Vodafone — didn't get sin but bill coming every month

Sir,a person of vodafone company collected documents from me 3 month before.told me that she should give me post paid connection and sim.But after that she(Jhumpa mob-[protected],[protected])didnot give any sim,and connection started of 3 sim.2 i have stopped now m getting everymonth not useing bill mob-[protected].due shows by vodafone Rs 392.93,bill no-[protected].Please help us from like that cheater.other 2 sim she started to make calls from my sim,without given me.please help me

vodafone/post paid — activating schema without informing

my mobile no [protected] activating scheme without informing me and overbilling complain

plz change my postpaid no. to prepaid connection my no. is [protected] . bills are exorbitant not affordable

I am using Vodafone since 10 year, Please convert my mobile service, post paid to pre paid. I had register a complaint in vodafone store at Nellore, AP., In the store they are doing work but no use to day also I met the store about my conversion they told to me book a complaint on this matter. I don't want continue on Post paid, I need convert Pre paid again.

Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- Rs. additional.

Previously my connection is Prepaid so I need convert it from post paid to Pre paid.

I don't want to go for new number I need this number with Pre paid.

I am already complaint to Customer care they didn't respond.

I need a reply ASAP.

I also want to convert my vodafone postpaid no. to prepaid no. but these vodafone buggers are telling that its not possible but all the other operators are doing that.

Also I have done the same thing in other state for vodafone.
