Hutch-vodafone cheating strategy in postpaid connection
Hi,

As Iam relocated from bangalore to Pune on 02/05/08, I want to surrund my number [protected] .So please deactivate this line from 3/05/08.Please do the needfull regarding this.sent mails to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com, corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.co.in, corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.in, I Did not get any acknowledgment from any one of them, So please deactivate as soon as possible.

This is Vijay, four days back i raised a complaint regarding online recharge issue, i am unable to recharge through Online w.r.to all site like vodafone.in, free charge, paytam etc, , , but not happening, regarding this vodafone techincal person has taken complaint and given 2 days time even after 4 days also no change in the status. Even i recharged twice with rupees 250/- and 300/-, the amount was deducted by vodafone still not credited in account.Like this situation
WHY I HAVE TO CONTINUE IN THIS NETWORK, REALLY VODAFONE IS WORST NETWORK NOW A DAYS, I DONT WANT TO FURTHER CONTINUE IN THIS NETWORK. SUCH A STUPIDAND USELESS NETWORK.

Hi,

I had a postpaid plan on my number of Rs. 50/pm... In January 2019, I got a bill for approx. Rs. 300 something.. I called customer care and they told me that they have changed my postpaid plan as the plan I was using was discontinued..
When I asked the customer care executive about when did they informed me for this change of plan they simply replied that they texted me.. You guys text 20-25 msgs per day.. Do you really think customers read that? And do we have this much of spare time to read these messages..
Still if you say that you texted your customer for the change of plan.. Was there any acknowledgement from the customer side?
How you can yourself think that oh okay the customer has read the message and now we are free to change their plan as per our choice..
Sorry to say but this is a horrible experience i had in my whole lifetime using a mobile operator.. That someone changed my postpaid plan without my consent and sends a bill of which is about 600% to my last bill..
Do we customers looks like a fool to you guys?

Hi Sir/Madam,
I am having postpaid connection with mobile number [protected] with Idea for around 10 years.
Idea has sent me a bill of Rs 19444.26. After lot of irritating discussion, they agree to provide me waiver and asked me to make payment of around Rs 9444 and assured me the outcoming will start working again as they have got approval for the same, but still calls are barred even after I made the payment. This discussion happened yesterday(08-July-2019) with a guy Sonu in afternoon, who also assured me, their will be no problem and Idea people can check the call records for the same.
But still calls are barred, I got call yesterday from a lady but she didn't know how to handle the situation and didn't provide any help or so. Please look into this matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

Is this the behaviour idea person show to the customers.
