I don't want continue on Post paid, I need convert Pre paid again.

Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- Rs. additional.

Previously my connection is Prepaid so I need convert it from post paid to Pre paid.

I don't want to go for new number I need this number with Pre paid.

I am already complaint to Customer care they didn't respond.

I need a reply ASAP.

Vodafone — Conversion from prepaid to postpaid

I was told a scheme from vodafone department to convert my prepaid connection to postpaid and i was agreed on that and now It has been 48 hours they had deactivated my prepaid connection and up to now they haven't activated my postpaid sim given by any marketing person of vodafone i am really very annoyed ...

am sourav, am using the spice telecom services frm last two years but now due to some circumstancis am not able to use the postpaid connection, so am requested it to convert it into prepaid, but no intrust are showing by the cusmtomer care execitives at the spice telecom office in zoom hotel ludhiana punjab, after given him every necessary information, even how am already submitted the proof three times, now my life is totally upsets by the spice telecom, very redeculas services are provide by the spice which i was not expecting frm them, so am requested spice to do imidate actions on that matter, because too many days ( 15 days) are lost in that short matter.

Vodafone Postpaid — Postpaid to Prepaid Conversion Not Possible?

All the mobile phone service providers except Vodafone have the option to convet Postpaid to Prepaid. I've been asking them for quite some time.. there is no responce from the people at vodafone.

Vodafone is cashing on the weakness of the customers not to lose the number but stay at postpaid.. can anyone tell me is there any provision to sue or charge Vodafone regarding this?

I just want get rid of this postpaid connection but need the number... is there any solution?

This is with the reference to my complain no.[protected] which was placed yesterday at the vodafone store located as santacruz west. I had visited the store last evening at 5 pm for some recharges on 3 to 4 nos, since the confirmation were not recevied till 7 pm i called on 111 for the my cell no. [protected] where i spoke to Mr. Salim in the hotline, who spoke to me very loud, rudely and in a abusive launguage. This complain has been reported to Miss Namrata at the Sanacruz store. I want to know the reason for the ill treatement by Mr.Salim I spoke to Mr. James ( Duty Manager Vodafone ), Miss Rachna Head of the Call center yesterday from Miss Namratas Cell . And has assured me that they will get back to me in 48 hrs. I request you to infrom me what action has been taken against your rude employee

I want to convert from postpaid services to pre paid. But the customer care guys are telling that it is not possible at all. I have complained vodafone greviance cell and the complaint number is [protected]. No one from vodafone has responded.

Vodafone — converting to postpaid

In starting they used to call me daily to convert my prepaid to the postpaid. Once I paid the amount and submitt all the documents. Earlier they told it will take max 72 hours but now almost 25 days have been passed but my prepaid is still prepaid. No body is doing anything related to my request, they only say we will send a executive to you tomorrow.
I have paid 250 rs but no they dont pick up my phone. I talked to Mehak sharma and Deepak sharma, but they are doing nothing. This is highly waste company, I request you to never faith on VODAFONE.

But i want de-activate STD 31Bonus card, How to am i do?

I am using the vodafone number from the past 4 years. it was previously a prepaid one, but later 2 years back I have changed it to postpaid connection. Now that I dont want to continue the postpaid connection, is there any way to convert it back to prepaid connection. Because I dont want to continue with vodafone if it cannot change my sim to prepaid. While other networks are providing the facility of conversion from postpaid to prepaid, why is vodafone not providing this service.

Please give me any suggetions.

Why dont you people try mailing them.You will have proof that you have communicated these things.Please see that every service provide has to mandatorily provide for migration between post paid and prepaid.Please see the TRAI webpage for this http://www.trai.gov.in/csinterest7.asp

I went to vodafone store with printout of these two.But still they shamelessly maintain that they cant provide migration from postpaid to prepaid.But I am not going to leave them.I will mail to their customer care mail id and if they are not going to respond properly I am going to write to consumer complaints authorities and also inform media about this daylight violation of the law of the land

I was using prepaid connection [protected]. i converted it to postpaid 10 months ago.But Billing in postpaid was full of mistake, i paid my bills without knowing this mistakes. One day after 10 months i got suspicious about billing. I visited vodafone store checked my itemized billing for one month and found big mistakes.vodafone corrected mistake for one month. Then i asked itemized bills for previous months also because i am still suspicious about my previous months billing. Vodafore Reprentative At Vodafone store (BTM Layout Banglore) replied that i can not get itemized bill for Previous months. Then i asked him about converting from postpaid to prepaid. He replied me that there is no provision for that. I refused to pay my current bill unless i gets itemized bill for previous months. Vodafone then sent me legal notice to pay my bills and threated me that my name will be put in defaulters list. But As per TRAI regulatory i knew that i can get itemized bill for every months,

HI this is Yogesh Agarwal from Hyderabad. I've visited Vodafone store many times for conversion of Postpaid([protected]) to Prepaid but in vain. Customer Care Executive are saying that they are helpless in this matter as they are not authorized to do so. I dont understand whom to contact as there is no one with whom we can speak in this matter. Vodafone is Big telecom but senseless company who does not understand basic need of its Customer.

The fact is that Vodafone in India really sucks.
What i think is, all they do with the customer money is spend it on the advertisement and promotion.
The always make very good promotion of whatever they are selling, the customer satisfaction lacks.
I once wanted to convert my postpaid to prepaid. you wouldn't believe me i spent almost half my day over there to get it done, and thats not all, after giving them all the required documents. The next day i get a message from Vodafone saying, my number has been deactivated due to lack of document proof?
I mean what else should i submit? I'm just a student. All i had was my ration card, Pan card and my collage ID. I gave them the copy of all.
There are many more incidents like this, in the end i had to change my number n go with airtel. Well Airtel is not that good. But its 100% better than Vodafone.
Please do not buy it. You will love it in the beginning. But later i'm sure you'll regret it.
I called their (Vodafone) call center and they asked me to walkin to any vodafone store to get my postpaid number converted to prepaid.
Looking at above discussion, I was not very optimistic. Let me figure this out for myself tomorrow. Will post an update thereon.

1. I am a vodafone post paid customer no [protected]. Due to some reasons I want to convert my plan to pre paid.
2. I have submitted my application to your office at Nashik rd office. No action has been taken even after passage of more than 10 days.
3. Your office is insisting that I will have to visit your office in person for the above job. There was no such clause when I converted from pre paid to post paid. That time your officials were visiting me everyday because you were eyeing on 300 connections from my office.
4. It seems that now when your intrest has been fulfilled the response from your side has changed. This seems to be total selfishness and some sort of blackmailing. It is when you have intrest in me you will do all things as per my choice but when it is other way round you will show your true colours.
5. Let me tell you this thing don't carry too far. Pl look into the matter and get the case resolved.

pay the bill, plus a little extra to cover 7-8 days more. ask them to port your number or start post request by sending a SMS from the mobile number you want to port to the number '1900' with text 'PORT' followed by space followed by your 10 digit mobile number you want to port.
you will get a port code. Ask vodafone or any other provider that you want to port in as a Prepaid customer.

      the problem persist from 6 of June, 2008 as I was unable to make outgoing calls since morning i called custmoer service and they gave me my complain number [protected] and told me that after 4 hours issue would resolved later on i received the message that it would take 24hours to resolve the issue now30 hours has been passed and problem is still there and now nobody is recieving a call. vnodafone is giving worse customer service.

            I, Vikram Singh having 2 post paid connections have noticed that for last 3 consecutive months I have been billed for “bhaktisagarforty” in my one of the nos. and for "vasomastismsmthirt" in my another no. I have called up vodafone call center several times but in vain as there was no solution provided.

            I had never subscribed for this service and have no interest in this. In fact today I called your CS and got to know the way to unsubscribe this service. I got a confirmation SMS about the unsubscribing. Again after 2 hours I got message that he bhaktisagar request has been again requested.

            I am not sure how come without any authentication any service can be activated in my mobile and that too I am getting charged for it.
            I was the customer of vodafone since last six years two years bac i converted my connection pre-paidto post paid. since last six months i was facing poor signal problem for which i made a compliant to customer care, but there was no improvement Then i decided to go for incomming plan at Punjabi bagh office i was told to take 899 plan for one year and they gave me one code and asked me to send one sms to 11in the month of jul 08 my plan of 666/ was upto 2359 on 10 Aug, but on 10 aug at 0900 i got one sms that the plan of 899 is activated i called at 111 and asked why this plan is activated today the said we can activate within last 48 hrs of the previous plan then asked about this plan they said it is plan of Rs 899/ and monthly you will be charged Rs 50 for ID called caller, then i decided to not to accept this plan and requested to convert this connection to pre-paid connection then custmer care told me you have to pay Rs 899/ then only this connection will be convertedto pre-paid. for this plan i have nither recieved any call nor made any call not understud why i should pay Rs 899/ then i reqested to close this connection. Now this connectin is closed. my payment was through ecs billing to stop i done sms 111 with request stop ecs but reply was please send complete number. today on 17 sep 08 also send the reqest from my freinds vodafone to stop ecs payment today also same reply please send complete number. please clear why the amoumt of Rs 899 is claimed by vodafone while this plan was not aggreed. please clear why your vodaphone staff not cleared about ID caller charges while other cheaper plans also available in the market. For my previous plan which was disactivated on 10 aug 08 at 0900 why vodafone charged for last day also?

                I dropped my cheque no 448325 of ICICI BANK dated 02-06-08 in the DROP BOX of Sector 18 Noida office of Vodafone.However, on 4th of June 08 my outgoing was barred with the excuse that my usage has exceeded the limit.I was surprised and went to their office in Sector 18 Noida To my shock the payment was credited to some other customer.The mistake has been detected but even then I keep on getting the calls that I must make the intereme payment immediately to avoid disconnection.Am I using this mobile for my inconvenience!!!

                  Dear Sirs,
                  I took Vodafone mobile connection No: [protected] on 25.5.08
                  by paying Rs.599/-from the Vodafone representative Mr. Sagar (mobile No: [protected]) who is sitting in the shop Orbit Communications, Shop No: 6, R C Marg, Near Chembur Police Station, Chembur, Mum-71. I have given my PAN card, telephone bill copies and a photograph to him to line up the transaction properly.

                  On 3.6.08 while I was at Nigdi, Chinchwad, at 6.00 pm the mobile phone line suddenly stopped working for outgoing call where I was frantically trying to call my family at this hour very incessant rain was continuing. The mobile phone connection not activated even at the time of this writing. Several occasions I talked to Vodaphone call centre toll free No: 111 but they could not do any thing and requested them to cancell my subscription and return whatever the balance amount left out may be returned to me and I will go for another connection of Airtel or any others.

                  Today is the 3rd day the mobile is not activated and no service whatsoever is forthcoming from Vodafone.

                  This is my complaint, what to do? how to go about it?

                  I'm a Nigerian national on a professional trip to India. I purchased a Vodafone sim with no [protected]. My host company AGILE FT of Prism Towers, Mindspace Malad issued a letter and utility bills to vodafone on my behalf as evidence of residence; and a copy of my travel passport and passport phtograph were submitted along.

                  Vodacome activated my SIM for 3 days (Diwali festival) and barred all outgoing call immediately after the feast.

                  All efforts to make Vodafone re-activate my SIM so far is not productive. I feel terribly bad and implore vodafone to reactivate my SIM; thereby preventing me from communicating with my family.

                  Please intervene! Your timely intervention would be appreciated.

                    There is no network in canara bank layout near heebal area in bangalore.

                    Previously the Vodafone coverage in the Domlur area was good. But from last 1 month it is very very poor. If I am inside my house I am out of network. But prior to one month the coverage was good. When I approached customer care for asking the reason came to know that there is some problem in some network equipment & they told that they cannot change it for the next 6 months. The behaviour was not polite and they simply wanted to ignore this issue somehow. Now I dont know how to proceed in this case. Changing the mobile number is a pain actually because this has to be changed in hell lot of places like bank, clients, etc etc. Can anyone suggest how to deal with this vodafone people?

                      what the hell going to vadafone i was useing prepaid sim three days ago vadafone customer care call me for my address verification after that call my outgoing call were stoped i dont know why ...at customer care they were saying that my outgoing calls has been stoped because of my address verification. then i went to vadafone store at store my prepaid was coverted to postpaid...now after three has been past away
                      but the card is not activated till now...i am geting!!!

                        This is to inform you regarding my postpaid connection ([protected]) in vodafone (Kolkata)that without my confirmation my postpaid credit limit has been increased from Rs 500/- to Rs 2000/-, where i simply got a SMS that my credit limit is increased. When i talked to the customer care executive of vodafone, they told that i have to write letter to decrease my postpaid credit limit to vodafone store. To clear out my confusion about this i asked them that if without my confirmation my postpaid credit limit is changed, then when i am requesting to drecrease my credit limit to Rs. 500/- why it cannot be canged.

                        Thinking I will save my money and same thing was share with me .where I get sim

                        Now I am watch voda make me fool I don't know what type you can include you should share before I create new connection simply he told me just 299in month I mean he told me lay ... After a month he I paid 450 that was genuine ... After 3 voda call me u have to paid 900

They increased my Credit limit without intimation and also Activated new VAS plans w/o my consent and now making me to pay more bill for the mistake which I have not done.                         Please beware i have been similarly conned by setting my limit without consent to 27000 where as my average bill is 2000 max, their is no responsibility towards clients incase usage exceeds as certain limit. i have been charged even above the limit and it is been justified again, this is bigger then any scam.

                          Hi,

                          I would like to make a serious complaint about the service m getting from Vodafone.The call center is not customer caring though they say that they care in their advertisements.

                          1)This is regarding the complain about the supervisor(Ajeeth M, bangalore vodafone call center) to whom i spoke with on 4/6/08 at 6:30pm.

                          The supervisor lacked soft skils handling escalations .
                          a)he did not Listen to me patiently.
                          b)Did overtalk on me and came to conclusions even before i could complete te sentence
                          c)Had usually attitude and did not behave profestionally.
                          d)Did not transfer to a manger when asked for.
                          e)Did not show any Respect the and failed to understand the situation when explained to.

                          We as customer like to be given atleast little priority and need to resolve the issue at first point of contact instead to close the complaints without even resolving it.

                          Sushma had written that the supervisor was not professional but one thing I would like to ask that why this condition is not applicable on customer i.e majority of customers donot talk professionally rather they abuse on the phone.
                          The second thing I would like to bring in u r kind notice that she was already talking to Supervisor & even then she asked for the manager, Do she think that the whole staff is sitting to take calls only or every one is sitting to attend her only. If the mangers & supervisor will personally handle these type of customers then all higher authorities will be on calling and mind it, that is not their job
                          As per Sushma, Ajeeth did not not shown any kind of respect & not took case on priority on during the call, But I would like to ask what kind of respect she aspect from a CCE & secondly why he would give priority to a normal case, is she a special customer for company. Every company has some Escalation matrix & customer ought to follow that. Every customer is equally treated & every customer is special for company as he/she is giving BUSINESS to company

                          But they have immediately activated and i didn't received any aknowledgement.

                          This is with connection to the calls what I made to Vodafone customer care on January 15, 2010 after 10 PM.

                          1st call from [protected], 2nd call from [protected], 3rd call from [protected]

                          Totally I made three calls. Two calls were disconnected while transferring the call to supervisor and one call was mishandled by Supervisor Mr.Kumaresh.

                          Call 1: In this call me complaint about my caller tune activation without my consent and I asked the agent to transfer the call to supervisor. He transferred but my call was in hold for more than ten minutes and the same was found disconnected.

                          Call 2: Again I asked the agent to transfer the call to supervisor and this time the hold time was more than the previous one. This call went more than 30 minutes and got disconnected.

                          Call 3: The poor ever call handled by Vodafone care

                          Mr.Kumaresh(Manager) I don’t know whether it is his correct name. He handled my call and I listed 4 complaints to him. He didn’t solve even a single complaint and didn’t answer for my queries.

                          Q1: Why the supervisor didn’t pick my previous call?

                          Answer from Kumaresh: It’s due to some network problem (He himself accept that Vodafone is having network problem)

                          Q2: What kind of network problem? Is that call transferred to supervisor Nortel?

                          Answer from Kumaresh: I know you people working in BPO creating trouble like this don’t do anything like this.

                          Q3: Don’t speak rude as you are a supervisor?

                          Answer from Kumaresh: This is not rude

                          Q4: Without my knowledge the caller tune got activated. You people will believe server and not customer.

                          Answer from Kumaresh: Customer can say anything….

                          5: I am going to escalate this to your higher officials…

                          Answer from Kumaresh: I request you to send mail I know how to safe guard my agents and myself and in vernacular language he commented “Po Po --- “

                          Is this the way to treat a customer?

                          I may a prepaid customer but I need an apology letter from Vodafone.

                          Answer all the complaints what I made. Listen to the calls. I know all the calls will recorded in customer care and will be able to play for one month.

                          At least you people respond to my queries with proper answer and I doesn’t want a default draft.

                          Its very serious complaint about the service which I am getting from Vodafone .The call center is not customer caring though they say that we will look at your all concern. It’s totally pathetic service is providing by customer care executive.

                          I have called so many times to Vodafone customer care to get activate my GPRS but it could not happened yet now, and every time they say that you will get a message to get activation of the GPRS, moreover my call was getting disconnected automatically, I don’t know why? finally one of executive suggested me that you will receive a call on your another number in 12 hours hence its been more than 15 hours and I could not receive any call from their end, during this period I tried so many times but the IVR says press one for ….. And press 2 …… although nothing happened by pressing any of them.
                          Please advice what should I do? As already I have converted my number from post paid to prepaid due to this frustrating facility.

                          I have visited the 4-5 time Vodafone store (Punjagutta Stores HYD ) and Called 111 for nearly 8 times, And send 3 Times mail to Customer care for resolving the issue . But till now there is no resolution, They are telling its under process . How many days is required to activate to one Prepaid Connection? And How many day I need to pay extra rental charges without using the post paid connection ?( Raising request for canceling the postpaid on 13th March )

                          Comments:

                          1. The poor service at Vodafone customer care

                          If we can send any query to Voda fone Customer care, for replying they are taking 2 Days time . After Two days also they are providing the correct information.
                          On Call Support also they are not confident what they telling like how may it will take to Migrate the connection .


                          2. Not Confident on Service SLA
                          One Executive will tell with in 2 Days, another will tell 7 Days, After waiting 7 Days also still they are tell its under process.

                          3. No Proper escalation (2 times)
                          If we can ask escalation matrix also they are not interested to provide the escalation matrix . I we send mail nodel officers( Durga Prasad ) also they didn’t respond on time

                          My validity has been expired on 4th of july, 2010, i called a vadofne customercare([protected]) on 5th july at 9 AM, very first time somebody called Mr.prashanth pick the phone and told me that Rs.13 will be deducated and the 1 paise plan will be activated within 4 hours, according to him Rs.13 was deducted on the same day itself..

                          After 4 hours still my account was not activated again i called customer care but they told me it will take another 2 more hours. I called 5 times on same day every time a new person pick the phone and i was forced to tell the problem from scratch, in spite of this my problem was not solved and all the 5 times they refuse to log the complaint and I had no proof whether I called a customer care or not. On 5th time my call was transferred to call co-coordinator her name is apritha or amurtha i could not remember properly. Finally she told me that at any cost my sim will be activated within 24 hours and I agreed to this also..

                          Today 6th July and it is already been 26 hours since I requested, this time I called customer care and somebody called shashikala pick the phone and I m very sorry to say that she is very lack of soft skills and refused to transfer call to call co-ordinator and finally she disconnected my call ..

                          It is unfortunate that there is no co-ordination with the people, according to me it is not a customer care it is wastage of money for every 3 minutes they will charge 1 rupee.

                          Anyway finally I got the complaint number today, that is [protected] and they have to told me that by 8th july, 2010 it will be responded and that is great news for me because for another 2 days my sim will not be activated, anyways I appreciate Vodafone service it is so fast and convenient to customer..

                          Today I m going to surrender my sim and cancel the connection and I will try my best and escalate to as many customer as possible..

                          I dont think Vodafonr treat their Prepaid customers teh same way they do with the Postpaid customers.
                          I was initially using Vodafone Prepaid and none of my queries were resolved over the phone when called the Customer care.
                          On demanding for a supervisor the reply i got is that all my supervisors has gone for a lunch, Dinner or tea LOL.
                          I am sure that there would atleast be one supervisor on the floor.
                          Having said that i switched to pospaid and the service seems to be completely different.

                          I have just started using voda(before i was using airtel), whereas it was 100 times better than this.This is the worst company, they deduct money for no reason and i did recharge of Rs.14 for Gprs and it was'nt activated, its company responsibility that they should message at the same time(that this service will be activated after 4 or 5 hours, (what so ever) and after recharge i started using internet and Rs 20 was deducted from my balance, i called customer care, first they hold my call for 5 min and then they disconnected...worst worst company...!
                          I have been really very frustrated, mentally been harassed by the services Vodafone is providing and pathetic services. No one is assisting me in any scenario, Agents, Supervisor and Managers are unprofessional and arrogant. For one issue i have called and speak i have to state them my issue from beginning and still i have to repeat many time the same issue and still they do not understand. As of now i had spoken to almost 26 agents and still my case was closed without any resolution. Every time i called help desk they put me on hold for 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes and then they hung the phone, even i was on hold for an hour. I have to literarily beg then to resolve my issue or else transfer to their manager they arrogantly state that manager is not available. After sending an email toNodal officer someone called me and when i was telling him my issue he told me in a rough tone "ARE YOU DONE"?? what does it means and even nodal officer do not pick up call i tried for hours and their no was busy and busy...I have to undergo such humiliation every time it is better to let me know if you all don't want to assist at least where we won’t face such humiliation and discrimination. I want an serious action to be taken against all person i have spoken to. and their managers.

                          He replied, I'll not return it at any cost and pay the bill again. When I denied and said to escalate this. He replied..."Karle jo karna hai...agar teri "Abusing word" mein dam hai toh" straight wording was this.

                          Now, what you suggest. Shall I really go to consumer court or you'll yourself take some strict action against this.

At the time of payment done by me, your mini store agent provided me the receipt and said that the server is down and we'll process your payment after some time and you'll get the confirmation via SMS on the same number. Since that day, the payment is not updated and I am regularly chasing with the mini store agent, customer care and registered my complaint also.But there is no response from your side.

                          Now, I am totally fed up with your services and the same details I am providing 6th time and this is last time I am sharing this info and further I'll put an application in Consumer Court with all these details.

                          I paid the bill amount Rs. 350/- On Sept 23rd 2011 at your Vodafone store but this bill is not yet updated. When I was submitting the bill, the store agent said that the server is not running now so It'll be updated soon and he provided me the receipt of the amount paid.Since that day I am continuously following up with the Vodafone store and the customer care to update the billing amount against this number but every time got response from there side that "It'll take 24 to 48 hours to update" because there is some problem and the amount paid against some another number by mistake.I also requested them, Please remove the IVR message from my phone so that I can use the services without any interruption and prior the dialing and take your time to resolve this problem, Again they are saying same thing that please wait for sometime we'll get back to you with the resolution.

                          I am suffering a lot of problem due to this and fed up with the Vodafone services. I have visited the Vodafone store 5 times and called customer care and the store agent several times. I have spent lots of my time and money to call the store agents and customer care. Who is responsible for that???? Please suggest...

                          Vodafone is not at all interested in keeping their customers happy. Sernior manager or floor manager do not come on call to talk to customer or CSE do not transfer call to manager. I am very much frustrated with vodafone servise and switching to some other service provider.
                          I too had the same issue today. When I requested the customer care team to escalate the issue their supervisor, they put me on hold and disconnected the call three times.

                          I, would like to share my AWESOME Customer Service Experience with Pathetic Vodafone Agents in all occasions when I called Vodafone Customer Care at C-48, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-2, Delhi-110042.I have already send 1 E-mail in regards to the worst customer service I experienced while speaking to Sulekha Kumari from Ravinder Singh’s Team.I have send that E-mail to all possible E-mails where a Customer can hope to get some resolution.I have not received any revert yet.I am again sending this E-mail to discuss my more recent similar pathetic customer experience.I spoke to Mamta Devi who was not willing to disclose her last name.I requested to speak to a supervisor for any update to my previous E-mail.She put my call on hold for more than 20 minutes & then hung up on me.I called up again & spoke to Hira Lal.He did the same thing.He kept my call on hold for around 15 minutes & then disconnected the call.Whenever I request for a supervisor, I have to be on hold for around 10 minutes & then an agent will finally hung up the call.When I call again & I want to speak to the same agent, I am always told this is not possible.This is unbelievable.This is why an agent hungs up because they know they will never speak to the same customer.I have escalated my awesome customer service experience to Randhir Singh, Raja Nayak & Vasudha Sharma.I have not received any Satisfactory Resolution yet.I have lost my faith in the Escalation Process of Vodafone.I believe I will have to meet Sushma Khanna, Vivek Gangwar & Sourav Dixit to get Sulekha Kumari, Mamta Devi & Hira Lal Terminated from their jobs ASAP as they Don’t deserve to serve customers because they are not aware of Customer Service Skill.All they know is to put customers on long hold & finally hung up on them.Whenever I request to know the last name of Vodafone Agents, they will ignore the request & they will ask me for the concern saying that they are not allowed to reveal their last names which makes no sense.The Vodafone Agents will also not disclose their Team Leader’s Names.This kind of answers sound like excuses may be they fear that customers might complain about them.                           I had received the call from Vodafone call center in this month for activating the internet pack on my cell. I approved the same and requested the person to send me the settings for which he did so. Few days later I again called Call center complaining that the ’’internet service pack is activated on my no and still net is not working’’. Ref. No: [protected].

                          The guy interacted with me told that the service would be activated within 24 hrs. BUT DID NOT TELL THAT INTERBET PACK SERVICE IS NOT ACTIVATED.

                          I came to know above issue when I received message from Vodafone that ‘’ You have consumed 200.01 MB of data in current bill cycle. For 3G data pack customer the consumption is over and above monthly data allowance’’.
                          When I called yesterday late evening to call center asking the reason for such message, they confirmed me that the net pack is not activated on my account and the bill payable to me is above Rs. 3000!

                          When I requested them to register my complaint, initially they denied saying that you send the mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com. But I insisted them to take the complaint and give the ref. no they asked me to be on hold while they will transfer my call to Sr. person. I waited for long on hold but I was only getting the picture of irresponsibility from customer care.

                          Even last to last month I had complaint about the extra billing for which I had registered complaint and got the reference no for same. They replied me non-satisfyingly that whatever billing you have received is correct and iam bound to pay the same whereas I had my call and messages track on my phone and was guarantying that the Vodafone is bluffing for extra billing. Lately they might have realized and Rs. 61.1 only was paid back to me.

                          As an honest billing customer for my two nos. I least expect the honest billing (please am not using the requirement of extra money to Vodafone). I have heard the Vodafone quality and customer focus policies and expect the same and prompt response from your team rather than giving me the feel of local organization.

                          This is Murugan, I have a complaint against the Vodafone (India), I hold vodafone number XXXXX888 (Hyderabad), presently I stay in abroad, this number had given for all banking related matters, badly I need to receive OTP to do any banking related activity, unfortunately I had to do some transaction on my Sharemarket related matters, thereby I contacted Vodafone Customer care (also sent an email CC to Nodal office) to activate basic my International Roaming services (to receive incoming SMS), I am following it up with Vodafone Customer Care for 10 days so far nothing had happened. The worst part is it also incurred losses in my sharemarket.

                          The worst part is, the customer care is literally ridicules, because they put ISD calls in hold for several minutes to connect to their supervisor, he kept quiet for 12 mins. Finally I had to disconnect the call.

                          However, the issue the escalation channel looks to be hopeless and certainly useless to look after certain escalation. They lack of segregate and resolve the issue. The escalation matrix does not witness properly the escalation ladder.

                          I would like to leave my complaint here as a lesson for others...

                          Hi i agree regarding the attitude of the floor supervisior of vodafone call centre.. i jst spoke to Nikhil pawar he is so arogant n rude in his speech.. the way he was talking seems to be doing a favour on me...vodafone team has to go thru the call recording of ref#[protected] dated 31-8-15 n suddenly he disconnected the call...worst service rendered by vodafone... Not to opt any service from vodafone...

                          I am a new Vodafone customer but have a bitter experience even after being a new footprint for the company. I was mislead by all the folks whomsoever I have talk. For two times I was ensured for the call back as I wanted to speak to any supervisor but yet to get any call. More even Vodafone CCE are not unanimous over a single information.                             I recharged my vodafone prepaid mobile online through ICICI bank at around 4 PM and so far my mobile is recharged.I called the customer care number 111 and first time the lady just kept the phone unattended.At 18:45 i called the customer care, a guy called immanuel started abusing me when i asked " am i fool to wait for mobile to get recharged after 72hrs".According to vodafone it takes 72hrs to recharge if it recharged online.Worst people on the earth

                            I can't believe that a world class service provider having illiterate and rude customer care.
                            I was speaking to customer care executive (Monika) regarding the de-activation of my old number ([protected]) which I never activated.
                            I am using corporate connection and the sales guy given me one additional no. with my actual number and said that whenever you needed you can activate with in 30 days but only after 15 days I called customer care to de-activate this number permanently because I am using only one number.
                            Monika was not able to convince me so she forwarded that call you her supervisor (Satish) and the language he was using... my God...I can't believe Vodafone has such customer care executive who doesn't know how to speak to the customer.

                              I am a vodafone customer([protected]) from past one and a half year I am now staying in Tamil Nadu but I frequently visit A.P so I use A.p sim card I've recharged it with 120 rupees for one month validity today morning but I did not recieve any conformation message of the recharge and more over the sim which i've been using frm past one year shows registration failed

                                I received a call from [protected] regarding caller tune, i did not asked for caller tune but they have sent a message saying that
                                1. message " Caller Tune has been activated on your vodefone mobile phone. Rs. 30.0 will be deducted as monthly rental." and 2. message "You have successfully activated yout callertune service. To find the song of you choice sent <song name> to 55655."
                                3. message " Ninna Nodalento Mussanje Maatu has been sent as yout caller tune for 90 dats for all"

                                after receiving 3 message i had sent a message to 56789 as " please deactivate never asked for it"

                                but they have sent a message "Hello! You have entered the worng keyword. Please enter the desired keyword and SMS to 56789"

                                during this i lost all my prepaid money. for one message and one calle it lost more then 9 to 17 rupees. Please without our permission they should not activate any caller tune. please replay back to be as soon as possible.

                                Vodafone is a cheat!!! raise a complaint against them with nodal officer!!! As ur connection is pre-paid Vodafone will keep doing this non-sense!!!

                                  I have opted for Rs 998 advance rental plan with a top up of 25 to make my STD calls Re 1.But earlier it has been activated as 199 plan n now after correcting their mistake of Plan, my top up of Rs 25 to make STD calls cheaper has not been done.

                                  I am not responsible for this blunder, but the vodafone executives who did mistakes twice.
                                  Now, it's unbearable at my part to provide any kind of support.
                                  I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone.I m using vodafone since I started using mobile phone.In fact all my family members have Vodaafone numbers...
                                  But the agencies of vodafone are ruining the image of Vosdafone services...
                                  They called me regarding postpaaid connection in Rs 250.I asked the agent to convert my prepaid([protected]) connection to postpaid connnection. But till now they have'nt activated the postpaid connection.In fact they have received the money from my home. I have the receipt handy but I have'nt got the services.
                                  I just want my money back at my Home from where they have taken money..

                                    hello sir am mr YOGESH NIKAM [protected] took a new connection from ur vodafone store on the promise that you would activate corporate reliance 50 plan new postpaid connection tht i take.my new connection no is [protected] I had clearly talked to ur operators on 111. they also told me that line was activated within 48 hours. I took this conncetion on 25th may 2008 but my line can not activated yet please look forwad to this matter and activate my line

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Vodafone No. is + 91 [protected].
                                      Vodafone Per call Charges is 1.99 Rs./Min which is unautorised the actual charges is 1 Rs./Min.
                                      I have filed a compalint againt this to coustomer care many times the complint nos.are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]lanch by one of hopeless Team Lead), and[protected]this is not filed by me the executive launch on his own).

                                      I am currently in Pune plz.take appropiate action on it.

                                        i've recharged a power value of RS302 on 1st june'08 on my no [protected].
                                        but till date it is not activate as power value.
                                        please activate this as soon as possible oterwise i will take nessecery action against your company.

                                        Vodafone — Re: Activation of recharge

                                        Sir,
                                        I've activated with RC143 for 1 yr for LL Re.1 & all local mobiles 60ps. But in November'09 i opted RC62 for all 50ps. But unfortunately i'm being charged Re.1 for LL & 60ps for all locals. So it seems to be a lot of problems in technical & as well as administrative. Since 11/2 yr i've not changed to any other brand, which are providing flexible plans. Kindly look into this matter and do favour to me, otherwise i've no other alternative except to swith over to other brands(vide e-mail to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com dated 30th Nov'09.
