[Resolved]  Vodafone - Hutch — Hutch-vodafone cheating strategy in postpaid connection

Hi ,

As Iam transferring from chennai to Hyderabad on 7/11/07,I want to surrund my number [protected] .So please deactivate this line from 8/11/07.Please do the needfull regarding this.sent mails to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com,corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.co.in,corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.in
corpcare.[protected]@hutch.co.in,Did not get any acknowledgment from any one of them,So please deactivate as soon as possible.

Hi,

I want to surrender my Vodafone Post paid sim connection, My Number is [protected] Please deactivate my number as soon as possible.
Please Please Please Avoid the Caller Tune option with pressing * key.

Bcause when some age person or children where pressing * key the lot of amount where loosing

i also loosing thousands of amount in only caller tune.

My suggest is please care to whold your customer and avoid * key

If any body want callery the gentle may cum different

if like that contionusly happening again then we negelect ur card with morethen 200 cards are using only hutch in our family with more and more recharging
Recently I took a vodafone number ([protected], delhi) which they deactivated after 2 days. the reasons are frivolous that the company did not receive any documents. However the sim providing outlet says that the vodafone is not satisfied with the document.. but they also want me to deposit the same document again.

It is whoever's guess that the company has misplaced the document and wants me to run from the pillar to post, if I want my same number to continue. the VODAFONE has already taken money from me by asking me to recharge at the time of SIM activation. after two days of meagre service the phone has been disconnected and all the money goes to VODAFONE'S POCKET.

In such cases customers are helpless because it is they who ultimately suffer not the company who already pocketd the money.

their "HAPPY TO HELP" service is actually meant to "HAPPY TO UN-HELP" and " HAPPY TO POCKET CUSTOMER'S MONEY".

My Phone no. is [protected] with Hutch. I made a payment through ICICI Bank o0n net on 31st March 2009. The amount is already debited to my account on the same day. Till date, the same is not yet recharged. The bank informed me that Vodafone Essar Ltd. have already received the amount. Then where is the money lying? Please, check and reply. They are unable to reply me.

The service is horrendous. One Supposed-to-be Senior Manager I spoke to appears to suffer from hallucinations that he is doing favors whe he is addressing customers' complaints!!!

My phone repeatedly did not work while roaming. It did not receive calls for over a week when I was in a different town. My voice mail is supposed to be active (but it never works). None of them, from a call center executive to the senior manager takes any responsibility. They did not do any thing for the call drops I was experiencing. My interaction with their managers confirms my doubts that they are (un)professionals with dubious intent and questionable competence. They suffer from Ergotism (a mix of arrogance and egoism)

In stead of wasting time on this hoping that their service would improve, it is wise to change the provider.

Vodafone — Ringing problem

Dear sir,
Am the owner of the vodafone mobile no.-[protected], and facing a lot of problem while handling it.Whenever I'm ringing anyone, I cannot hear the dial tone but money is cut from my account.I want a solution to this problem with in a few days please .

i am very angry with vodafone.iyesterday i called up vodafone customer care for a internet connection on my pc via data cable.i received a message saying that my service is registered and activated but when i connect my phone to pc, no internet connection take place. then i called the customer care again and they said that send a message to 56789 with a messageWWW.i send that but a message come saying that it is temprarily unavailabe. now from 8 am in the morning i am trying to call the customer care but i am not able to talk to them.now you tel me what to do?
vodafone had charged me Rs 30 towards cricket score update without my knowledge. they had not informed me. i have not asked for any updates in cricket but the amount as been taken. they ask whether i want the service or not, after my conformation they have to charge the amount. I am seriously warning the vodafone. Don;t take advantage or misuse customers unawareness.
