Dear Mr.Vodafone,
my problem is yet to get solved.
Every time during payment time, my out-going gets dis-connected.
This is being repeated for the third month.
SBI Cheque no.670463 (Rs.12055.00)being deposited on 29/11/07 with Ankit Communication, AF-377, Krishnapur Main Road, Kolkata - 700102.
Other details are : Vodafone Bill no.[protected], due date being 03/12/07. Relationship no.1.20507042.
Please rectify the mistake immediately and get the outgoing on line.

BUT OF NO USE(EVEN THOSE PERSON DONT KNOW CLEAR STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT AND TARRIF. , ALSO THROUGH VARIOUS MAILS TO [protected]@vodafone.com, but of no use.In case you need the copy of previous mail with the reply o[censored]r customer care person-THEN I LL FORWARD YOU THE SAME.IN WHICH THEY HAVE MENTION ME THE PLAN ,TARRIF AND CHARGES.AS I HAVE SAVED A HARD COPY OF THE SAME IN MY INBOX.

Sir,

An amount @ Rs. 199/- for October and November 2007 has been deducted forcefully from my prepaid account of Vodafone No. [protected]. I approached two times to the Vodafone stores at Vikas Marg, New Delhi. on dt. 01.12.2007 and 19.01.08 regarding above complaint.

I came to know that the said amount is deducted for activation of internet on phone. I hereby specify that I never made a request to activate the internet and not used any time even it was activated. The Executive in Vodafone store on 01.12.07 assured me that she has sent an email to the concerned department and the money will be re-credited in my account within one week. But it is regretted to say that the assurance has not been fulfilled . I further approach the same Vodafone store on 19.01.08 and on the enquiry the assistant said to me that she is not capable to do the needful.

Hence I request to you that an amount of Rs. 398/- my kindly be recredited to my account.

I taken a Pre-paid card on 12th April 2008 from SAMAR Communication, B-66 PVK, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon (haryana).I submitted my driving lisence as ID proof on 12 April 2008.But from that date to till they not submitted my document due to that my out going is dis-connected.when i got massege on my phone from your side I told that person from samar communication pls submit my document but they told me u don’t wary we are submitted your document & also they told, by default they send a massege to every one, so I request you to take a enquiry about that & pls solve my problem because my out-going as well as my caller ID also dis-connected from last 5 days

but when i checked my balance .balance will showing ( u bal is 489 rupees)

I got an email saying by the name of vodafone that i won a lottery of 200000 GBP from vodafone online sweepstake promo.In the email it was given that the winning amount cheque is posted to a courier company naming Overseas courier department .IS it true that you had sponsored some online lottery? If it is a spam than please try to catch them.If this type of thing continues than the trust of vodafone from the mind of the people will be finished.

I have send an email to u people earlier too but i hasnt recieved any reply on the same from ur end after it almost 3-4 months have been passed and i also spk to customer care executives, it is my humble request u people to waived of the charges which u have levived on me in my Feb Bill as i have got on message from you that if any sunday in the month of Feb i make any call to Hutch to Hutch then there will be no charges and almost 200 minutes will be free on every sunday during the monht of Feb 2008



It is my humble request to u people pls waive of these charges as i have did the same thing after recieving the message, i[censored] people will not waive off these charges so i am liable to go to TRAI and also liable to file a case against u people in Consumer Court.Pls see me record that neither i ignored any pmt and nor any late payment fee has been charged to me earlier.pls waive of the late payment charges and the charges u levived on me for the calls.



I need an attention from ur side otherwise i will go to court and as well as Trai, I have also saved that very message in which you have send us communication regarding the same
