Hello sir, My name is Rajendra Sawane and my Mobile No. is [protected]. I had recharged my mobile just befor 2 days by Rs. 300/- . But immediately Vodafone deducted the whole amount Rs. 300/- from my mobile balance.I don’t know the reason why Vodafone has deducted my balance. I have not subscribed any of your scheme such as songs, hello tunes etc. I called to your customer care but no proper reply has been given by them. So I request you please refund my deducted amount Rs. 300/- immediately. Otherwise forcibly I will stop your sim service and will go for other company’s sim.

i recharged my number [protected] by online recharge of rs 58 for internet usage on 09/09/2011 and got a message from service provider that recharge has been done successfully. But on 12/09/2011 i noticed that rs 250 (approx) have been deducted from by main balance. when i called to enquire then after talking to 5-6 customer care representatives my complaint was logged and i was given assurance that i will recieve a call from higher management and then undue charges cut would be refund and also the internet pack (that i had done on 09/09/2011) will be activated within 24 hours. wen i called again after 24 hours then they said it will b resolved in another 24 hours.

I am a vodafone customer from kolkata.My name is Dipayan Dutta. My vodafone phone no. is [protected]. On 12/11/11 I got a text message from Vodafone that-"Aapki requst hume mil gayi hai.Aapka SMS pack 24 ghante me activate ho jayega". But i haven't requested for any activation for any SMS pack. Regularly since past 4 days balance is been deducted from my mobile phone. In past 4 days i have lost around 50Rs. in this way. However on visiting Vodafone store (Girgaon branch) Mr. Ranjit the stores manager had assured me that further balance will not be deducted and entire amount will be credited in my account. However yet no balance is credited further still amount is debited from my account for some GPRS reason.

I have been using Vodafone since 6 years. I was a loyal customer. But Vodafone first discontinued my campus pack offer which was active since 6 years without informing me. Even when i asked the customer care executives,none of them gave me the proper information or helped me in any matter. And today, they deducted Rs. 300 in just 1 day and claim that i have used some Internet service although i haven't. My phone logs clearly show that. The customer care executives have been least helpful despite calling them again and again. Even the Nodal Office number is not answered by anyone. A company as big as Vodafone has exhibited such unprofessional behaviour. I will be surely discontinuing my 6 years long relationship with it if an action is not taken as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/mam,
I am vodafone user my number is [protected] since last 4 yaers and want to complain for the deduction of my balance i.e of Rs 50.Whenever i got a recharge from last 2years they deduct some sort of balance and tell you have used the internet or this VAS services are activated.
But On 10aug, 2013, till 4.30am my balance was Rs58.084 and when again woked up at 6.30am i called one number after ending call i checked balance was Rs18.084.Earlier they have deducted Rs10 saying for Credit they had deducted but i havn't used that service.
Everytime they do like this when my problem is solved.and i can port my number to any service provider but i want to show what are they doing?
Please solve my problem as early as possible.
