[Resolved]  Vodafone — vodafone customer service

Hi,

My name is praveen kumar , i own two vodafone post paid connection , one of my vodafone numbers had a huge bill (not how much i usually talk for), hence i suspected wrong billing, So i requested the customer care to send me an itemized bill or the same, Which obviously they never did, and in turn i did not pay the bill amount , now after almost three months i get a call from an unknown number , and i am told that the bill was sent ? i dont know to which address, and i am asked to make the payment.

I informed the customer care representative about the situation. At the end he "THREATENED" me of coming to my residence and collecting the bill.

This is a totally unprofessional behavior to a customer who has held a vodafone phone now for 3 years.

TODAY I GOT AN SMS FROM VODAFONE : "HELLO! UR VODAFONE USAGE OF 2068 IS REACHING TO UR ASSIGNED CREDIT LIMIT OF RS 2000, WE R REQUESTING U TO MAKE AN INTERIM PAYMENT TO SERVE U BETTER.I HAVE PAID 2000 ON 10 JULY 08, OUT STANDING WAS 2314.:"
I dont understand why in 4 days my account could reach 2068.Even i dont get my detailed e-bill since i gor this connection.
Please resolve my problem ASAP.

Vodafone services are very bad as a post paid customer iam unable to sign up into my account in vodafone's official website.

Postpaid Connection — TECHNICAL FAULT AND BILL NOT COME FOR ONE MONTH.

For your kind information i am using vodafone post paid connection for long time facing lot of problem as i call any right no saved in cell but call connected to somewhere else, that is happening every day .

Vodafone Post Paid — I get wrong information each time i call to customer care Executive

When ever i call to Executive get different information from different Executive. I am in dilema whether to belive in the customer care or not.

Vodafone — without nay my request they traced &recored my calls

I Shabnam D/O Mr. Atma Ram usevodafone connection no.[protected] from last one and a half year. I got a call from u r center saying that they would send my detailed bill from the phone calls which I made from the above written vodafone connection.I did not got the detailed bill even after two weeks. I made in quarry from u r center and the girl attanding the phone call told me that phone calls made by me with the connection no [protected] are being traced and recoded. I want to know who is tracing and recording my calls so that no unnessary trouble may come in future. u r requested to take approprate action regasrding this attion.
how can i know the details of vodafone post paid
I was working with a company last year, they provided postpaid vodafone connection, after few months i left that comapny and request that company to retain that vodafone no. i to my name, as i already have distributed my no. to many of my personal contacts, they (The Company) agreed and issued a NOC to me, Same I forwarded to vodafone store alongwith a request to transfer that ph. no. in to my name. they accepted the same, after that I regularly making payment for the monthly bills raised by the vodafone. I am using this connection since dec 07 with aa good track record, But this time i Shocked when I regularly getting calls from vodafone executives enquiring about one another voda no. issued to my previous organisation, they saying that a monthly bill is pending for that connection, but i have no idea about that particular connection, i told many time to them, now they have disconnected my phone even incoming of my phone, when i approched to the company they are saying that your no discontinued due to outstanding of a connection issued to your company, with this reason they have disconnected my phone, which is very unfortunate as i have lost all my personal contacts and getting harrased without my fault, How can they disconnect my phone with this reason, now I want to make a complaint against vodafone in to trai as well as with consumer court, can anyone give me the contact to make a compalaint, my no. is [protected].

Vodafone Postpaid Connection — Bad Customer care experience

This is chandra Shekar, and i like to say the worst experience that i have faced with vodafone cust care service. First of all they dont understand our concent, and we dont understand what they speak they r so poor in their english.
We need to wait for such a long time to connect with cust care center and then we dont get satisfied solutions from them. I had billing issues so i called cust care and spoke to Ms. Yasmeen and i told my concerd about the call, and so she started explaining something else apart from this issue. and when i asked her she was so arrogant with her words. It is really frustrated to cal and speak first plz change this otherwise everthing goes worst. I have so many other issues i am facing with this vodafone from past 2 years. I am really fed up of this planning to skid from this service. Whenever i make complain i dont get right solutions from the head who ever it is. They give us the reasons that we could not digest.

Vodafone Postpaid — Billing even after the account was being disconnected

They will say 'HAPPY TO HELP' .Don't believe them it's actually 'HAPPY TO CHEAT'
I have taken a vodafone (at that time hutch) postpaid connection in july 2007- '[protected]'
.I have disconnected the same after one month o[censored]se by clearing all the dues with the sim card submitted.But they continued to send mobile bills with zero usage.I have contacted the hutch care but of no use.A last they sent me a warning notice followed by a criminal notice arguing that i have cheated the company.
I was forced to pay the amount because it was in the midst of my exams.Now it is over and i am planning to move against the Vodafone company. So my request to all of you is
"NEVER TAKE VODAFONE"

Vodafone — Wrong Information While giving connection

Myself taken new connection of Vodafone (Number - [protected]) from Dealer (Sec 22, Gurgaon) whose sales person was standing opposite to Maruti Gurgaon Gate number.

At the time of giving connection (One year Retal was told Rs, 500) and paid same amount in cash and received bill.

Now i received call from Vodafone stating (One Year Rental is Rs. 999) instead of Rs. 500.

Very bad experience with Vodafone.

Please advise what can i do now.

Plan 444 — Recieving bill despite disconnection

Dear sir,

I have requested various time to disconnect my Phone NO.[protected] .(AS THE SAME IS NOT IN USE) to your Dealer at sector 15 But Still i am getting the bill for the same.yOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE DISCONNECT THE SAME AND REFUND ME THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS.AS THIS WILL LEADS TO UNNECESSARY LITIGATION.

Vodafone — payment not updated till date

I have paid my bill in the month of june where as it has not been updated till date and all services I have been discontinued for last one month I am facing problem.

I just picked up this connection beacause of CUG...this network and Customer service sucks.. i have been trying to spk to customer care executive, but no one ans my phone.. I got a bill which showed a credit balance of 344..why the hell i should pay extra money to a company when "They OWE ME THIS MONEY"...my number is [protected]... ithink this hutch was any day better..atleast people where there to assist..
