhand as per their instruction for verification.Therfore kindly activate my number as soon as possible.     You are absolutely right, this has become a regular practice of Vodafone, to activate the Callertune service forcibly.
    All of a sudden a call will come to your number, once you answer the call, you are in trap.
    Without further pressing any key for the acceptance of the service, their system will make the service activated in your number.
    I believe there are many more Victims of this activity of Vodafone.

    Set caller tune without any Permission:
    My Name is Sumanta Ray and Mob No is [protected]. I have a Vodafone prepaid connection and i using the same for last 2 years (approximately). I got a call from [protected] today at 0919 am and suddenly got sms messages from vodafone/ 430/ 56789/ 56789 and they set a caller tune without my knowledge and deducted Rs.45 ( For Rs.30 Active Caller Tune and Rs.15 for Caller tune Song).
    It is requested to take immmediae action to restore the amount which was deducted from my account and send sms urgently.

    Vodafone — Vodafone - daytime robbery

    Vodaphone is into daytime robbery business.
    They themselves activate value added services like Miss Call alerts. Then they charge the customers for that.
    If you have to cancel, you will have to call them and now these calls are also charged. I have cancelled these services 5 times in last 5 months and every month they again activate it.

    Vodafone — illegal activation of caller tune

    Dear sir

    vodafone has activated caller tune without my approval and deducted 30 rupees without intimating me.
    my mobile no is [protected].This is happened second time in a row.i want my 30 rupees back and request to look into it so that it doesnt happen again.

      Hi This is Krishna, [protected] i'm a Vodafone Customer Since the day thats been Launched, I'm using Vodafone chennai. I'll share my wonderful experince had with Vodafone CC guys. I got my 2nd Vodafone Connection in the Year 2006 and FNF service was Preactivated with it.. I have assigned 3 vodafone numbers whom i used to call much often.. Wen days passed out of my Three Friends 2 switched over to Airtel CUG, its free since we work in the same corporate, Remaining 1 number is my GF's number. Later those two numbers were not in existance.. Fine, let me come to the actual story. On Dec 25 2008 i received a Message From Vodafone stating the FNF service will be Charged Rs10/mnth/number. As i have assigned 3number and 2 numbers were dead. I was told to send a message to keep those numbers active, Before i could do it i called up CC guys to get the exact picture, Called them on 25th evening and i explained my problem, i was adviced not to send that message, as that will activate all those numbers including the one which is not in existance.. He said me that all the FNF numbers will be erased by 25th midnight and told me to assign fresh on 26th..

      ON 26th December 2008- called up 140 to activate FNF but got disconnected Everytime, then called up CC again and was told to call up 59999, Beautiful...! one lady(IVR) picked up and said that i have not sent the Confirmation Message to get the service activated, and gave an option to HIT 5 to activate, but nothing worked out.. On 29th evening my balance was Rs1039, around 7pm i received messages continiously that Rs10 had been deducted, that dropped down to Rs 989.. Totally confused, that day couldnt even call up CC from Vodafone number, so called them up from my other mobile, and i got an Human after Some fifteen mins of waiting, and one worst part is that Vodafone calls will get disconnected once in 30mins, already 15 mins of wait, so i have to get my problem fixed in another 15 mins, ...! beleive me guys i called them up totally 10 times that day.. Then one guy told that i have 3 FNF number so thirty rupees had been deducted, some 3rd or 4th bloody who picked it, was Damn rude. He didnt even listen to me and was like arguing with me, he bluntly said i'm a fool..He didnt even reply to my question and he just was ready to Disconnect giving the closing script, "you called up Vodafone for this problem and Gave u the information, is there any thing else to help you with" i was asked wat info u gave "He said thank u for calling vodafone" Hmmm... My luck is that, i have the conv recorded in my mobile phone, Then i called up again, other guy, he was so humble and polite, as i had a very good exp in my previous call i was very cautious and alerted myself by asking him those questions,

      ME: wen i suld have sent the Conf Message to Keep the FNF numbers active?

      HE: 25th Dec 10pm,

      ME: Are you sure..?

      HE: Yes sir i'm sure,

      ME: wat happens if had sent the message on 26th

      HE: u will have to assign it fresh, and reassign those numbers

      ME: Fine, this is my number [protected], tell me why my balance got reduced

      HE: Because u have activated FNF

      ME: but the message was sent on 26th afternoon,

      HE: Let me check those infos, i'm sorry sir dates have been extended till Today

      ME: See u in Court, GOODBYE (i hav that too recorded)

      My point is That:

      Is that the way Agents are Trained to Treat a Customer.

      For which ever info we ask request/ info/activation/deactivation, , call up 50777 They hav an automated service 50777, Bull service.. Then wats the point in Talking to an Human, and why paying them Unnecessarily..

      Now I;m gonna file a case against Vodafone, For had Insult me, and Disrespected me.. I hav consulted my Lawyer and its in the process.. I need justice from u Vodafone guys ... Let this come to Light, soon this will be Published to Media and Press, as I'm working in One of the Top most TV Channel who also has News Paper Division..

      Guys I[censored] wanna Live with Respect Stay Away from Vodafone. Why paying Money and Getting insulted ...!

        Hi everyone and greetings to all


        I, Wish to bring to your kind notice a shocking case of willful and wrongful embezzlement of a balance of Rs.6, 667/-(Rupees Six Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Seven only) lying in my vodafone prepaid connection number[protected]alongwith a life time validity) which was a very special number for me for so many years registered in my name nirpinder singh r/o 3/101 palmohan apartments, punjabi bagh, new delhi-110026, but to my utter shock when I tried to use that number yesterday it gave me a message invalid SIM, so then I went to connaught place store of vodafone on[protected], the customer care representatives informed me that as I had not recharged for a while so the number was deactivated automatically and was transferred to another person without my knowledge and that there was no balance in my account remaining.

        How can vodafone cheat their customers like this and swindle’s one’s money like anything and dupe me/general public of rs.7000/-

        This is a case much similar to Satyam may be that was for Rs.7000/- crore and in my case the crore figure is not there but for rs.7000/-wherein vodafone is not less at fraud than ceo of Satyam duping its customers of scores of rupees.

        Also, I would like to apprise the authorities that this is one such case of rs, 7000/- there might be so many such cases being running into several crores of rupees being swindled by such big companies.

        I request the authorities to look into this matter as this is not a case of 100-200 rs. But rs.7000/- which is not easy to earn and save these days of recession and my hard earned money which has been stolen from me/embezzeled/swindled from my number/my property and get me my number with appropriate amount remaining in my account at the earlest.

        VODAFONE DELHI — willfulness of vodafone

        SIR,
        I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 27TH Aug, BALANCE AMOUNT IN MY MOBILE WAS APP 10/-RS, BUT ON Same Day Eve. IT WAS SHOWING -28/-RS.WHEN I CONTACTED VODAFONE EXECUTIVE, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS & IT WILL BE RECTIFIED, AFTER 24HRS, WHEN AGAIN I CALLED, I WAS AGAIN ASKED TO WAIT, THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT U MUST REPLY ANY SMS OR CALL WHICH IS CALLED BY VODAFONE. I SWEAR THEM THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL OR ANY SMS , HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL, BY SAYING, U HAVE TO PAY THIS & IN FUTURE, U WILL NOT GO THROUGH THIS PROBLEM.
        SIR, THE MATTER HERE IS NOT OF 40 BUCKS, BUT THE WAY THESE COMPANIES TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY, AS MANY PEOPLE MAY BE SUFFERING WITH SUCH BEHAVIOUR OF THIS COMPANY.HOW CAN THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM ANYBODY'S ACCOUNT & GIVE USELESS RESONES FOR THE ACT.PLEASE SIR, TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM & TEACH THEM SOME LESSONS.

        Sir,

        I have two vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected]. On both the numbers unwanted messages are being displayed which I do not require at all. For example message reading "you have been charged 3/- per day for cricket match. During recent series between NZ-IND, SL-WI-SA-PAK approx Rs.60/- have been charged just for nothing. I am least interested in any kind of message to be displayed on my phone. May I humbly request you to kindly ensure that NO MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED ON MY PHONE.

        This request of my should be acceded to promptly.

            For One time bill, bills for last 6 months are available on demand. It will give summary of the bill available for the calendar month(1to 31.) Please SMS Stating One time bill MMM to 144 (First 3 letters of month.) Charges for One Time and Recurring request Rs.50. Kindly place a request at the store only. Return to the store in 48 hours to collect the bill. Only account holder can make a request for his/her account. And the bill request should be sent from your mobile. Service activation request would be accepted only if adequate threshold balance is available in the account (Re 1 greater than the charge.) Kindly provide proof of Identity before collecting the bill.

            1. Charges for One Time and Recurring request Rs.49
            2. Customer has to send an SMS to activate the service and place a request at the store only
            3. TAT for Prepaid bill is 48 Hrs.
            4. Post 48 Hrs. customer has to come back to store collect the bill.
            5. Only account holder can make a request for his /her account bill
            If Customer wants both Incoming and Outgoing details then customer have to proceed legally by raising request for the details from police station. And the details will be sent to the police station itself.

            Please note, to get call history of any month, SMS BILL month (first 3 letters) to 144 (toll free) to register your request. There should be a minimum balance of Rs.26/- at the time of request. The call details shall be sent to your registered address within 15 days post necessary validation. Also, SMS has to be sent from the number for which you would require the call history.
            Further, Rs.26 will be deducted for each month that you would require the call history for and therefore sufficient balance has to be maintained to process your request.
            You can register with My Vodafone account and view the call details for last 15 days. Please follow the following steps for new account creation on My Vodafone:

            1.Log in to www.vodafone.in,
            2. Go to “My Vodafone”,
            3. Click on “Register”,
            4. Enter your Vodafone number,
            5. Create Log in Id and enter Validation Code,
            6. Click the box to agree to Terms and Conditions and
            7. Click on Submit.

            whenever i dial i get network busy even after repeated dialling 20 times i do not get the number.

            Vodafone — Outgoing problem since one month

            I, Ashish Kumar Ojha,Delhi, a vodafone user ([protected]) since April 2007, In the month of middle sepotember I found a surprise thing that outgoing facility is not available on my phone. I call to customer care then the executive told me that your document has not been submitted that 's why you are not able to make call. When I told him that at the time of new connection I have submiited all document then how can you say, he told me we have check this time your document is not with us. As per advised I submitted my documet 3 times; 2 times at Regend sqaure vodafone office & 1 time a gurudwar road at gurgaon. Again i call on 1st november then I found again a surprise when executive told me that your document is not submitted when i told again the whole story and after again checking he told me that your document is already submitted and it will take another 24 hours to resolve and he disconnect my call after given a long hold (31minutes).person name is Shyam. I tried to talk supervisor three times repeatly and I talked to Mr. Harpreet Singh, Umes & Saurav Aggarwal. lastly I was abler to talk a supervisor who's name was Mr. praveen. After giveing all information he told me that your document has not been submitted, when I fired on him he given ahold and told me that your document has been submitted and your service will be start by 10th of november. I told him that why you will take such 10 days to resolve the problem then he said to me it is as per our company rule. I am going to disconnect my number this company is really worst. 4 conclusion is coming after this :
            1. Their is no way to do work because if check the document after 5-6 month then it is against os law.
            2. Executives are really fools they don't have sense and information about the customer is zero.
            3. Supervisor behvae like a helper of company if a company management is like this then where will company goes anybody guess. Management is really very poor.
            4. problem resolving time is such very long than other companies. It will 10 days to 1 month.

            I don't have any hope with vodafone that why I am going to leave the service of vodafone. If any educated manger or higer person can resolve my problem then please call at my alternate number which is mention below.

            Vodafone — BILLS SENT THROUGH NUMBERS ARE SURRENDERED / CANCELLED LONG BACK

            I had surrendered and cancelled the 2 mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] to the executive by name Ajay or Alok (as far as I remember or a similar name) at Hypercity, Malad after making the payments of the pending bills.

            When I asked him to give me a receipt or writing as the proof of the cancellation or disconnection, then he had refused saying that the same can not be given as a company policy. He also told me that within 2 to 3 hours, the request will be processed and there is no need of any writing or acknowledgment to be given to the customer as i have already made the payment and there is nothing due and payable by me to the company. The above details like number and myname were aken by him on a paper and he also told one of his colleagues present near the counter that it was a bad day as he had received request for cancellation and/or disconnection by 3 customers.

            Kindly clarify that the customer who visits your gallery/store and who is assured by your executive about the above facts and still is receiving the above bills.

            Why your executives had not acknowledged the above and how can you have a policy which is against the common interests of the general public and against the rules of natural justice.

            I also want to bring to your kind attention that for a customer the executive representation and oral assurances, have cheated me and it has created mental stress and trauma to me as it was promised that i will not be charged as i had cleared all the previous bills and in fact i had paid excess as advance rent.

            In spite of that, i have recd bills for both the numbers.

            Kindly clarify the issue as i have cancelled the numbers long back and still your company is sending me the bills for the numbers i am no longer using.

            Looking forward to your response and hope that the company will honour the representation and assurances made by their executive.

            Your comment has made me memorize about the same problem faced by me. I have faced similar issue of receiving unwanted solicitation calls from Banks.

            Try this, it helped in my case….. I am no more receiving such calls.
            You can register your number with NDNC (it is some... National Donot call list) through your telecom provider.
            Telecom Service provider ensures acknowledgment of request in 10 days and will become effective in 45 days. They have a website also in place --- <http://ndncregistry.gov.in/>

            my number is [protected]. on 18 Dec 2008, Rs 20 has been deducted from my balance for Miss Call Alert for which i have never made any request.i complaint against it in the customer care and they gave me a service registration number and assured me that my deducted money will be refunded, but nothing happened till now. please tell me, where to go and what to do...

            Vodafone Pre-Paid — Activation of caller tune without permission

            Caller tune was activated on my mobile no-[protected] on 22 Jan 09 without my consent and Rs. 45/-deducted from my pre-paid card. In addition, message sent to me that rental of Rs. 45/- will be charged per month. Complaint registered with authorized vodafone shop and assured that by 24Jan amount will be refunded as I have not given any request to activate any kinda caller tune. till date nothing has happened, nor any msg from vodafone. Request expedite my complaint.

            If a cutomer is not able to take the assistance from the customer services, then how the issues can be resolved.
            Now, I agree that your services are very bad n highly disappointed & that is the reason that I am going to discontinue this no. permenantly.

              This has been very frustating since 2nd jan. 2009 when I applied for a Vodafone post-paid connection.
              For the last 10 days I have been calling the Vodafone Customer Care for activating my new no. provided the Vodafone Executive on 5th Jan. 2009 and its still not yet activated even after the complete verification has been done.

              But the Vodafone Customer Care executives are Masters in giving False commitment to the Customers and are trained to say only one statement i.e. Sir Please give us 24 hrs your no. would definitely be activated.And Vodafone is worst service provider I have come across.

              So, Please stop saying " WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU"

                I have activated callertune on 16th dec.2008 and message sent to me that rs30/-will be charged for month.Now on 1st january they once again charge rs30 for caller tune.In complains reply, they said that every month is starts at 1st of the month.This information they shoul give me at the activation.

                Yesterday i recharge with 27 for lowering the STD calls.
                But when i called to two nos in uttarakhand charges were
                deducted as per local charges. The two nos were of airtel and bsnl.
                After talk with kanak on 198 i came to know that thosee no are local.
                Tell me how its possible if your network is having std in uttarakhand and
                airtel and bsnl are local. So i should change the service provider and move to
                airtel or bsnl.

                    from last two days i am not able to send any msgs toh any local and std numbers from my vodafone number.
                    i can recieve msgs and i can also make and recieve calls.
                    more then 10 times i complained abt this problem to vodafone customer care and i tried every thing they had aksed me to do but still i am unable to send msgs.when i send msg from my cell the error msg comes to me is that "meassage sending failed and no network support for messages. i had already refreshed the sender number in msg settings and all other optinos .
                    i put my frnds sim on my cell and then i can send msg from that number it puery means that there is no problem in my set.this problem is from vodafone network.
                    now when i try to call vodafone customer care, they do not connect me to the executive. plzzz cure this problem soon.

                      dear sir, kindly ref complaint 08 01 09 in which it was mentioned that by doing false verification vodafone issued the connection no. [protected] in the name of mr. madan mohan who is not residing at N-18/A-3 Dilshad Garden delhi-110095 .It means either fake documents submitted or without any verification the details submitted by customer entertained which is highly objectionable and serious mistake on their part while contacted on this issue at Dilshad Garden Voda fone customer care Mr Ali c/o Passi communication he had told verification is carried out by vodafone Rep Sunita .Now it is requested 1. Immediately suspend the no.[protected] in the name of mr. madan mohan 2 A Police enqry so that accountablity can be fixed 3 The same way in Bombay terrorist managed to get mobile connection etc as the verification was not proper.                             Dear Sir,

                            This is to inform you that there have been ISD calls made from the number [protected] for around 1430/-which I claim I have not made.
                            As I have noticed the unbilled amount was unusual I contacted customer care to enquire whether there is some technical problem but there was no help extended. I request you to help as these calls are not made by me. I have been using the number since July 2007. As suggested by your agent Mohit Makhija Retention team that I can deactivate this number if I want but they will not resolve the issue. This is how they behave with their customers.

                            I made some missed calls to my VOIP (USA number) telephone and their system billed me for 1 min each. And the customer care is not ready to accept my explanation and insists that the calls were picked up

                              My vodafone bihar mobile no. [protected] activate on 20/12/2008 after few day call barrings services activate wedout any message from vodafone. Till today we not make out going call for my vodafone bihar mobile no. [protected].
                              So please take action against vodafone bihar.

                                I have been changed my SIM due to rejection after entering wrong PIN & PUK. SIM has been replaced me on 7th Jan 2009 from your HIrabaug, Swaragate Vodafone care in Pune. & told me that it will work within 2 hrs. But still it's block. I have contacted [protected] for information, but not getting any info from this line neither able to get any contact no. of your HIrabaug pune service center .Even it's very strange that your custcare people doesn't have the service providers address availble in their pune centers list. I am very busy person & my max. work is on phone so pls help out in this regards. giving you my land line no. for any need[protected].
                                sir, my SIm has been blocked due to wrong entry of new pin code after entering PUK code. i had taken this SIM just 2 days before and i am having balance of Rs.230.00 in this number. i had talked to customer care for help and they told me to submitt this SIM in near by service centre but the problem is that i am unaware of the address of SERVICE CENTRE near NAGAPATINAM in TAMILNADU.

                                i will be obliged i[censored] please inform me the address of near by service centre to nagapatinam where i can submitt my sim for a new one.

                                  I had a Vodafone post paid connection in Mumbai from 12th May 2008 to 13th July 2008 bearing number [protected]. In June 2008, I had made a deposit of Rs.3500 to avail the ISD facility in my connection. When I got this number disconnected, I was told the amount will be refunded to me by cheque by 24th September 2008. I was provided service request no[protected] by Vodafone for the same.
                                  Till date I haven't received my money back and repeated request to Vodafone customer care has fallen in deaf ears

                                  Since I was out of India for last six months, every time I used to call Vodafone customer care a new representative used to pick the phone and I had to re-state the whole story again and again causing severe dent in my telephone. Further, the Customer service representative never provided a concrete explanation and gave illogical excuses as to the Rs 3500 has been dedcuted as cancellation charges. Where there is not a single cent outstanding against my connection.

                                  A refundable deposit of Rs.3000/- for ISD is not being refunded since last 6 months.
                                  Pls. suggest.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  My case is that I purchased a postpaid connection from vodafone 2 months before from now. I purchased it because of some false information about the product. but when I got to know about the reality about the connection and its hidden charges, I applied for cancelling of the connection. when i went to the vodafone store of Kamla nagar, delhi-07, the public relation officer told me that i will get my refund back in 45 days. then after 45 day i went again to the store. this time the P.R officer told me that i will get my money after 5 days. when i went to the store again after 5 days on 30th march, 2009, the p.r officer said that my cheque is ready but it is not in the store. they told me to come again after 5 days.
                                  this is the case. now I want compensation for the wastage of my time and delay in the payment.

                                    We have a stationary shop named SRI RAM STORES at Theni- Periyakulam main Road near bus stop which is a centre place at Theni. in our shop we are doing cell recharge through EC for all kinds of All cell companies. we are selling vodafone recharge card for above RS 3000/ per month. almost all our vodafone customers want to do their recharge through EC only. we have applied 3 times to Theni VODAFONE delar to get EC connection. but they didn't give us the EC connection. they told that they missed our application.they didn't response us correctly. so, please take necessary step to give us the VODAFONE EC conection as early as possible.

                                    Vodafone Prepaid — REGISTRATION FAIL

                                    I have been using my number [protected] for the last three months, but, all of sudden my phone got blocked as there was no signal. Now, it shows sim card registration failed.

                                    I contact customer care and was told to bring the sim to any retail store. I went to store and told them all about. I was surprised by one your Executive who said me that it had happend due to moisture or a case rapidly charging. late, I was told to pay 100/= to get a new sim.

                                    I don't see any thing wrong in my Nokia Set and charging it and why should pay 100/= for new sim.
                                    Now a days it is very common that most of the sim card have the same problem, where user role in operating a cellephone may not be the reason.

                                    Please do let me know whether my problem will be solved? And, secondly, when will my sim card be reactivated.
