I have buy 9 new line of vdafone group card on 18.06.09. i somement all docoment to andromede marketing pvt .ltd sakinaka mumbai 400072 and fax all docoment to [protected] and mail [protected]@andromeda but up know my ilne not start i call all person of andromeda. form today they are not answer my call Was this information helpful? | |

I had purchased a postpaid sim card on 10/08/2009 from Andromeda Marketing PVT.LTD
The person who take the sim card and my documents it tell that the sim will activated in 48hrs but still the no. not activated i am going to Vodafone Store at Dadar and complaining about that matter the Vodafone representative told me that we not do any thing for you.
The most important thing is that I am requesting about a new sim card to Vodafone and from Vodafone reqruit a person from Andromeda Marketing PVT.LTD i don't know the Andromeda Marketing PVT.LTD
Pl. do needful for me.

I had called VODAFONE for Mobile number portability to port in to vodafone, they sent ANDROMEDA MARKETING PVT LTD person to collect doc, i paid him, submitted all docs on 13/04/2011 and its been more than a month my documents are not yet SUBMITTED by ANDROMEDA MARKETING PVT LTD
when i call vodafone they say get in touch with ANDROMEDA MARKETING PVT LTD, when i try to reach ANDROMEDA MARKETING PVT LTD on [protected] / [protected] they have never responded to my any call, when i go to vodafone store and call only than they pick up call ...
