Vodafone — Deactivation of prepaid connection

Recently I have taken one prepaid connection ie. [protected] from Vodafone Mini store: Chander Communication at Meher Chand Market, Near Lodi Road, New delhi-110003 from representative of Vodafone whose mobile no. [protected]. The SIM card was issued after verification of my documents. After few days, the connection got deactivated and it was informed that I have to submit my recent address proof document and the same was submitted on 25th May 2012 at about 13:30 hrs. However, still my connection was not made in order. At about 12:05 Hrs my wife talked to the Vodafone customer care wherein Mr. Baibhav was attending the call. However, without listening to my wife, Shri Baibhav has disconnected the phone.

I used your services its good but sometimes its gone bad i think. You should do it better than other networks.
I have no Network signal. I also used your caller tune offer activated past one year.. But that caller tune offer will be cancelled. How is this possible. I am not deactivate anything...It's this disappionted to me.. I also want to get new offer GPRS CONNECTION .. Give that details. If you not response my complaints otherwise I change my network AIRTEL or AIRCEL...Pls do the needful...
