Receipt No. Is CC6 -29619 Date on 25.09.09 Your Collector Exectuive Name Is Ananad ([protected]). I receive Msg From your Vodafone Company. (Your Vodafone Billed Outstanding of Rs 699 was not received, Please pay immediately ) Then I Do Any outgoing Call Then hearing ur annocement last seven Days. So I am very troubled. Plesae solve My Problem. Otherwise I Send to mail Trai.

This is Hemant. My vodafone postpaid no. is [protected]. my no is converted into prepaid to postpaid on 11/04/08.
The scheme is given by u to me is (249 mega plan) mobile to mobile 30p n mobile to landline 60p call, but the charge is cutting 60p on all the outgoing calls. i have complaint about this, u r customer care executive forward my complaint n said it will change in 2-3 days, but nothing will happen n u r customer care no is not connecting. i have paid my outstanding bill.plz take action as soon as possible about my quary. i[censored] r not able to do this with in 2 days plz change my number into prepaid.

I have taken 249 megaplan in last month. My no is [protected]. In the bill the V2v charges are 60 paisa but at the time i taken the connection your executive told that V2V charges are 30 piasa.Second thing is that this connection is on the behalf of [protected] then why the security fee.You said that there is 10% discount in the bill of this number. But this is not done. in my bill charges are taken against all the outgoing call. then what is about 500 minutes free local call. Also, i have submitted a security fee of Rs. 250/-. Your executive told that the first bill charges is colleted from your security fee. But now the customer care executive say that i have to pay this bill. Please calrify all these doubts otherwise close this connection.
I am Miss Renuka Sanjeev Sakhalkar from Mumbai. I have been using Vodafone Services for quite a long time. I am a Citi Employee and I have taken a corporate plan of Rs.199 rental. I had given my residential address as the billing address, but they are sending me the Hard copies of the bills to my Office Address however the Office Address on which they are dispatching the bills are on the wrong Address. I have also got the address changed from Wrong Address to the desired mailing address from the Local Vodafone Store in Bandra East.

I have tried contacting the Vodafone helpline quite a lot of times but they have not responded back. Also the consumer executives who attend the calls said that they will send me the bill to my E-mail ID. They are not even doing that.
Unless I don’t get the Hard copy of the Bill I am not going to pay the due amount.
i am gobinath. my no is [protected]. i received daily one vodafone caller tune add call unneccessarily.
this is distrube me while i am in work. pl prevent these calls.

also send my incoming and outgoing calls list.
My Postpaid Number [protected]. But I am not received bill time to time and this month bill is pending. So please urgently send the bill on e-mail address.
because of you people my outgoing also got blocked

i am a regular customer of vodafone service. my vodafonefone number is [protected]. and my bill is generating date is 19. my last month feb 2010 bill was 1497.46 Rs. but when next billing cycle is started i found my current bill was reaching on 5758.56 Rs. tell me how is possible that my unbilled usesed reached on that amount only next 4 days( 24 march). whenever my cradit limit is only 2000 Rs. now my all vodafone servicees are stopped (incoming is started), i have connect the customer care but they are saying that first pay your bill then get our service.
i am facing many problems due to billing cycle please resolve my problem
The same thing is happening with me. On December 10, 2009 I had given all the necessary documents to change the billing address to the home address even after 4 months the hard copy is going to the office address. They give the worst service possible Not only that I had confirmed every month with one Mr. Rahul From their Goregaon center and every month he gives the same reply that this month it will be changed but nothing has happened for the last four months.

I lodged a waive application to vodafone care . But, i did not get satisfactoty reply.
this time expect prompt and quick reply . Otherwise I vave to think about terminating my subscription.

    I am a vodafone customer. I have been provided ECS debit facilty, activated but bank account statement shows ECS INW REJ CHQ Rs33 on 18/6/09, when sufficient balance was available in my account and also till date. The same services was deactivated and intimated to us through your sms on 7/7/09. Again i visited vodafone store Model town, Jalandhar and applied for the same facility but the result was same and again Rs 33 was detucted for both no.s on 1699. Total Rs132 has been detucted because of this.I have been very disapointed from the services provided by you. Even the vodafone care guys can't even calculate the cause. So, i am hoping for your help or i will make my complaint official.

      sir .., i have been telling them to deactivate the voice chat and job alerts since from two weeks..but the customer care executives din,t respond .,now the customer care number will come busy when ever you call them so, i also visited vodafone store also but they are also not responding to the complaint ...instead they are taking it as casual..even though i am an customer for them for nearly 3 years..

          Dear Authority,

          This is not new for me to fight with Vodafone for my physical bill copy. Each and every time i need to call and follow up for my physical copy. But this time for the bill of July-Aug bill, was delivered to wrong person and after that i call 3-4 times to call center. In return they provided me their query registration number only and still the same is not resolved. Also they are telling that " our system is showning that bill has already been delivered to mentioned address", yes, the address they are mentioning is correct but the person to whom bill was delivered is not the person of my knowledge.
          Also call center people are asking me to
          * put request for duplicate bill OR
          * go to cyber cafe and take color printout of the same.

          Although the bill is of one month back, but i need to submit the orignal copy to my company.
          Request you to take some action against it and ask concerns to provide me the orignal physical bill copy of the Jul-Aug period.

            My name is Manish Jain with Vodafone mobile number [protected]. I would like to draw your attention towards the way Mobile operator is cheating and conducting fraud with its customers. Yesterday, I have sent a deactivation sms to vodafone at 144 and received the same with the MCI service deactivated sms. But despite getting the service deactivated, vodafone operator have charged me for this service.

            Also, their vodafone care service is an eyesore for 3 months. Despite dialing the 111 & [protected] from local vodafone number, one cannot be connected to customer care representative, but dialing [protected] from other mobile operators (Reliance, Airtel) one can immediately be connected to customer care representative.

            Is this the way vodafone mobile operator is cheating and defrauding its customers.

                I am using Vodafone {Hutch) for over 3 years in Chennai. I converted to life time validity of my number ([protected]). I use Rate cutter 148 by which Vodafone to Vodafone calls are 10p/min, Vodafon to other network - .50p/min, Vodafon to land line Re.1/min and free 750 local messages/day and its validity is for 30 days. Lastly my rate cutter validity expired on 31 August 2009 and I again made the rate cutter 148 on 5th September 2009. Suddenly the rate cutter benefits got cancelled on 2nd of October, 2009 itself and i came to know about this only when i was charged .99p/min for 30 mins. When I checked the balance my account was debited with Rs.29.70p for 30 mins but the 750 free local messages was given to my account under the rate-cutter 148 plan. When I called-up the customer care to enquire about this the customer care person (Senthil) responded very rudely, heedlessly and regardless and when I asked him to connect to the superior to inform about the indecent behaviour of the customer care person he again impolitely replied that no superior was available and immediately discourteously hung-up the call. I again called-up the customer care the next morning and asked when does my rate-cutter expire. The customer care person said that it is expiring by october 5, 2009. Thereafter I asked, then why is my rate-cutter 148 not applying but the combo of 750 messages/day is still continuing. After listening to this he said "let me check again" and suddenly said that he was wrong earlier and now said that rate-cutter 148 expired on 1st October, 2009 itself and that if i had 750 messages in my account, its due to error and asked me to enjoy the free 750 messages. Then I asked him to connect to a superior to enquire about this uncertain answers by the customer care persons. I was connected to one Mr.Guru. I told him about the previous night's unpleasant conversation with the customer care person Senthil and his rude behaviour towards the customer care. After listening to the recorded conversation that i referred, the senior (Mr.Guru) replied that the customer care person Senthil had not used any unparliamentary words during the conversation. This has been the trend of the response in Vodafone Customer Care Personnel for quite a while. If such is the respect the loyal customers get, it is a very unhealthy approach by the Customer Care Personnel, particularly Vodafone Customer Care, and is it ought to be severely condemnable. The Customer Care Personnel indulge in such behaviour and develop such attitude towards customers as they think they are invisible to the customers and no customer can trace the particular Customer Care Personnel by simply hanging up the call and with their superiors like Mr.Guru in my case backing up their behaviour. I don't think customers are to be treated like this with rude talking, slamming the call, simply hanging-up the call, etc. This menace is to be curtailed immediately by the appropriate authorities or the customers will be the ones who will be put to hardship, irritation, torture, exasperation, aggravation and annoyance and and the term 'Customers Care' will turn to be 'Customer Torture'. I request the authorities to take my complaint earnestly and take steps to curtail this menace. Thank You.

                I am using Vodafone ([protected]) in Gujarat Kutch. I have Purchase one Prepaid SIM Card at my Village.This Prepaid has life time validity but I have cancel ate this facility and I talk to Vodafone care and dissection about cancel life time validity and recharge any scheme and one year plan than I sent one massage form my mobile to Vodafone care ( Can Life – 144 ) 23 Sep 2009. But Vodafone sent only massage (Your Request Received Your services de-active within 24 HRS. but till date not De-active.                   i p.ashish from hyderabad...sir recently i got a call from vodafone customer care number +91-[protected] stating that there is offer for me to convert my prepaid sim to postpaid so i agree to have this offer to me.. so the executive said that their another will meet me the next day.. the executive has come and took all my douments and RS. 350/- and given me sim which is not active , the executive told the sim wil be activated when the documents are verified it will be taking time of 72 hrs,, but 5 days they told me that my post paid offer is rejected due to some problems in verification and they told that they will be return back my amount of rs.350 with 2 days.. but now its 3 months i couldnt get my money back i used to call back to this number [protected] several times but there is no answer they even not lifting the call.. this is very ridiculous by vodafone executives... very bad service by vodafone,,, so i request the consumer department to take the severe action on that executive and help in return of my amount back...

                      I have been using Vodafone postpaid Connection from the last 1.5 years. My No is:- [protected] & [protected] (Both CUG skim).

                      This is a complain against Vodafone who charged me different monthly rent in same CUG skim.
                      Eelier I was using Rs. 150 Monthly Rental. Now Vodafone given skim to Rs. 99 Monthly Rental in my No. [protected] but same skim not apply in my another no. [protected]. I informed Mr. Vijay Goswami (Vodafone - Bhavnagar) & he gave your email id.

                          I have applied for disconnection of my postpaid number two times by giving applications but still i am getting the bill at my home, i doesn't have any due amount and have paid each penny of bill more then two months back, from that time i have not used that number. I don't know why they have not disconnected my number, i will not pay the bill for which i haven't got anything.

                            I am a customer of Vodafone. I recharged my friends phone [protected] using the vodafone website on 18 sept. I website took a lot of time to process the request and though the recharge of Rs 81 was done, the money was deducted twice from my account. It is mentioned on the site that in case the recharge is not done, money will be reimbursed in 5 days. When i called customer care, they said that since u didnt call within 3 days from the problem, we cant do anything and u shud go to hearest vodafone shop. I contacted the vodafone shop but the guy keeps postponing the thing and i have not got the money till now.

                            One more thing, i got a call a few days ago that the connection is not in my name and some other guys name though i submitted my driving licence as proof. Now they asked me to resubmit the proof.

                            Vodafone sucks big time. In 2 months of service i have encountered so many problems as compared to no such problems with Airtel which i used for 2 years.

                              I purchased the SIM card of the number [protected] around Arpil last year 2008. I had submitted a self attested photocopy of my Driving License as my identity proof and shown the retalier the original DL as well.

                              I have been using the service till today 03 October 2009 afternoon. I found the line temporarily disconnected. On calling, they said, they have found that I did not show my original identity document while purchase have disconnected the service as per Government Regulation. I have to take my original DL to a Vodafone Store to get the service restored.

                              I ask :

                              Why could they not check my document at purchase?
                              How could they allow an unaothorised service - as claimed now - to run for more than 18 months?
                              If they have an issue after this long, why should they not come to me and collect the document?
                              Why would they not ask for the document instead od disconnecting the line?

                              Please could you take stern steps to reveal the unfair practise and force to shell out compensation for the harrassment?
                              I have purchased a vodafone prepaid SIM ([protected])on 10/10/09 and submitted the requaired documents to the retailer at the time of purchase.Initially my no. was activated but after 2 days suddenly it was disconected.When I called the customer care(111) they said they did not receive any document although the retailer is claming that he has sent all the documents to the company and he can't do anything else. Both company and retailer are pushing the ball each other's court and I am suffering without any fault. Could anybody tell me what should I do now?

                                I placed a request for DND in the middle of the month of July, 2009. I was told from Vodafone that it would take a ridiculous 45 days to action the request! Anyway, after that I waited patiently for 45 days, bombarded by numerous unwanted SMS's every day (some even came late night and early morning!).

                                After the stipulated time of 45 days was over, I found that there was absolutely no change in the number o[censored]nwanted SMS I receive everyday. The same senders continued to irritate me. It was as good as no DND request made at all.

                                I called up Vodafone customer care and was asked the details of the SMS received. As I delete these SMS the moment they come to me, I was not able to provide all the details at that time. Instead I told them that it is not one or two senders that I receive SMS from but rather there are more than 50 different ones. It ahd not changed at all after 45 days. So it would be better if they check if my DND is working correctly. Disappoing me they said that cannot be done and that I should call back with details.

                                The next time I received such an SMS, I called up the customer care immediately and provided the details. To my astonishment they said that it would take 21 days to process this particular complaint against this particular sender! I was dumbstruck. They explained that for each of the 50 or 60 odd senders I have to follow the same process and lodge complaints individually! And they would be individually dealt with within 21 days of lodging of the complaint! I didn't know what to say.

                                I am not familiar with this forum. But if there is anyone here who can do something about this, please help. My details are:

                                  I was using Vodafone postpaid connection (Number -[protected]) with STD charges Re. 1 for 1 minute. I used to pay 150 fixed charges for reducing STD charge From 1.50 to 1. Mid of August I got offer that we can reduce STD charges to 50 paisa (south India). I have called customer care on August 28th evening enquired about it. I got advice that I need to deactivate 1 Re. STD plan and activate 50 paisa south India STD plan and they sent me each message format. As they advised I have forward both SMS to their sever number (111) on 28th evening. I have called to customer care on 31st August and ensured about this activation, they told me next bill onwards my south India STD charge will be 50 paisa per minute.

                                  But September month bill which is generated on October 1st charged Rs. 1.50 per minute for south India STD calls.

                                  This is simple way real cheating or irresponsibility ……………..

                                  I too accept with your complaint...same thing happen for me but it is for the month of november, they deactivated my Rs. 1/min plan and charged Rs. 1.5/min with out activating 50p/min even though i send the SMS for activation. When i called the customer care they are telling they didnt receive the SMS but received deactivation of existing offer...actually once we send for new offer activation, old offer will automatically deactivate because two offers of same STD cant be possible(this is what the customercare person told me when i enquired about this offer in Oct) now they are asking for confirmation SMS...who will keep SMS once we get confirmed and box is full.

                                  This might be a chance for the mobile operators to cheat customers by getting extra bill amount for one month or until they get noticed of it by saying all these stories of not received, not reach server.

                                  My suggestion to all is pl. keep your SMS or mails that you sent to mobile operators until your problem is resolved or plans are activated...this is bitter experience i faced

I had brought one recharge card for re-charging my mobile but I had crached it very high so on that time I am not able to re-charge because I am unable to read the number so vodafone service(talecaller) person told me to visit to nearest vodafone store and place a complent and it will be completed within 7 days, I have place the complent on 21th sept, 09 but still I am facing the problem My account is not been debited.                                       ON 02/10/09, I received a promotional message from Vodafone about their Rs.35 Bonus Card at 11 :40. I promptly recharged with one such Bonus Card for Rs.35 and received confirmatory messages at 11:53 that it has been successfully refilled by Rs.0.86. After a few phone calls, I realised that my Bonus Card priviledges had not been activated and I was being charged a lot higher than what I imagined. Even at 6 15 pm nothing had been done by Vodafone, afterwhich i contacted Customer Care executives, who after making me wait for approx 5 mins on the phone refused to take any action and said they were helpless to do anything in this regard.

                                      It is ironical how Vodafone advertises it's Customer Care with the 'Happy to Help'' slogan when most of them are rude and are anything but happy to help! Is this how Vodafone has decided to cheat its customers with false confirmations and promotions?!

                                        I had purchased two numbers of Vodafone mobile handset with free two SIM cards since 4 months last in my name. At the time of purchase, I had deposited all the documents such as xerox copy of Photo Identity Card and my photo. But since 5 days last, one of my number i.e., [protected] has been disconnected by the company for reasons not submitting the proper documents. When I asked the dealer where I had purchased the mobile(Mini Store, Opp. High Court, Chandini Chowk, Cuttack),he told me that your documents is missing and you produce the documents again.
