[Resolved] Vodafone — Convert from Postpaid to Prepaid | |
I don't want continue on Post paid, I need convert Pre paid again. Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- Rs. additional. Previously my connection is Prepaid so I need convert it from post paid to Pre paid. I don't want to go for new number I need this number with Pre paid. From 24/06/14 my mobile number had blocked for outgoing sms.my mobile number is [protected].please rectify this problem as soon as possible.Can't receive bill till today
I have complained more than five time since three month about the hard copy of bill where address is prime location of Tinsukia city of Assam even can't get satisfactory answer or reasons, If its not possible we will take or go for legal action,Thank you

Hi I m a Vodafone customer from last 5year ..today I went to store at Vodafone store near Rmall thane for post to pre .. Agent named Sonali was very rude and making faces.. I have being waiting for more than 2hrs to get the request done.. there was lots of customer waiting but very less resprentative to attend.. They take 20 min for complete and were very slow.. Worst customer service at store will never visit again

This amount is too high while comparing other network.

pay the bill, plus a little extra to cover 7-8 days more. ask them to port your number or start post request by sending a SMS from the mobile number you want to port to the number '1900' with text 'PORT' followed by space followed by your 10 digit mobile number you want to port.
you will get a port code. Ask vodafone or any other provider that you want to port in as a Prepaid customer.
