I am having 3 vodafone numbers. [protected], [protected], [protected]. I recharged for bonus 62 on 4th july. From today (i.e) 9th july onwards the bonus 62 is not active. I contacted the customer 6 times and each time the customer care is not responding me positively and I am losing for the every call I make from all these numbers from 9th july. I request you to take action in this regard and credit the excess amount detected from my phones from 9th july otherwise I will be forced to move with a court of law. Since it is not my mistake and the customer care people are very arrogant. Further I give you 24 hours time to contact me otherwise I shall do what I pronounced earlier.

When i got transfered from Hyderabad to Mumbai, i had changed my Airtel mobile to Vodafone.
I think all operators have some set procedure for disconnection, in case of AIRTEL it was visit their store, fill up prescribed form. All my attempts by calling customer service, sending email was of no use until i visited their store. I had experienced the same with Bank account closing, Internet Connection closing etc.. people never tell you the procedure for closure.

vodofone/hutch — network worst
Dear Customer Care,For the past few days, i am facing a problem of messaging to a particular number. A single message that i am sending is delivered more 15 times to that particular number and i am unable to get delivery report also.
One more thing we would like to know the direct customer care number, as many times 140 is not leading us to speak to ur customer service executives.
Network very worst, as we are near to tower, we cant even clear with the conversation.
Please do the needful. we are eagerly waiting for ur reply for the above complaints.

Hutch connection(Vodafone) — unavailability of service.
I own a have a vodaphone connection([protected]) for the last few year with lifeline connectvity that was being used by my father who expired some months back.Since then I simply use service of the set sparingly for receiving calls. I have to have astonished that no kind of incoming and outgoing cal is being allowed citing "operation failed".This has naturally upset me and would request you to kindly ensure availablity of service at the earliest.

I am a Vodafone used from past 3 years and using Postpaid Services for the same. $ days back I asked Customer Care to activate my e-bill services as I am not getting my bills (hard copy). Today I got the a message that Vodafoen is unable to activate the same. I countinuosly followed up with Customer Care in last three days. Ultimately asked one of your executive to ofrward the cal to some senior manager and he finally cut the phone.
I requested many times that I need to get the bills online for past few months October' 09 onwards for reimbuesement claim in my organisation.
At last I got very bad feedback from Customer care...nothing is done till data. No e-bill services has been activated...
