I have brought VODAFONE line on[protected] and i make a call to coustomercare to clarify my doubt they use abusing word on me when i am saying my name.I[censored] have any doubt u can verify from ur record what did they have spoken.it is my second call which i make to coustomercare. PLEASE VERIFY AND TAKE ACTION ON HIM. THANKYOU
My complaints are:
1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 8 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (rahul talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.250(in jan feb), and some more in months of march are imposed on my number on the account
