hi varun,

thanks for your reply. as per your commitment 48 hours is over. and more of all my outgoing and incoming is bared. every time i send a mail, your reply comes after 48 hours with a word attached like sorry or regret. and then u want another 48 working hours. every time u forward the message to a specialized team who can just give a phone call, collect the details, wasting 12 hour of mine, and finally doing nothing (totally silent). then goes another mail and the same story repeats.

therefore i want my calls unbarred imidiate and updation of my payment within 24 hours. failing which, i will knock the door of consumer foroum.

vodafone/postpaid connection — Payment not updated

Dear Sir/Madam,
I a have postpaid coporate connection of Vodafone.My mobile no. is [protected] which is of delhi.I have paid Rs.1500 as bill through my Debit card for the latest month on 20-03-08 at Vodafone store, lucknow and the amount is debited from my account.They had told me that your bill will update after 12 hours.But even after passing so many days my bill is not updated yet.Vodafone people are troubling me every day, I am getting calls several times in a day for payment. I have told them the condition but they still buzing me. They torturing and harrasing me mentally by barring my messeges and outgoing calls several times in this month only. I have been to vodafone store several times and lodge the complaint but nothing happend.Today they again barred my outgoings, I am fed up this kind of pathetic service I have never seen in my life its hampering my business and productivity.I have every proof of this transaction.Please do something and help me out.

sir, i have deposited Rs 400 in kiosk at daryaganj vodafone store on 09 jan 09. kiosk machine at that time was not printing reciept so security gaurd take me to the cashier in the store and he provided me a manual reciept bearing date, phone no., and amount. Vodafone Post Paid — Call drops is irritating

The problem is that my incoming and outgoing calls are getting cut automatically after some minutes.

this is happening only at the peak time.

It is hurting us as i billed in minutes not is seconds.

Hence this should be redressed with immediate effect.

This is to inform you that last few weeks the embaraus think to be obseved that when i have call to others mobile, 1st time the call have connected but i can't hearing oppsite person voice.But after second time call sound is totally clear.
People can not except this type of service from vodafone.

my name is sumit...this is my number [protected]...i m facing a lot of problem while using vodafone network...the schemes given by you are not up to the mark...this is worst service which i have ever seen in my life...i am facing a call drop problem, network connection and signal problem...the internet speed has also reduced...so, all the vodafone users are requested to use please use any other services...everytime when i call somebody there is a call drop problem...when i use internet in my phone there is no connection to the server...the bill sent by u is alwaz wrong...you said that your services are best but in my opinion your services are worst than any other services...please improve your services...bye bye...

hi...i work for GENPACT . i just filed a request for switching my prepaid VODAFONE number into postpaid connection as per CUG terms 3 days back. Instead of converting, my number has been barred of OUTGOING calls which is very annoying. I am unable to make any calls since last 3 days.
Please look into the issue ASAP.

    My Name Is Renju K R, i I Activated DND Services , but i got calls ,Service SMS from vodafone customer service , then i reported but after 3 days i got another call from the same vodafone care the call summary is STD Offer , i recorded the call , this is the second time i mail you Sir , Can i get the compensation from Vodafone ?

    Detail of the call is

    25/08/2009 i got a call from vodafone customer care (STD OFFER)
    08/09/2009 i reported vodafone for the same ,their agree in future you do not get any service calls.
    11/09/2009 i got another call from vodafone customer service (STD OFFER)

    Vodafone — disturbing while i am a DND customer

    RESPECTED SIR,
    THIS IS JITENDRA KUMAR EX-CUSTOMER CARE EXCUTIVE FOR IDEA CELLULAR LTD IN OMNIA BPO SERVICES LTD.ACTUALLY SIR I AM A VODAFONE (HUTCH) CUSTOMER SINCE LAST APRIL 2007,THE CONECTION IS ON MY UNCLE NAME MR. KAMAL SINGH.SIR THE ISSUE IS IT THAT I HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED DND(DO NOT DISTURB) ON MY ACCOUNT SINCE LAST JULY 2007.SO REGARDING THE SUPREME COURT ODDER I CANT TAKE ANY PROMOTIONAL CALL OR THE MESSAGE BY VODAFONE. BUT ON 16TH OCTOBER I RECIEVED A CALL THRICE FROM ([protected])(ONE DAY LAST MONTH ALSO WHEN I WAS IN ROAMING FROM THE SAME NO.z)AND THE PERSON WAS SAYING THAT HE IS CALLING FROM VODAFONE & HE WAS OFFRING ME A POSTPAID CONNECTION SO IF I AM A "DND"

    I am a consumer of vodafone telecom servies using phone no. [protected].
    I registered for their "DO NOT DISTURB" service by sending sms "START DND" to 1909 (toll-free) on 31/05/2008 at 12.26pm IST.

    As a reply i received an SMS from Vodafone on 02/06/2008 at 10.34am IST saying "Hello! Your request dated 31/05/2008 has been processed for your Vodafone mobile no. [protected]"

    I have still not stopped receiving unwanted calls from Vodafone and unwanted marketing SMSs.

    i have already activated DND service on oct 08 on my no but still i m receiving the sms call & mainly i m receiving the call while travelling in roaming, as this servive gets activated in 60 days but still i m helpless.many of the times i have spoken to helpline but they as usaul in there call centre langauges "sir v highly apologise this wont happan again n bla bla bla" please some can help me how to claim this DND service on vodafone mumbai

    Vodafone — I am getting Promotional Call but i Have registered under DND Services

    Dear Sir,

    I am the prepaid Customer of the Voda Phone, last 5 or 6 Years and my mobile no. [protected]. I have registered this number under DND scheme 2 years ago but I have receiving promotional call regularly.
    Tomorrow (date 27/06/2009) I have received a call from mobile no.[protected] for convertion of prepaid to post paid of my no. The caller told me “ I am calling from Voda Phone”. She was pressurized to me for this and she was misbehaved with me after that she was line disconnected. Then I was revert on that number but she was not picked the my phone. In this matter I have complain to Voda Phone Customer Care under complain no.[protected].

    Again Today (Date 28/06/2009) at 10.15 A.M. I have received a call from Mobile No. [protected] and the caller told me “ I am calling from Voda Phone ”. She wants to sale me prepaid to post paid connection. She told me own name Simanti. Then I have told to her why you are disturbing me, this no. is registered under DND. Again she misbehaved with me. After that a person MR. Borango came on line and told me if will not call to u then how we will eat (Agar humlog Aapko call nahi karenege to khainge kaise.)

    After that I had called to Voda Phone customer Care regarding the above matters and I want to launch complain in this matter. Mr Mukesh (Customer care) refused to take my complain and my line was transfer to senior Mr Aditya. He also refused to take the complain. And he transfer to line Ms. Sangita (Floor Manager). She was again refused to take complain. Then I was told to Ms. Sangita, if you not register my complain then I will not disconnect the line. After 1hrs 20 minutes she take the my complain under complain no.[protected].

    I want to say following things:
    1. Why I am getting promotional call when I was registered under DND Services.
    2. Why I have received 2 promotional calls from Voda phone in gap of 20Hrs.
    3. Why the are misbehaved with me.
    4. Why I have wasted my important time ( About 1hrs 20mins) for registration of my Compalin.
    I have done any thing wrong with the Voda Phone Company, if No then why I am harassed by the company. Always I feel that the customer care don’t want to take any complain.

    Please help me.

    Vodafone — Receiving unwanted calls/messages

    Hi i ma receiving unwanted calls and messages from a number [protected] and would like to know the details of this number .
    sorry the number is [protected].
    I too receive unwanted calls and also SMSes, The Vodafone computer also automatically activates Caller tunes on their own for which they charge or deduct rupees 30 and also for selecting songs at 15 Rs per minute. and even if you call their toll free No.[protected], it is connected to a computer and then the computer will give you all it options and take its time and that time is charge as per the number of minutes you are connected. There is no human interaction involved, in any case the person who comes online does not provide educated information and is not in a position to solve your problem as he will say that you will first have to send and SMS from your phone, as they do not have any control over most of the options.

    I have registered Of DND services aboyt one year back. I registered one written compalint at Vodafone Shop at four bundlow on 13th November 2009 under complaint no. SR No.[protected]. Even making written complaints I am receiving SMS and phone calls. One of the SMS i received at 2.30 a.m.

    I would like to know what action you havwe taken to stop this. If no action will be taken I may have to consumer court and fight it out.

    Vodafone - Mobile Service — DND service not effective

    Even after registration to the DND service Vodafone cannot gaurantee 100% elimination o[censored]nsolicited calls citing that TRAI/India law/regulation doesn't allow them to take action against the unsolicited callers.

    Is there anyone would listen to many users complaints for unsolicited callers.??

    I am using vodafone since 2007 in delhi circle with mobile no.[protected] which is registered with NDNC registry but I am still getting promotional calls and SMSs regularly from different companies.

    whenever i register a complain with 1909 they said that after 24 hours you will not get any such calls n sms but after 5 complains in last 8-9 months i still getting

    Now what I do ?
    I have activated DND service and i confirm its activated , but some time i got calls from vodafone customer care for introducing new product then i called customer care to told their, in future do not get calls from vodafone their agree after 2 days of this complaint i got again the service calls . I have the proof of calls i recorded the calls from there.

    I am fed up from unwanted sms and calls, disturbing all the time on my telephone no. [protected] & [protected] Please for God sake forgive me or let me allow to get my numbers disconnected for ever. I think I have committed a great mistake by obtaing numbers from your company.You have exceeded the limit by testing my patience.For GOD sake do the need full at the earliest.

    Vodafone — Failure in complying with DND service

    I am narrating the classic example of inefficiency of our telecommunication ministry and how our govt. and telecom minister is snoring on compliance and regulatory matters to give free hand to all telecom operators to let frustrate consumers.

    I own a vodafone number and had activated Do Not Disturb service on Jan 27, 2010. I was being told that it will take 45 DAYS to update all the database, fine, i had to bear the nonsense promotional sms for another 1.5 month, hoping that i'll get a peace of mind atleast after that.

    To my surprise the nonsense kept going on even after 45 days and it still continuing in full force. When i complained i was being told that it will take ANOTHER 21 DAYS to resolve the matter, means i have to suffer for another month, fine, even that 21 DAYS PERIOD IS OVER and I still keep suffering with the nonsense.

    When i did a bit of research i learnt that there is NO COMPLAINING BODY and our dear TRAI is only there to make rule, but not to ensure that they get followed.

    So the moral of story is that ONLY GOD CAN HELP CONSUMERS IN THIS COUNTRY, because our govt. doesn't like people complaining against poor service, that's why there is no complaining body and there is no provision of hefty penalties to teach a lesson to offending service providers.

    I totally agree with all the complaints. VODAFONE APPLY CALLER TUNES AUTOMATICALLY AND CHARGES 30 Rs. PER MONTH FOR THAT. HELL LOT OF DISTURBING MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS FROM VODAFONE.

    Vodafone — Not acting as per advertisements

    On 22.6.2010 an audio message was played by company"recharge by 100, get TT 88.66 plus 100 apna minutes" I recharged my mobile phone No [protected]account, with Rs 100/-, I got TT 88.66, but not apna minutes. The message is still being played on 121 service. Despite repeated requests to the company, no fruitful result came out, rather they deducted Rs 18.00 from my account without any reason and without making any calls. I lodged the complaint and also sent the SMS to company, but to no result. Will the company refund excess recovery of Rs 18/- and give 100 apna minutes.

    Vodafone — dnd service failure

    I am a vodafone customer since last 6 years and my mobile no is [protected]. I am using this number since vodafone was BPL MOBILE.
    I have registered this no in do not disterb registery before 2-3 years. Despite of that I am getting promotional sms daily. Telemarketers flooding my inbox with promotional sms continuously and I have complained about it so much times to the vodafone. Every time the take 15 days time to solve the complaint but still i am waiting to solve it.
    Now I am frustrated so much and helpless.
    But vodafone doesn't care about it's customers.
    I totally agree to the point.
    I also, recently made the foolish mistake assuming that a new number I would not get any promo calls. But I m now thinking that VODAFONE, Happy To Help should be renamed BAD-A-FONE, Happy To Harass. First I started receiving Flash msgs every two minutes (which is the default setting for a new connection!). Absolutely dumb . Secondly, even before I could my give friends my number I started receiving a maddening calls and promo smses from Vodafone company itself! Looks like I might have to eventually dump these harassment providers altogether!

    With regard to your concern, we wish to confirm that, the Do Not Disturb facility has been activated on your Vodafone number [protected] effective 24/09/2010.



    As per the process details of all DND (Do Not Disturb) subscribers are uploaded on national DND registry by all mobile service providers. Registered telecalling agencies collect and exclude these numbers from their telecalling lists. As stipulated by TRAI, this exclusion procedure needs to be completed within 45 days of subscribing to the DND service. So ideally, subscribers should stop receiving calls from these registered telecallers after 45 days.



    However, there could still be several unregistered telecalling agencies who would continue to call subscribers on their data base.



    In the case o[censored]nregistered telemarketers, we outcall the agency and follow it up with a warning letter, demanding a justification, which needs to be responded to within 7 days. If the justification is found to be valid, no action is taken and the agency is informed about the registration process. If found to be a telemarketer, we ask the agency to register with the NDNC within 7 days, failing which, his connection is suspended.



    As per TRAI guidelines, in the case of a registered telemarketer, the first step for addressing a DND complaint is to forward the telecalling agency's number to its service provider, who in turn issues them a warning notice, along with a penalty of Rs. 500. If the calls/SMSes continue, a penalty of Rs.1000 is levied on the errant number. The final step of suspending the errant number is taken, if the calls/SMSes continue to persist.

    I've been having a problem connecting to a customer care agent on both vodafone numbers 111 and 198 for the last one months, even tried their general number you know that[protected].

    The IVR Not Picks up so I could not enter billing and when i press the number for connecting to the customer care agent its going back to the starting of the IVR Recording. This happens in the[protected] number and the 111. The 198 number tells me they cannot connect at the moment.
    TODAY ON DEC,15 2011 I TRIED ATLEAST FOR ONE HOUR TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH COSTUMER CARE IN VODAFONE.BUT EVEN AFTER MAKING SO MANY CALLS AND BURNING THE BLOOD I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE COMPLAINT.SHAME ON SUCH A WORST SERVICE THAT TOO WHEN I AM THEIR COSTUMER SINCE LAST 15 YEARS REALLY SHAMEFUL.

      All credit goes to your sales promotions Teem.
      They did the call to the customer and tell their valuable scheme and I want to inform your they are doing their work very well by providing wrong information to increase their commission amount.
      They miss-represent the scheme very dynamically – with the falls commitment and tell about -Gift voucher , 10000/- min talk time free., STD 30 min free in a month . more than Rs. 500 of bill will get the 50% discount. Blaa blaa blaaaa…..

      For your information, I am a working in private company and get fix amount of my salary per month. I know my budget and my purchasing power; I could not be expense more over the budget. That is why I take postpaid connection because I come to know by your customer care sales department there is a good scheme on Vodafone postpaid connection Watch/Leather bag free. Security amount refundable, 667 min. local STD both min. talk time free.

      But, Sir after bought this connection no gift has been received till date. Access amount of bill while using limited use. Which is impossible?

      Now I have changed my mobile no [protected] post paid to prepaid after the six month is over my security amount not been refund till date.

      You are requested to this matter and release my amount (refund security money) with interest.

      Other wise I lodge complaint about this matter to consumer forum and also ask for compensation against mentally harassment and disturbance create in my life from the last six month.

      Vodafone Prepaid — Poor & Negligible service

      I recharged Rs.150 /- 01.06.2009. But do not get any message for recharge value. I talk to customer care at 11.45 AM. Mr. Bharat customer care officer attend and replay system not updated. Thereafter I request for talk to Sr. officer but after 15 minutes hold and cuted my phone call. Again I called Mr. Karan another officer attend but do not take complain on Mr.Bharat. Then I told about recharged complain and he lodged complain no. [protected].

      Ultimately you are west my time too much. Very Vey poor quality of service.

          Myself, Sidharth Gautam.I had bought a Vodafone GSM handset some months ago.Currently I am dealing with a few problems.The problem is that its backdoor is not getting locked due to which I am facing a lots of problems.Yesterday I went to the Vodafone store and I informed about my problem regarding the cell.They asked me for the warranty card and i showed it to them.Still now i have all my documents with me.But they refused to replace the handset telling that its an accidental malfunctioning problem and they have nothing to do with it.Even i requested them for a charged replacement or repairing but they still rejected telling that they can't replace the back door.I am helpless now and therefore I need your help.

          Vodafone — Not replacing of phone within warranty period

          i had bought a mobile phone from vodafone (model 125 iemi no [protected]) last year which has a warranty period of 2 years. I had not been able to use it for the past few months due to a fault in the speakers. I had went to them for a replacement but they would not give me a new phone citing reasons that the phone had been immersed in water {which had never happened} as the indicator was red in color. There was no mention of that statement that once the indicator turns red that there is no validity of the warranty. I feel that they should have mentioned it at least on the warranty card and replace the phone as soon as possible

            Respected Sir/Madam
            I am a Vodafone postpaid customer,Mobile Number : [protected].In my January month bill, i have been
            charged with Rs. 753/- for Downloads charges and Rs.118.50/-, which i certainly have not
            done. Also, these people are not willing to register my complaint and they
            are not providing me a valid complaint number regarding the same, despite
            numerous attempts.
            After trying many times on hotline,I called Nodal Officer number, saying that, the
            charges are accurate and the system is not accepting the complaint.
            Instead, they gave me an invalid sr. no.
            In the itemized bill, i am able to see the time of downloads,
            but certainly i(nor anyone else)have not done those
            downloads and Vodafone live,neither intentionally nor unintentionally. After repeated mails to
            Vodafone,i keep getting the same answer, that the charges are accurate,and i will
            have to pay them.
            I really do not understand the reason to pay for the services that i have
            not used.
            Apart from this, they are also inserting late payment charges on the
            disputed amount.I have already made the payment of the logically correct
            amount of my usage to Vodafone,before the due dates.It is a cause of
            unnecessary stress to me and wastage of my time, dealing with them in such
            an unprofessional manner.
            I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.It is a
            matter of seious concern to all the customers regarding such fake charges
            and utterly poor complaint redressal system by Vodafone.If the itemized

              I am registered at DND registery. Despite that I get marketing calls from other companies and continous messages from vodafone all the time.
              Given Cricket alert service unnecessarily and deducted the amount even after unregistering from the service.
              The customer service agents NEVER RESPOND TO THE CALLS!!!!!

                    wel i have asked vodafone to change tariff. they asked to submit request in company letter head being corporate account. we did that but still got rejected. we repeated again but after regular follow us they only ask to wait but no reason given for delay, nor satisfactory reply from them. why this company is doing this, delaying for simple request of change of talk plan, don't know.
                    I am sandeep varma customer of Vodafone service mobile number [protected] prepaid service .... i am heavy user of out going calls i have top-ups on my account with different top-up offers i was happy using them but 1week ago with out my knowledge or my request of tariff change Vodafone people changed my tariff due to this i got inconvenience and lose of money when i called customer service they r not responding properly and giving stupid answers .... so please make sure to return my old tariff and pay me a loss amount .

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I the undersigned,with reference to my mobile no. [protected]-Serive Provider Vodafone Essar Ltd.,would like to state that on 13.02.2010,some unauthorised person got my sim card replaced at vodafone store situated at churchgate,and my sim card got blocked subsequently.Which was used by that unauthorised person for next two days,during this period he has misused the mobile resulting in substantial financial loss to me.

                      During my visit to the Vodafone Store at churchgate on 15.02.2010,and upon inquiry about my sim I was shocked to learn that the sim has been unauthorisedly changed on 13thfeb2010,while probing further it was observed that the miscreant has produced fabridcated ID proof, based on which the SIM was replaced resulting in the above loss.

                      Further I would also like to mention that there has been an apparent lapse in KYC validation as under:

                      1.The proof of ID furnished by the miscreant is a driving licence issued by Maharashtra Govt(apparently fabricated for the reason I do not have a driving licence issued by Maharashtra Govt).Which clearly suggests that the original Photo ID was not verified before issuing the Replacement SIM-Lapse in validation

                      2.The address furnished in ID proof differs from the address on records.-Lapse in validation.


                      3.Application submitted states that SIM replacement is required as it is malfunctioning:-
                      Now the question is if its mal functioning the SIM must have been with him and should have been verified at the store,and had it been done this mis happening would not have occured.
                      (As the SIM for which replacement was demanded was with me and was functioning absolutely perfectly)


                      You will appreciate from the above that there is a serious loopole in the validation process resulting in unauthorised usage and atendant loss.In these days of terrorist activities such casual approach may result in significant security risk.

                      I would also like to mention the following fact:-
                      The person who got the SIM replaced used my number between 13.02.10 & 15.02.10,during which he received some SMS which contained some personel information which was supposed to be received by me,and by using this information he was able to transfer an amount of Rs59200/- using internet banking.
                      I had already complained of this case to Vodafone Essar Ltd on 16th feb2010 but I am not getting any satisfactory reponse from their end.

                      I therefore request you to please accept complaint and do the needful accordingly.

                      Vodafone Essar Mobile — Unauthorised Payment

                      I had paid my bill for the month of January 2008 of Rs. 384.47 online on the website of the mobile company thru my ICICI Credit Card on 01/02/2008.

                      I was given a Call from the mobile company (thru their authorised Agency Innova Communications, Okhla Phase II) on 09/02/2008 for the follow-up of the payment and executive asked me the amount & mode of payment and noted my card number & expiry date for reference purpose.

                      Now, my credit card account is showing that Rs. 384 has again been charged On 11/02/2008 from my card which has not been authorised by me.

                      The Mobile Company has fraudulently used my credit card details for over charging the amount.

                      Vodafone Essar — unauthorised bill

                      But when I call to customer care,they told me that you have a bill pending of Rs 4856/.

                        I have made the payment of Rs. 316/- vide Reciept No. JMU/A/50339 Dated 15.02.2010 against the bill of My Mobile No. [protected]. But the J&K Circle of Vodafone has not given me the credit for this payment. I have repeatedly visited the Bahu Plaza Office of Vodafone in Jammu . But they have not entertained my complaint. Even they have debarred my Calls outgoing Service. I am now unable to call anywhere even after making the timely payments of my Bills.

                          As on today no bill is pending for payment still vodafone deactivated my No. due this I m facing a lot of problem as personal as well as business.

                            i am a vodafone user from the past 5 years an have many connections of vodafone .
                            now i am being charged for vodafone live when i have not used it as i am using blackberry 899 unlimeted plan .
                            now i made a complaint .the feedback i got was you will not be getting any revert back an was hung up..
                            i was told i used youtube on my blackberry witch is now chargabel under vodafone live ..
                            i was never informed that you tube is chargabel under my 899 unlimeted plan of downloding ..
                            now why should i suffer for this

                            i want justice this is not that you can charge anything on your customers by giving them falls updates ..

                            i will now go legal against vodaone for this they have done to me and the harrasment what i have faced

                              then howcome i am getting charges for vodafone live when i have not used it ??

                              when made a complaint i was told i may have used youtube on my blackberry ?

                              i was never informed that youtube is chargable on this unlimated download plan of 899 on my blackberry device..its been more than a month now i have not got the revrsal...

                              vodafone is tottaly corrupt . its me who is suffering . and now will go legal and make them relise that they cant fool there customers any more .. all of you not satisfied should go legal.

                                Hi, I am Shraddha and my no. is [protected]. I very well know that while taking this no. I submitted my Documents in one of the vodafone gallery in Borivali W.

                                After few months, I got the msg from vodafone stating that you need to re-submit the documents for verification purpose.

                                When i called up the Customer Care,for the same these people said that the name I am taking and the details mention in their system is not matching. then on which basis this company is asking the details for re-verification.They have stopped my outgoing and are not even giving a single hint for the guidance.

                                        Hello all,

                                        I had made Payment's on this account even after my repeated request at customer service to deactivate the connection and internet service as it was not compatible for my usage .

                                        However this was after ward's confirmed that each request was confirmed as an inquiry when the request was deliberate and was a complaint and vodafone continued to charge the same.

                                        Hence forth ie;you can waive off the balance and have me as a customer after you those call recording's which proves whether if i am saying the truth or not.


                                        If you want top go ahead with the hassle i would not mind paying the bill.

                                        However then you should consider this request my a reply and i can go ahead with a consumer dispute with Ombudsman and allow the case to be listened in the court of Indian Judiciary.

                                        I dont have to challenge and say that i am speaking truth as this has caused me mental harm and loss of sleep .

                                        I had paid off the connection by paying off an amount of 7000 which you could say was by not abiding to term's however i asked them to disconnect the service however later as i awaiting response i had to go outstation and was receiving incoming calls which caused a bill however i was expecting a call from you guy's .

                                        Later the same month the charges for mobile connect continued accruing in statement even after repeated request to deactivate.

                                        I knew if i these guys still would keep charging so i paid off and still they did not close the connection

                                        i paid another 3000 and a 655 just without even the sim being worked and they sent bill's by email no body is able to explain why.


                                        I have lodged this complain with themail i sent them around a month back . They wont even reply and they still can break the rule's .That 's a corporate company isn't it ? YES FOR SURE BUT NOT IN INDIA NOT WITH ANY ONE ELSE..

                                        Request you to kindly do the needful.
