[Resolved] Vodafone — notice:claim against harassment of customer
My name is Anupam Gupta.i m having a Vodafone number ([protected]) in prepaid plan. Few months back(dec 2007) I had a caller tune service unwillingly activated from your company and from the very first day I feel exploited my self. Last month they had deducted some amount as a service charge from my prepaid account balance without any intimation and today is 27/03/0/08 they are deducting Re1 daily from 26/03/08 without any information. I
just want to ask one thing,
are they know about 'RIGHT TO INFORMATION '.I just want to u that take quick action on my complaint and give my all the money back also I can not afford that caller tune in my phone any more this is my humble request to you also it will save time other wise who know how much time Consumer Forum will take. I just want my all the money deducted since December 2007 with interest, I m not asking for compensation and don't force me to take next step.Reply with in a week.
