Vodafone — wrongly bill charged | |
Hello, I have taken Talk plan 299 with addition of talk vodafone @ rs 0.30p and i was told in that plan that i will charged Rs 0.60p on my call and they said 500 calls free. but when i received my bill i found that i have been charged as normal rs.0.60 p.. and i was fooled by the company by giving me normal plan in the name of talk after paying Rs 299for this plan i am not getting any other benefit also my phone no. is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

My vodafone no.[protected] was lost / misplaced in the month of June 2008, for this I had placed a request to De-Activate / suspend immediately, but no action was taken.later, in September / October 2008
my both the vodafone nos. were suspended. without any information. On my vodafone " un-registered Sim"
appeared. I had personally visited your vodafone store and inquired about the "un-registered Sim". she replied, this was because of Non-Payment of Bill". My vodafone no.[protected] there was no outstanding balance / pending bill, here the payment was cleared., and the other no.[protected] complaint was lodged for lost of mobile., then where is the bill pending ? I asked. I was very much surprised to hear that no action was taken on my complaint lodged, and the no. was in use till that date.
Later on there was a demand notice from your collection department - manager demanding for bill -
Rs 1114/-. after a long argument, your manager - collection department had agreed for the settlement of
Rs. 900/-, and I had paid the same in cash vide receipt no. 0290901c0000010 dated 02.01.2009 all time payment for settling the account., and request them to cancel My vodafone no[protected] as it was not traced, but to RE-ACTIVE my other vodafone no.[protected] immediately., but it took 7 days.
Again to my surprise today I have received the bill for my both vodafone nos. asking me to pay.
WOULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN - HOW YOU ARE GENERATING THE BILL WHEN THE NOS. ARE NOT IN USE.?
for no reason I have paid Rs.900/- and again there is a demand of Rs. 1231/-.
will you please check this at your end ? and inform me accordingly, to avoid further problems.

I am getting more bill amount, actualy i have CUG plan & i have banifit to call my partner at 0.00 rate, but Those calls is always shows chargeble in all bills, I have already complaint for this, many time. but no response from vodaphone, they always discontineu my no. & I always face problems,
Please solve my Problems.

I am getting more bill amount so i need clarification of calls and that full statement required, , ...Already i informed to vodafone office but still now i didn't get billing calls statement... Please do the needful..
