As Iam transferring from chennai to Hyderabad on 7/11/07,I want to surrund my number [protected] .So please deactivate this line from 8/11/07.Please do the needfull regarding this.sent mails to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com,corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.co.in,corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.in
corpcare.[protected]@hutch.co.in,Did not get any acknowledgment from any one of them,So please deactivate as soon as possible.

I have changed my bank account form ICICI to HDFC and forgot to inform the Vodafone care for the change in ECS account. I received a message yesterday about the payment failure. I regrett the inconvinience caused but at the same time I request to kindly reverse the charges of delayed payment. I will pay the amount by tomorrow at the counter.My billl payment track record is good and have never ever failed to pay the same on time. If I have received the message earlier than 10th March i could have paid the same before the due date.

Could you please consider the request.

i was lost my vodafone sim in mumbai. maybe somebady will use illigaly, so please close the sim. my no. [protected]
One day i suddenly got the message saying some of new service of the Vodafone has been activated and would be charged on 30RS per month. Whereas i had never applied for the such service. When i called the customer care, they said i had sent the confirmation, so I WOULD BE CHARGED...

I guess this is what they have started to CHEAT TO THE PEOPLE and TAKE EXTRA EARN MONEY.

VODAFONE POSTPAID USER SINCE 7 YEARS — DEACTIVATED WITHOUT ANY REASON

I have been a vodafone postpaid subscriber since over 7 years with multiple postpaid subscriptions. My average monthly bill to vodafone is in the range of 3000 rupees per month. However my number has got deactivated suddenly since yesterday and the upon visiting VODAFONE store, was advised SIM replacement. This was done last afternoon and the line is yet to be activated.

The problem is that incoming callers are informed that the LINE IS TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED - the same one that applies to non-payment status. This is very annoying and is causing major loss of business and credibility to me.

I was promised activation within 2 hours. It is now over 15 hours and the line remains DEACTIVATED.

My number is [protected] - Vodafone is hugely irresponsible and utterly useless when it comes to customer service.

Wish TRAI comes with the regulation on number portability soon.

I am Imran Khan.i recently got the vodafone prepaid connection number-[protected].i had rechage of Rs.40 through Axisbank Netbanking to my surprise i got only Rs.06 (Paisa) talktime.i am fedup with vodafone sevice and now looking to change the operator like Airtel.

Vodafone — they are issuing new allotted no sim and ask for bill

i recived one call from vaodaphone / delar approach for new sim with 1200 sec plan i accept the plan and give the amount @350 as per condtion by ASP . and committed for seclcted ssim no[protected]
but the didt issue the same and ask for mothly bill
when i went to them CCS they ask me to get new connection sim card but also ask for Bill which no i never used or they nigther issue nor use by me

Vodafone Postpaid — cheating me

i requst my postpaid plan change in avrage 2 months but vosafone store my plan changed in 10 days ago.
the diffrent days bill charge very high.
that date vodafone cheeting with me.
I strongly agree on the above comments, I have taken vodafone postpaid just two weeks ago and in these 2 weeks they disconnected my outgoing calls three to four times stating that i have crossed my credeit limits and my unbilled amount is rs.5000 that to in just 2 weeks and i dont even make too many calls nor use messages. Vodafone is truly cheating people.

I have decided to through the vodafone sim..

hutch/vodafone connection — disconnecting line

I have a conection of( hutch )before eight to 10 year number [protected], and my docoument submited name of khemo duti sikdar vill-satsangacolony. po-karidhya.suri, birbhum,wb.last 3 years costomer care send my massage submit your document other wise your connection will be diconect . then i have submited my documents but after few month they send me same massage again and i have submite my documents three to four times till they carry on there harresment police.then i bound to told them they can do any thing as they wish and before may be one year or two year they disconect my conection.i want to know whethere my document have any problem how they continue my conection before 5to six year with out cheaking my documents.

Vodafone — they are not able to solve my sim problem for last one month

hii all,

i am facing lots of problem due to my vodafone number activation. it was working correctly but all of sudden my number got infected and i changed my sim by paying documents againg and money also but still its not actvated. i have visisted to many times vodafone store but they are saying your invoice is pending so how much time they take to clear the invoice and again they are saying there is it problem in your number what the hell they are doing and saying. they told we are here to help but i think they are here to create more problem for single issue. they can directly refuse me for this number but they havent they are saying you have to come again and again.for checkup.
i already called so many times to customer care but they are more funny in solving query they put 9on hold and never came for assistance for next time.and there seniors also not picking the phone .
THIS ALL BLODDY SYSTEM OF VODAFONE CARE IS GONE LOOSE AND TAKING CARE OF THERE CUSTOMER SERIOUYSLY. THEY DONT KNOW HOW MUCH PROBLEM WE ARE FACING BY THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM.

SO PLEASE THINK BEFORE TAKING ANY DECISION FOR NEXT TIME GUYS. IA M THE PERSON WHO IS STILL IN PROBLEM NOW A DAYS ALSO.

Vodafone — no recharge done despite the payment
