[Resolved]  Vodafone — Payment not updated

I am Jitendra Sharma I am using a Vodafone number [protected], I paid my Vodafone bill before due date on 09/03/2008 through my Citibank credit card but my payment still not updated . I contact Vodafone customer care 10-15 time to resolve this problem but they never help me, I already sent my credit card statement which show bill payment detail also, I am vary frusted from Vodafone call center executive everyday they call me 2-3 time for my due amount which one I already paid before due date, I have 2-3 contact no. of vadafone executive which coordinate with me from 5-6 day to solve this problem but they not response me properly, please tell me what should I do because I try everything i also log a complaint through email on [protected]@vodafone.co.in but I was no got any reply from their side, I try with every type email, fax, call but rather than they solving my problem they increase my problem, my outgoing calls are also barring I am vary frusted with Vodafone services.

Vodafone — Payment not updated

Hi,

I would like to share that this is the worst experience of life I had with vodafone in the updation of the bill. I made payment thru credit card on 18th march of rs 1300. Till yet they haven't updated my payment, inspite of so many emails. But of no use. Everytime they send me an email stating that they have forwarded my case to the concerned dept. but till yet I haven't got any response from there end. This is ridiculuos. Now they have stopped my services. Definitely I am now going to sue vodafone in the consumer forum. My no is [protected]

Dear Sir,
I am holding a vodafone cell no.[protected] in mumbai.I received there september bill of Rs.1127.27 for which i made the payment through cheque.The details are:
cheque no.: 108857
date : 18/10/2009
bank : The Cosmos Coop Bank Ltd.
Vile parle (east) Branch.
After making the payment they have barred all my outgoing and incoming calls and have sent me a legal notice for recovery.I have given them my bank statement copy but was of no use.
I would really appreciate if you look in the matter and bail me out.Looking for your reply.

I use [protected] vodafone post paid no. current time i am on roaming last 06- days & my billed amount exceed my credit limit but no any information pass out to me regarding excess amount.

My bill reach to me by mail on 17- April ( Saturday).

On today my services BARRED with out any information, after barring i pay the billed amount today morning 11.30 am. but till 4.45 P.M. my services not activated.

Vodafone — Vodafone Payment not updated

Hi Sir/Madam,

I just want to inform about the Payment that is not updated till now from your side.
On 9th May I have made a payment of my Mobile number [protected] of Rs. 465 with Citibank Credit Card via Vodafone web site with My Vodafone Account.
Below are the details for the same:

Amount = Rs. 465
Transaction ID : MC1T[protected](I have confirmed the same with customer care executive that they have received the payment and transaction ID is right. Request number that Customer Care Executive given me : 2194196 for processing the payment)
Transaction ID of Citibank : 166071(I have confirmed the same from Citibank and they told me that payment has been accepted by Vodafone on 10th May.)

I am not sure regularly I am calling to Vodafone customer care number that payment has been received but not updated till now.
Can you please tell me the reason and now you have started the message when I am dialing any number from my mobile that "Kindly make the payment as it has not been received".

Kindly stop the message that payment has not been received. It is not my mistake. I have already given you the details about my payment so please process the same and update the payment.
