[Resolved] Vodafone — complaint
This is to inform you that we are vodafone customers recently we had agreed to change the mode of recharge from pre-paid to post paid. But for the last four days our sim cards are deactivated.Due to which we are facing a lot of problems.It is sorry to say but the customer care services of such big company are so poor nothing has done even after repeated complaints for the last 4 days.yesterday someone came for the varification after getting all the information and details he was satisfied but what report he submitted in the company they stoped our services .Today i met with pooja and fahad from your lajpat nagar vodafone store they agreed on that from our side every thing is fine but they sad they can't do anything. Kindly do somthing in this matter and re activate our phones as early as possible.our numbers [protected],[protected]
