it was to bring to ur notice that i had a problem with my recharge for which i went to "Vodafone Customer Care at Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur" for my query. The Staf[censored]nit there was very ridiculous; they were not givin attention to the customers and treated them like a table tennis ball unnecessarily as one of them talking to there boy-friend on phone n some others with silly reasons. this was my very bad experience at customer care. They had set a very bad example for there compay name.
i would request u to take some action regarding the same.

i am your privilege customer having more than 6 year with hutch and my mobile no. is:[protected].
when i called on 111 customer care, on[protected], mr. himanshu patel rudely behaved me and denied to register my complain regarding reimursement of rs. 70 which was deducted due to system fault. i was very disappointed by the way of talking of mr. himanshu patel. i can't bear such kind of short temper executive who don't know how to behave with thier customer. it put a question on the reputation of your internatinal brand-name towards its custromer. if i will not get satisfaction of my complain, i will switchover to other company only due to such poor response given by the executive.

Vodafone — misbehaviour with customers

I am Paras kapoor from Delhi pitam pura vp-65a.on 21feb.2009 I was called up vodafone for credit of balance from my account and in customer care i was talking with Mr.vikas and he was not gave me solution for that.so i was sid him to divert my call to there manager but he was not listen me and he started abused me and mis behave wiyh me.after all i was once again call customer care and talk to Mr.santosh and he was transfered my call to manager and after talk to manager he was gave me suggestion to mail on vodafone.but i will not and my mobile no.is [protected] and after all that they will close my customer care.now i will not call to customer care and hoped that you will take strict action against Mr.vivek and terminate him from vodafone.i hoped that you will solve my problem and please give me feed back with in 24 hours.

Respected Sir, my self parveen sharma & my MB.NO.[protected].i am permently custmor to your company. last 10-15 days your custmure care employe mr.Rahul & Gurshinder Abused me when i call him about my problem.last 3 months you are dedcuted 30 rs, per month with out any reason, i call regulerly to your executives to deactivate FAMINA FAIR & LOVELY SCHEME. BUT they are do not care about my request.last 15 days i call 111 to say my problem senior officers.but they used misswording to me and then i do same with him. at present 15-20 connection useing by me & my bussiness circle. VODAFONE is a reputed company in telecom world but your uneducated empolye do not care about it.please give me my balance amount and give the good manners to these person for next time.this is not a good job and behave to customers. THANKS A LOTT IF YOU GIVE ME MY BALANCE AMOUNT.

Vodafone mobile — misbehaviour

    Since last two days, i am trying the online bill payment for paying the bill. The site is not opening at all. Today is the last date and i have to pay Rs. 100 more than the billed amount though it is not my mistake.

    I agree.. The vodafone site is never working.. And for the last 2 months this has caused immense inconvenience... All the complaints fall on deaf ears...

    this is gettng nasty, why do we hv to bear the late payments charges without any reasons.
    I trying to make online payment is verry slow, i can n't paid mine last month bill
    This is the same with my case.. today its 26th July 2009 and my last day for bill payment. the server is down... it says "please try after 6.00 AM 27th July 2009. Which inturn leads to a late payment. I feel this is a kind of cheap trick played by vodafone people.
    not able 2 pay vodafone bill online...
    i m not able to pay my bill .

        this is to inform you that i dont receive any physical billing statement. however, i do use to get SMS service, stating that i have received the bill on date.

        after calling and requesting many times no improvement in the service has been occured.

          I am a coustomer of vodaphone now .At the begining it was a CUG connection offered by BPL mobiles in kerala.Later these service provider changed to HUTCH and at last to VODAPHONE.All these times my connection remains as CUG.But at the last week they removed y CUG offers and make it as a normal connection. As of the CUG connection takes one rupees rent per day ,now also take this rent but no offers of CUG.

          The representative said that there is a CUG for TCS employees.
          so, that I took 2 connections.
          But, It is not effecting in the bill and they are charging for this group.
          The customer people said that there is no CUG connection available for TCS employees.

          why they are cheating the customers, I don't know.

            Before I started for US , I have called vodafone to activate my international roaming. their customer care provided me wrong info that my international roaming is already activated.

            when I landed in US, I could't get the signals , when crosscheked againg with vodafone, then they told me that you international roaming sevice is not there you have to activate your intl vodafore roaming service.

            again I send them mail on their corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com thrice howevere my sevices is yet not been activated.

            I spend more than 300 US$ just making call to india.

            I just want to file the complaint about providing me wrong info about my interanational roaming activation? status and despite all I send them the request to their coporatecare.del ID even Neha CCE. the sevices is been not activated, they are not cared

            I had tremedeous stress as I been traveling to US in milwaukee. as snowing here life, I could not locate the company driver.

            please let me know how to file compalint again

            As any user wants special features such as STD Call as per user requirements & they can recharge currency as its prepaid number [protected]. i had recharge Rs.31 std Pack on november 2008, but till today also automatic deducted Rs.31 as montly rental. do any person jugde that without his knowledge deducted Rs.31 after recharge normal currency as users need.

            i feel injustic to value add customer.

              Hi,

              my cell no. is [protected]. i called up their call centre and asked for internatinal roaming . And i was informed that as i am a prepaid customer it would be automatically activated........but yet its not been automatically activated.............I am in london from 1st Feb 08 and i tried calling them from here also, the agents told me to mail me at [protected]@vodafone.com............... i even did that but i got an automated reply that my query will be solved within 3 working days and it has already passed many days...........

              I have come here for some months and i want my internatinal roaming to be activated ASAP.

              Please help me with this and i had many talks with their call centre agents and they just keep me on hold and do not help me out............... please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

              I faced the similiar situation, I requested International roaming on 10th Oct, 2009 and within few hours they activated raoming as per there SMS, I left india on 12th Oct, 2009 the roaming was working fine till 20th Nov. 2009, but suddenly after that they stoped my roaming, I checked my credit balance was enough, I posted number of request to reactivate, they did not bother to respond to any one, made a call on there cs number [protected], some jitendra said the services are very much active, just try after some time, but his statment was a lie, the International roaming never worked since than till I came back on 28th oct, 2009, I was realy angry over there attitude, as I missed lot of business due to the number was deactivated on international raoming, I made a call to lodge a protest, they apologised, I insisted on speaking to superviosor, they after a long hold said all are busy they will give me a call back, that never happended. again after few days I made a call as despite they discontinued the international roaming they continued charging International roaming monthly charges, but the lower staff was skepticall and apologotic to wind up the issue, I asked to speak to the senior/superviosr, I just came to know for the first time the superviosr is big crook, cooked up stories and started telling me they send me SMS, total lie, also said they spoken to me, Another big Lie. From now onwards I lost full faith in vodafone, they are big liars without ethics, he was saying me they called me to submit my visa/pp docs, on 16th oct, when i was already on international roaming, 7 days after the activation of International raoming they wokeup and looking for docs for there customer who is simply not in India? isn`t this surprising about the common sense. All I am waiting is the Number portability to migrate my account away from voda fone, the liars comapny, the big cheaters company.

                The list goes on...your executives need to hear a customer and offer customer service then customer fright. The executives are rude/they cant talk proper english or hindi. Morever, they dont execute what they are asked to. Nor do they record what a customer has called up for. I have called up atleast 5 times for duplicate bill copies since novemeber. I have not yer received them. Everytime its said its been delivered and no one tells me the correct name and phone number of delivery. Copies were promised on email notyet received. I subscribed for a 50 p hutch to hutch, it was on for a while and u suddenly decativated without notice. I needed dupl copies to verify it your execs who continue to tell me thatthere was no such service. I dont receive any mails on my email id only an sms stating it has been sent to my email. Rubbish! On top of that on my dad's mobile there have been promises of reversals for the last 3 months, again to no avail!! You guys have filed miserably in keeping ur customers happy....i soon plan to d/c waiting for my plan to get over...if this falls on any responsible ears, plz call back or atleast email

                I have Vodafone connection vide No. [protected]. In my account ECS facility is activated and bill are paid directly by debiting to my Bank account. I was told in the month of November 2009 that previous bill was not paid. Vodafone withdrawan my out going calls. I deposited my twomonths outstanding bill amount of Rs.513-00 vide Receipt No.0020911C8892956 dated[protected] at aboubt 12 Noon. At their store I was advised by their staff that out going facility will be restored with in 30minutes but this was not happened. Than I contacted their customer care no.111 but with no results. On the contarary hey statrted the announcement that outstaning bill is not paid whereas I have already paid the bill. My outgoing was restored on 1st December 2009 afternoon.
                When I am having ECS service activated in my account and billis not paid by the bnk they should have given me the proof thereof.Under the circumstances I feel that I must discontinue the relation with such company who never bothers for their customers.Now please deactivate my ECS facility as bill is paid by me.

                  rupees 37/-for UP,Bihar,Jharkhand & Gujrat on 18 Dec 07, but all call charged @ of rupees 2.65 per minute. as per Your all add and publicity , all STD calls will be provide at Rs 1/- but after recharged all are charged at 2.65 per minute. everythings was false.                   i have a lifetime vodaphone connection in my mobile since few mounths and i am getting very very bad service from it.First of all they cheated very much.example.when i am going to call a regular number sometimes it tell me that number does not exist,and it cut my balance for the call of that number which it telling does not exist...very nice..Then when i call to the customar care they told me to call 24 hurs later.ok .When after 24 hurs later i call there, they give me some fake reason for their gulty..great...sometimes they take complain but dont give any response according to it...when i going tell it to them,they again make fake reson and do argument badly...no manners...is they forgot that we are the customar,we are paing...and we are cheated..if this thing is done one time then it can be forgivable...but this incident is done 5time..is it forgivable??
                  I live in Kumily,Idukki District, kerala. I asked for a new connection two weeks ago and I was duly granted one on the payment of Rs. 500 and an additionla charge for my top up card! Then I got cut off completely. Pretext- I didi not have a residence proff for Kumily and my Indian passport has a Kodaikanal address. Then I was asked to get a Gazetted Officer's signature which I diid and after submission I was told it would take 24 hours to reconnect!!!
                  I am still waiting for my reconnection! Do the minions in Vodafone realise that it is thoroughly unconstitutional to not give a connection on the basis of an Indian passport or is it just the Malayali chauvinism that predates and prejudices every application from a non Malayali?
                  Please do the needful or else I will have no choice but to ask the Supreme Court of India to take a special interest in this!!!
                  GLOBAL DIRECT, one of the worst selling agents. The executive do not respond to you properly. When asked to give in writing on Letter Head they would not do so. Tried calling Global Direct on the nos. mentioned on the receipt, but you would be lucky if you get thru. Or you are kept on longgg hold. The executive Nisha Khanna. had promised to convert our grp 10 plan to 50 p all local call but till today almost 3 months they have not done. ...The manager Arvind andhle cell no [protected] doesn't pick up the phone and is not avaiable.... worst to worst services from GLOBAL DIRECT...AND I can't understand why VODAFONE is having such kind of stupid DSA's. that mean Vodafone is also worst.
                  I regret to inform your services whch really shocking me as being long time post paid customer ([protected]). I am NRI staying in India 6 months and rest outside India.Every time when I come back from abroad I never get my mobile signal in Mumbai but no problem when i come to kolkata directly which reveals that the problem exists in roaming.I have tried my best to convience the same to your customer care but their co-operations donot help me to get rid of said problem.This time I have determined to get out of this problem by asking Vodafone a favour to change my phone to prepaid.Since this is not witin vodefone policy/ scheme I am unable to maintain my account with you.Also note some of your call centre personnel (Mr.Ranjit Sharma)and sales executive (Mr.Rudha)they not even know how to talk with their customer. In view of aforesaid problems I could easily smell this telephone company is no more the way she was before and before relation gets spoil it's always better to quit. I am here to get my service not to spoil my relaton and peace of minds as well. Thanks, would appreciate if you could inform me the procedure of surrendering my phone . I have a pending pill to pay will be paid don't worry for the same. Be happy with your company.

                  this is more than the worst experience i am having since the day i choose to vodafone.
                  I have long story to tell you and planning to go to consumer court as i am being troubled again and again.
                  I took this connection in march it took long than a week to get the sim working.. then i applied for GPRS plan and again the same duration to get the plan working... well i called 111 hundreds of time and customer care hardly get connected and even if gets connected, 8 out of 10 times ypur happy to help representative hanged up with out even care to listen to the customer.. is this the way they are pretty happy to help????.
                  Well that also pass over some how.. now i was traveling and i found that my Vodafone sim is deactivated with out any notice this was the time i had to think to go to consumer court.. it was ridiculous and frustrating to get the sim deactivated at the time i was traveling and needed it on top of everything..
                  well i tried 100 times customer care no. 111 (happy to help you) but they are pretty unhappy to even get the call it seems.. they do not even want to listen what is the problem of customer.. instead they forced me to pay the bill (mind it that I was traveling and was not in the condition to pay the bill and told the same thing to Vodafone happy to help CSRs) what i was not supposed to as i am using GPRS 299 unlimited plan that Vodafone consolidated at the end of the month so that is not my responsibility.. and when they do it at the end of month the bill is supposed to exceed the limit for sure.. hell they do not even understand this thing.. anyhow one gentleman understood and activated the phone .. phew!
                  but no next day again they deactivated the same indulging mr to go to consumer court and file a case against them. many a times i called customer care ()unhappy to help you) and got once in hundred times and they were so adamant that they kept telling that we get ur request and will do the need full. i can not write how frustrating it was when u need it at the most and u don't get it all u get it negative response from the service provider who promises happy to help you..
                  finally i paid the amount because i needed it, not the Vodafone cares about the customer.. i am really surprised how long it will take Vodafone to disappear from Indian market if the same is the case with other customer.. i am possessing the corporate plan so i wonder how much the normal people would have been suffering.. if this is the way they respond to a corporate customer..
                  well now i got it activated and i don't really know when they will de activated it again and again i may be dialing 111 thousands time to speak to a representative once who will not listen to me anyway... i had Idea earlier and i really miss that.

                  Conclusion is i have 299 unlimited price plan. if you consolidate it at the end that is not my problem and my services should get deactivated without a prior notice.
                  I am planning to go to consumer court anyhow.
                  This was the biggest mistake i made in choosing Vodafone. i am suffering a lot for it.

                  Global Direct people visited my home and told me that both of my no's, [protected] and [protected] would changed to GTK 299 plan (Re 1 STD and 0.6 local) within 3 days. They also took money for that. When I checked after a month, it was not changed at all and I ended up paying extra money. When I called vodafone customer care, they changed it on 9th May 2008. I lost a lot of money because of that.

                  Vodafone India — Horrible CUstomer Service

                  Instead of spending millions on commercials saying Vodafone execs are "Happy to Help", the company should invest this money in training their call center agents or hiring better employees because THEY JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND AND JUST DON'T CARE.

                  Legacy Hutch used to be wonderful, I had faced absolutely no issues in the last SEVEN years. But since the time Vodafone has taken over, their customer service SUCKS.

                  The agents disconnect calls while on hold, block customer's ability to reach a rep thru the IVR (yes, they can do it and have done it twice with me, the moment I selected the option to reach a re, the IVR threw me back on the landing script. Reason "You called Vodafone more than once for the same issue"????!!!?? GIVE ME A BREAK! I called more than once because your SUPER SUCKER REPS were unable to resolve the issue on the first call. There's something called FTR (First time resolution) which this company doesn't know exists.

                  I can't tell how desperate I am for the number portability act to come into effect. Will have to wait till 2009 to switch to Airtel with the same number I've had for over seven years.

                  I enabled the new STD pack (Rs. 1.3/min) after reading from their website that there are no hidden charges for the same. I lost all my free calls and SMS after I enabled this. When I called the customer care, they checked the database and said that my free SMS are still valid and asked me to try sending a SMS and call customer care again. I tried sending a SMS and I was charged and when I called them back they were talking to me very rude. They took a complaint from me when I threatened them with consumer court. Then they closed the complaint quietly and when I called them back they are rude to the core. I have never seen any customer care that is so rude as these guys. Please don't believe their advertisements of friendly customer care. They are big cheaters and rude people.

In this corporate connection there is facility of 400 sms free local and national.The company charged sms charges in my bill.I requested the company time and again but every time request was turned down without giving me any notice then i contacted corporate cell office at amritsar through naveen narula who intervened in the matter anr sms charges were reversed but company charged late fee charge on remaining bill of sms charges for two months.I requested to reverse the same but the company again declined the request i refused to pay late fee on account mistake of the company ultimately the company stopped outgoing but bill again recieved after the date of barring outgoing i again requested to charge yhe bill upto the date when the outgoing was stopped but the company again declined but no infomation was given to me after about one year my sexond connebtion was closed despitemy regular bill payment and without any notice.the sewcond mob no is [protected]

                  Sir My number ([protected]), often being deducted by any service without any of the request from us. Last month Rs.50 is deducted from my account.                     I have recently bought a sim card from Mysore vodophone
                    I have recharged it three times sucessfully paying 198 for 198 talk time. I tried to top up by 1000r at kannur station rd 670001 on the 03-01-08 the vendor said I could only top up by 999 id rm[protected] he said it will take 24 hrs to recharge. it actually rechrged by 25.01r. my friend went back to the store and thankfully he returned our money. today 07-02-08 Itried to top up again by 1000r at GP enterprises 131, cash bazaar, commercial road, ooty 244557. paid 1000r to vender. id rm [protected] it recharged only by 790r. the vender said the rest was due to tax and would not retuen money. My friend also bought a recherge from a different store of 200 and was recharged by 25r. the vendor would not return say money saying it was down to vodophone not the vendors. (he is going to put in a separate complaint with details of transactions.
                    could you clarify what the tariffs are. how we can be sure what the payments are for talk time and what to do in future when we are not getting the correct call time

                      I wont suggest vodafone to anyone because:

                      Recently I bought one Vodafone six-years connectivity prepaid card for my son (we have BSNL, Tata-Indicom mobile lines with an Airtel landline added to this). Since, he is only 12 years old I could not take the card in his name and as such I took it on my name. First my son recharged the SIM with Rs.50/-. After a couple of test calls and downloading of a ringbone it reduced drastically to Rs.2.84 paise. Everybody know that Vodafone lines get number o[censored]nwanted SMS automatically. Since he do not know the dangerous nature of these and since he do not know how to get rid of them we just deleted them. One day, while he was using the phone somehow a Vodafone alert service got activated and his balance of Rs.2.84 awfully reduced to -28.16.

                      We checked with the dealer he said that some service might have got activated. Then we checked with the Vodafone customer care and as per their direction we again recharged for Rs.50/- which act deducted Rs.-28.16 from our talk value and we were left with Rs.14.35. (So we paid Rs.30/- for an unwanted service.) Then we used that Vodafone alert which was somehow chosen by him and got a reply saying that the alert service was deactivated. Then we sent one SMS to stop vodofone junk mails by using a term ACT DND (suggested by customer care people) to the specified number. We got a message from Vodafone saying that their SMS will be stopped. But after a day or two we started to receive junk SMS from them.

                      Today morning we had only Rs.9.37. This afternoon again our account reduced to Rs.-20.63. Probably Vodafone company swallowed another 30 rupees for its favorite service. So, just in a week they swindled Rs.60.00 from a customer diligently. I spoke to the customer care twice. Both the female staff repeated their jargon “the customer is wrong”. Fed up with their attitude I finally broke the SIM-card into two and thrown it away. Thus I spent Rs.350/- for learning a soar full lesson from Vodafone.

                      Vodafone’s advertisements are extremely good; their customer care people are very kind (only male staff); their advertisements are catching but their attitude is detestable.

                      I also have a complaint. i have a lifetime prepaid number [protected]. I had recharged for Rs.150 and got full talk time, but within 30 days the balance of Rs.100 and above was taken away .the customer care executive says that there is a validity of only i month for this account. I am surprised as i got swindled of Rs.135 within a month. I am already thinking of discontinuing the service. is this the kind of service we expect of vodaphone. If this is the case i think vodaphone is making a bad name for themselves in india and soon they will have to sell it off and go out.

                      Vodafone Prepaid — Customer care cheating.

                      i had 31 rs. scheme for 1 Rs. STD calls.

                      i called up customer care 9th April 2009 morning and asked them why i was received msg about deduction of rentals for the scheme.

                      she told me that the scheme has ended and now the calls wont be at one rupee. she asked me to recharge Rs. 11 and Rs. 1 / STD call scheme will be activated for 15 days. She also showed me how to cancel old scheme.

                      I trusted her and did the same. I got the same rental deduction msg.

                      I called up customer care again and i am told that since 31 rs. scheme was activated on my cell previousloy, it would still work for me. That was concealed by the customer care person.

                      This was so wrong. A wrong way to promote newer policies and cheat customers... Its not about those 11 Rs, but its about being cheated. This is fraudery. Customer care ppl should be there to help and not do such cheap things to earn bucks for the company.
                      I have a vodafone prepaid connection in bangalore, If I make a call to landlines, there would be no response but the call charge will be deducted. (no ring, no beep no voice). It happens every alternate day and I found that It happens with my friends also. Great company, great cheating

I enquire the same to your vodafone store at Somajiguda and they simply told that technical problem and forwarded the matter to concerned department but no actiona has not yet taken. I suppose to talk to your NODEL OFFICE of A.P. but no.is working no body is lifting that cell no. What is the role of NODEL OFFICER / PHONE BANKER SUPERVISORS???

                          I made a mistake to take your connection as your service is poor when we raise the complaint without any information your phone bankers were closed complaint.

                          With regard to Billing Department, I dont know whose recruited that fellows... it seems they are under graduates nor xyz... without any information / updatations they were making unwanted charges such as ITAMIZED BILLS / COLLAR TUNES andso on. PLEASE EXPEDITE...                           I had been so long as your prepaid costumer for number no [protected], I was not able to recieve the caller ID for about 15 days so far. I sent my representative to your office at Eluru with my driving licence and residential proof and a passport photograph today ie.[protected] at 6-00pm, the lady official of your office had been very rude and asked for other proofs like pan number and ration card. Aftrer submitting the same she insisted for my presence. When I myself went there asked the propriety of asking details when I had already submitted the same when I received the sim card, she spoken very rudely and even refused to give the name and employee number. I regret this kind of constumer service and need an explanation from you people in this regard other wise I am compelled to redress my inconvienience to the consumer concil.                               I have tried calling customer service heaps of time as i get unsolicited marketing calls from vodafone. crappy calls, when u answer you hear a recorded message. Its not just one call but atleast 2-3 calls and 5-6 SMS every day. Call connects, i chose the options and after that i am put into queue and in a minute the call is disconnected. Its a pity that International service provider like Vodafone has such a miserable customer service.

                                Sir,
                                I was being provided with the add on connection as per my usage of old connection and credibility on that number with the company.Initially i was cheated by the DSA of the company ad i complained in the company for this but till date no action has been taken against that DSA.Again it was wrong comitment made by DSA for the credit limit on this new connection due to which i got annoyed and complained in the customer service.I told them that till the time my limit wud be exceeded i won't be using this connection.It took time to take action on this complaint and i got the limit exceeded but after this i was not in delhi and didn't used this connection for few days.Now when i returned to delhi and tried to use the conection it says services are cancelled on this number and i have to give in written to any vodafone store for getting it started.
                                Please let me know that is it correct that if i had been provided with the add on connection i shudn't be informed all this before disconnecting my services.If this is happeneing with priorty customers ten one can imajine wat wud be happeneing with rest all.

                                Hope u wud take in consider and solve this matter as early as posssible.

                                  My number is [protected] and this is to inform you that i am receiving calls from my own number !!!!

                                  Today i received a call from an unknown number: [protected] . On answering it i heard songs playing in the background and then two persons talking - just like a line getting mixed with yours except that it ONLY happens on landlines. After hanging up i keep receiving short missed calls from that number .
                                  After sending a SMS to that number asking "Whos this?", i am receiving the same missed calls NOT ONLY FROM that number but EVEN MY OWN NUMBER!!!!!
                                  I am afraid this could be a case of phone cloning and maybe investigating into this matter can help .........
                                  I called up Vodafone Customer Care at 111 and the guy told me that this is impossible and a new kind of complaint that he has never HEARD OF BEFORE SO HE CAN"T help by EVEN WRITING a mere complaint !!!!
                                  Kindly tell me what to do also.

                                  The same thing happened to me today! I check my phone and there have been several missed calls from my own number. This is so weird, I haven't used the phone all morning and its been several calls back to back.
                                  Im also a vodafone prepaid customer.. the same thing has happend to me as well.. I got a call from my own number on 21st march 2009.. although i didnt get any SMSes or calls after that.. but im worried if this really is case of phone cloning or hacking..
                                  i request the authorities to look into the matter..

                                  It is to bring to kind notice that I am receiving some un-known calls from VODAFONE NO:[protected] since last two days. I would like to know the details of the caller with his address.

                                  Excepting an early reply in this matter to avoid further un-known calls and inconveince to me. My Mobile No: Airtel [protected]
                                  Even I get a call this morning on my tata number twice from my own number and suddenly I heard a recorded voice" Please hold while we connect your call" I was shocked coz I havent requested any calls to get connected then I heard a sound of ringing but no one picked that call...Then I asked the Cstomer care ppl and they simply replied that here evertything is working fine from our side...

                                  Now I really don know what to pls helpp in this regard...

                                    i was using a vodafone no. [protected] in the last year i.e. 2007.
                                    all of sudden they disconnected i can say suspended that no. after that i had one new connection o[censored]sing since same day the previous number suspension.

                                    Now i am receiving calls from hutch that i am using that no. and the bill is this much.

                                    i went to vodafone store on 13th Jan'08 at Ansal plaza for the same problem.
                                    i registered my complaint for the same no. and i disconected my new hutch no.also.

                                    after a month now i received a call on 04th Feb'08 . it shows that there was no message forwarded by the vodafone customer care representative and i am suffering due to their negligence.

                                    ye sale bhainchod hain vodafone vale duniya ko chutiya banate hain bhain ke lore koi phone no. bhi kisi site pe nahin hai inka
                                    totally right bahut hi whiyat hai inka customer execitive aur khas kar ansal plaza ka main jab bhi gaya ek kam ke liye to har kam ke liye 2 bar to muzhe jana hi padta hai.

                                      how are you? i know it sounds strange that i'm customer vodafone Egypt but i'm really so angry from a very bad service, can you believe that i make new service called free 600 this service contain a free number i took this service from about five days 28 jan 2008 till now 1 feb 2008 i didn't receive any help each time i call customer service they says wait another 24 hours..till when i'm gonna wait??? thank you for your time and wish that u really help

                                        Iam in roaming coverage with Vodafone prepaid sim and iam getting these marketting calls from Vodafone like try these schemes and these benifits and other unwanted calls ...
                                        For this iam losing currency balance as the incoming call charges will be 2Rs and iam getting around 5 to 6 calls in a day.....
                                        so iam spending around 200 to 300 Rs in a month for these unwanted calls...
                                        So please help me out !!!!!
