[Resolved]  Vodafone — vodafone customer service

Hi,

My name is praveen kumar , i own two vodafone post paid connection , one of my vodafone numbers had a huge bill (not how much i usually talk for), hence i suspected wrong billing, So i requested the customer care to send me an itemized bill or the same, Which obviously they never did, and in turn i did not pay the bill amount , now after almost three months i get a call from an unknown number , and i am told that the bill was sent ? i dont know to which address, and i am asked to make the payment.

I informed the customer care representative about the situation. At the end he "THREATENED" me of coming to my residence and collecting the bill.

This is a totally unprofessional behavior to a customer who has held a vodafone phone now for 3 years.

Very Frustrated and Fraud Company:-VODAPHONE

Today 28 Feb'2010,
In the morning My balance was Rs51 and some paisa. I sent few Text messages and I made few calls as well but that was on Vodaphone nos.I had a recharge of 199 and 35 to make vodaphone to vodaphone calls free and for free sms. So my balance should not be deducted. Around 1:30 or 2:00pm I noticed that my balance is Rs42.934. So, I called Cust Care but didn't go through, I tried several time but was facing same issue then, I called Cust.Care No from my friends phone and when I talk to the agent he told me that i have sent 4 sms to STD nos. and that’s y they deduct my balance 1.50/sms and for more information you need to call us back as I don’t have your full info and that will be updated in another 4hrs or so. But actually I sent only 2 STD SMS not 4, and according to them they should deduct only Rs 3 instead of Rs 9.43. When I asked the agent that y I can't make calls from my no. to Cust. care no. then he told me that your account was blocked to make toll free no. 111 but I am activating it and it will be alright in 4hrs. and when after 4 hrs I try to make call to Cust. care no. this time my call go through and when I asked the agent that this was the case and let me know why you deduct the Rs 9.43 instead of deducting only Rs3.00 he said that I can’t access your records because your account is not updated and I can see your record till 19th Feb 201 when you recharge your account with Rs 50.00 then How come the previous agent told me that you have sent 4 STD Sms and that why they deduct the amount and this time the agent disconnect the call.
Now when I try to call them again I noticed that again they have blocked my account to call Cust. Care No. I don’t know what kind of services they are offering to their customers and how this company is earning. I have decided to take appropriate actions against the company now if they’ll not give me the credit back in my account.

i am a vodafone postpaid connection user as mobile no [protected]. i checked my bill on dated 02/03/10, it was rupees 661.57/-(appx)as unbilled amont by sending msg on 111. Next day it turns rupees 2610/-(unbilled) informed me by a vodafone service msg and my number barred. i visited vodafone store manimajra they said that it will be happened by tech problem, you should wait 1-2 hours your service will be start but now 24 hours later my services not activated.i also submitted my request(no-[protected] about this.plz start my service immedately .

navdeep kumar having a Vodafone Number {[protected] } suffering from the services of vodafone, they stopped my outgoing calls for just 542.00 Rs Which Have Been paid On 5/3/2010 & Till 9/3/2010 9.30 am my out going calles Are Barred, even the

mera mobile pichle 3 saal se postpaid hae jab mai prepaid se postpaid karna chahraha tah to company walo ne bata ya k kabhi bhi postpaid se prepaid kara sakte ho magar ab na prepaid kar rahe hain na zeero rental ka koi offer bata rahe hain jab all o war India incoming free hae minimum rental kis bat ka

inke paas koi p / paisa plan bhi dhang ka nahee hae maheene ko RS, 300 ka rental le rahe haen magar talk time sirf RS 100 ka de rahe hain my mobile no is [protected]

i am ramesh kumar pal i m using vidafone prepaid last 2 year . last two days my mobile sim show invalid . what hpp. please reply me imme. my mob no. is [protected]
I have been a vodafone customer for 3 months now and have problems with both their products and the standard of customer services.

It took 4 or 5 calls for them to change my internet modem(dongle) which was providing me with a very poor service:constantly loosing connection, and a poor(1bar out of 5) reception at best.

The first 4 times they only agreed to exchange the dongle for the same make even though id told them the problem was with the model. After 2 months of poor internet connection they told me my local vfone shop would simply give me a different model. The shop told me this was wrong, and that customer services had no right to give that type of instruction. My fifth call finally got me a change of model.

The customer service agents were very poor in standard and was frequently cut off or transferred back to the initial helpline queue after speaking to the wrong department. And queues were extremely long(approx 10-15 mins on average)

Unfortunately, as I called the customer services through a different network I was left with £60 worth of charges for calling an 0870 number.

I am using [protected] Corporate connection number in Chennai. One of Vodafone executive without my knowledge he gave some post paid card thru my ID card photocopy and other relevant documents. I already gave complaint to Vodafone care but they are still they calling me and and asking about the bill of some other numbers and now they cut service for my mobile. i have been using this number for last 5 years.

Vodafone — Asking for payment after 2 years without proof

Since last year i am getting emails from Vodafone that i am due some 2000 odd rupees asking me to pay or face legal action. I first got such mail around 1 year back to which i replied asking for the details, they replied me with the consolidated amounts for around 4 months which they claim that i have not paid bills. On asking for the detailed bills which include the calls made by me the company says that they do not keep bills for more than a year hence they cannot provide the detailed bills. Please suggest me what should i do, the company keeps on sending me the emails frequently.

My name is Miss. Nayana D. Golambade. my No. [protected]. I was using my no. as pre-paid. But on 22.03.10. Mr. Anil ( represetative from globle Direct) has come to me, he had given me a post paid schem. He told that Iwill get new sum-card fro this schem. But till date I have not get my new sim-card. & Mr. Anil is not answering my call. I am in big problem. I am not taikng any call on my mobile. my old sim-cards has been Inactivate since 5-6 days.

I informed the customer care about the situation since 3 days. Kindly send my new post-paid sim-card to address & activate the card as soon as posible.
Vodafone is Pathetic and sucks. I got this connection recently and its corp. connection as per there policy they activate phone number after verification so it took them three days to activate it. now after 20 days they decided to send someone home for verification, neighbor tells them we shifted 2 days back. Guess what Vodafone takes that as negative verification and disconnect the outgoing. They did not bother to call on an alternate number to speak to us. When you call them the customer service rep (seems to trained and asked to behave as Robot) they have only one thing to say please visit the nearest Vodafone center to do this and that but we cannot help you over the phone (in other words we are not doing anything for you this is your problem as you are customer of Vodafone). They don’t forget to say and repeat only one line I UNDERSTAND & I APPOLOGISE (they say in hindi “Mein bilkul samajhta hoon aur shama chahunga magar aapko Vodafone store jana hoga). Same goes for the supervisors, they are equally good for nothing. And manager forget it they are available always busy. I live on rent so I have to change my place of living often.

I was crying on the phone, telling them I am in a hospital someone is dying, I need to make urgent calls; was requesting them to start the outgoing and they had nothing else to say apart from the crap mentioned above and not only that they were giving me attitude. This is the situation when we have another Vodafone number for more than a year and half & Vodafone gets paid on time every single month as a direct debit.
What is ironic Vodafone has a policy if don’t pay bill for one number they d/c the other number then why cannot they activate the other number for the same person when he has initially provided you all the details and is a loyal customer to you.
Vodafone can let the customer die, suffer but will not have a bit of humanity.
I guess instead of saying “Happy to Help” Vodafone should say “We are not here to help” . It is such incompetent company.
