Vodafone is a company that sucks big time in service provision and customer opinion - yet they have no shame in advertising as "HAPPY TO HELP".
I hope who ever came up with that phrase knows, English or at least knows the meaning of it.
As every single hope of me trying to find some help from them, for a mistake that was committed by their own company was sent down the drain.
Even though I was using my account - they had closed my account twice stating that I was not using it. When a communication was sent to them regarding this- they apologize and ask me to send a email so that they can get it activated - which I did, to end up where, to get my line deactivated again in a couple of days!!
Not to mention that the mail I sent was to, two of the managers in vodafone.
I hope that this company gets closed down, each time I see their ADD on television I feel like breaking the TV but eventually end up realizing that it would only blow a hole in my pocket.

Vodafone Postpaid — Worst Customer care
I am konda reddy,I approached to customer care for my billing problems.
they never solved my problem.
actual my problem is: i am using vodafone postpaid no: [protected]. recently i activated Rs.199 internet plan.
they charged my around 800 for every dailing to the net.
i never download anything.
for this i tried to contact with customer care. But here the problem is call is not connected with customer care.
in that they are telling everytime unused speeches.
they are not transfer call to customer care.
pls call my no i[censored] received this mail immediately.

i have applied for the new Vodafone Postpaid connectiopn about a week ago but till date it is not activated and when i call to customer care iam not getting proper guidance and solution.
