i already spoke to the customer care executive many times on regarding the rvrsl of the chrges.i hv taken this post paid connection in the month of aug...
while receiving the connection i hv promised by one o[censored]r agent Mr.Kathir...stating tat 10000msgs has been fee fr every mth... but unfrtunately Rs.1 has been charged fr the sms...during the mth i hvnt recd the stmt fr the past 3mths...
So on the sep mth itself i hv frwarded the req fr de-activating the connection ... till date i hvnt recd the stmt fr this number...
recently on 19/11/08 i recd the letter frm the Dev, Sai & Shaffiq Associates, stating tat my net o/s bal is Rs.1465/-...
The card usage is just 460 & odd even im nt sure abt the amt..
without reciving the stmt how it is poosible to make the pymt?
im ready to make the usage amt..but nt the charges..Incase any charges in the a/c request u to reverse the charges...as soon as possible...

fr this no[protected] im reciving the stmt regularly to my residential address... but every msg has been charged by Rs1.. checked wth the customer care & frwarded the req fr changing my plan to FLEXI150...
as on nov th i hv recd the confirmation msg fr the plan change..but in the mth of oct more than Rs495.00 has been charges fr the sms..
need an reversl of the same.already spken wth the customer care executive kanimozhi she taken the request fr reversing the nov mth msg charges nt the oct mth...
plz check the details & do the needful fr me..
im really vry upset bcoz of these sort of issue..

Vodafone — Lost My mobile with sim card in Nov 2007
As i lost my nokia model of 2300 model with sim card [protected] on nov 2007.Immediately i went to the vodafone customer care they asked me the booklet which you get with the sim card i said that the booklet am not having. So from past few day this number is again activated and the number is using by another person.So kindly block the above metioned sim number as soon as possible. I am unhappy because
1. Unnecessary calling for caller tune.
2. No Option of refund for by-mistake caller tune.
3. Harassment on the name of "information after 24 Hrs."

Hutch Vodafone — Disconnection
I will consider this as cheating and Fraud.Pathetic Service from Hutch Bangalore. I had a connection from hutch mobile. I thought o[censored]sing that for many business purpose and many visiting cards printed on that. Recently i went to UK and made lots of call from home to me with this number by my wife. Suddenly one day when i came i got a call from the number telling that it is credit limit is over and have to disconnect, if not making interim payment. This they did not mention at the time of connection and specifically asked on this. So i talked with a customer care manager and she told to increased the credit limit and she needs credit card proof and will be sending one person to collect that. Nobody came to collect the card. but the same day they cut the call. They even did not gave some time to think. i checked with customer care and they told this can not do anything and call will be cut until they will come with immediate payment. I mentioned that credit limit is increased and but still they want to wait until the payment to be completed. This is affecting my business and Vodaphone connection is not reliable this stage for me.. for everybody. I am also changing the connection to some other providers. Probably i may have some loss on changing the business information and informing customers.
But unreliable providers can cause more problems.

Actually yesterday on[protected] i got a call asking me to pay Rs. 1687 appx. July, Aug, Sep. 2003 of my old nos. which i asked Hutch (VODAFONE NOW) to deactivate, But they delayed in activation and now they disconnected my new nos. asking for money for old nos.

Vodafone — Cheats filled here!
I got a call on my prepaid no. [protected] From a vodafone executive Raj Verma # [protected]. Seeing my usage he convinced me to convert to a postapaid no. I was told that the duration on my prepaid sim getting de-activated n postpaid sim getting activated will be 1min. It turned out to be 24hrs after several calls to 111. Also he told me that now i was calling @ 50p./min. Taking his scheme i would only be paying 10p./min. at a monthly rental of 249/- along with 350mins.local free & 15/- to activate this no. thru Friends N Family service. He said i'd be able to avail this service in 3hours. It turned out to be 72hrs. I kept calling him to tell him that i was being charged 20p./min. After getting an advance of 250/- from me he's stopped answering his phone. He was accompanied in his lying continously to me by his collegues, Karan and Anita. I still don't know the exact name of the agency they belong to but all i got to know was that their office address is B-4, Gupta Plaza, Pitampura, New Delhi. If nothing is done about this i'll be forced to press charges of fraud against Vodafone. Vodafone sends messages which have direct link with different websites for downloading (e.g. Picture, ring tone, movie, horoscope etc.) through Vodafone live. By which most of time, Vodafone customers become a fool and at the end of each month they have to pay Rs.99 for each download. I hope, Vodafone will stop this type of business with me ([protected]). We do not expect this type of cheating from an international company.
I want to paid exact money according to my tariff, and there will be no any hidden cost by any way.

I strongly advise no one should use vodaphone services. Their service is very bad and for no reason they will deactivate the number when ever they feel like. No proper answer and it is waiste of time if you are talking to customer care executive.
It is upto you to decide before going for any new vodaphone connection
