This is to inform you that we are vodafone customers recently we had agreed to change the mode of recharge from pre-paid to post paid. But for the last four days our sim cards are deactivated.Due to which we are facing a lot of problems.It is sorry to say but the customer care services of such big company are so poor nothing has done even after repeated complaints for the last 4 days.yesterday someone came for the varification after getting all the information and details he was satisfied but what report he submitted in the company they stoped our services .Today i met with pooja and fahad from your lajpat nagar vodafone store they agreed on that from our side every thing is fine but they sad they can't do anything. Kindly do somthing in this matter and re activate our phones as early as possible.our numbers [protected],[protected]

Here is my complaint that I am a regular user of vodafone (previously it was BPL first and then Hutch) with my cell no[protected]
on this cricket new plan was activated which was deactivated by me by asking the the proper method from your customer care representative.

Then after deactivation when I recharge my account with Rs 100/- Again there is dedcution of some accont value for the same package

I want to state that after deactivation of service why my account value is being decuted

This is very annoying and company is doing illegeal thing in turn giving me financial problems as well as mental

I want my decuted amount back in any case.
Please donot send me any SMS regardng any thing
Pl send me detailed history of this thing.

I am one of the coustomer of vodafone.And I am really very dissappointed with sereves they provieded to us. yesterday my caller tune was activated with out my perpemssion. i really cannt understand what is this. They only do like this.they deduct the money from my balance and said that mam you activated it. but i didnt do any thing. One more thing when ever i tried the coustomer care number it always be busy. IN SHORT THE SERVICES ARE VERY BAD..

I have a post paid connection with Vodafone with Mobile No: [protected]. From 22.04.2009 it was not functioning "Insert SIM Card" message is coming. Immediately i called toll free no:111 and informed that it is because of hand set problem. I change my hand set and the same message is coming. Then I went to Vodafone store at Kadavandra and they informed me the "System Registration Problem" and it can be solved from their HO.

Till now my SIM is not functioning. This is actually cheating to a customer. Please take necessary action at the eraliest. My new contact No: is [protected]

I am using vodafone service since last 5 to 6 years in billing and till date very satishfied with your service but this time i am applied for 2 new connection in LIC CUG scheme [ 99rs/- monthly rental ] to your excecutive Anand [ [protected] ] but not received proper responce from your excecutive. I am already submitted my documents to your excecutive before 7 days but till date not received my new card. I am called daily twiced time to your excecutive but he said i am giving you card today evening but after that he switched off cell and not responding properly.
