Hutch connection — Cancellation of song facility instead of RBT
Dear sir,I am Mr Ramji Tiwari holding Mobile no. [protected] at Mumbai.
My mother is holding a hutch connection ( Mobile No. [protected]) at native place (U.P.). Whenever we give ring , we get a song instead of Ring Back Tone. By some how this facility got activated. I would like to cancel the same at the earliest. As she don't know how to do this , I am complaining regarding the same from Mumbai.

I am Syed, i got this connection 3 years ago & i got it as Pre-Paid connection but one year back i changed it to Post-paid corporate connection. I am being paying the bill around for more than Rs 1500/- every month but i am Completely UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE & FED UP OF POOR CONNECTIVITY in my area, I stay in BTM lyout & Vodafone does'nt have any network if i get into my house, its ZERO point network & i have being complaining the same but nothing is changed infact i have the complaint #[protected]. Can some responcible person take care of my complain seriously & solve it or else i think Vodafone will loose another precious customer to it.....

I am Ayyakannu. i suffered lot bcoz of Vodafone. i was using Vodafone Postpaid. i lost my Sim on 14/1/08 Morning 4 AM i Called & Complained to Customer care they said go Directly to Vodafone Store & give compliant. i was travelling so my friend went to Vodafone store he gave the compliant but they told to him they cant accept the compliant becz they want compliant from customer. then i gave the compliant 4 PM on 14/1/08 in Namakkal also i got Replacement SIM Card and Paid Rs:150. They told me they will give the Activation with in 3 Hours (also they said they will deactivate old Sim Immediately). 15/1/08 afternoon i called customer care they said they will give activation with in 30 Min's. Evening i called the Customer care i got the answer i was shocked becz they said they are not Deactivated my Old simcard also not activated new Sim. Then 16/1/07 i went Vodafone store in Trichy they activated my New Sim (Replacement Sim). Same day I Called Mr.Srinivas (Vodafone Manager in Salem) i told me he will call within 10 Min's. But Up to today i am not getting call from him. also i called so many times he is not Responding my Calls. 19/1/07 Morning i got the call from Customer care they said i Crossed My Credit limit. i asked the Details they said Rs:50 Fine Dec-07 Bill & Rs:150 for Replacement of Sim card. I was shocked becz i paid Rs:150 and i bought New Sim Card in Namakkal. Also i paid last month bill on 5/1/08 in Vodafone Store ADYAR., Chennai. But they said they are not getting all the Details from Vodafone Store. that is not Customer problem that is problem of Vodafone Stores. i gave all this Information on 19/1/2008 Morning they said ok. Again they deactivated my Outgoing Facility on 21/1/07 Morning again i called Cutomercare i spoke to Ms. Ambika i Explianed Everything Almost i spent 15 Mins then i got the Outgoing Activation Facility. Also i gave the Compliant for Loose of simcard for Deactivation on 14/1/07 Morning But they Deactivated on 16/1/07 Afternoon only so who is going to bare the Usage of 3 days(14/1/07 to 16/1/07).
Finaly i have one doubt once any customer calls your voice recording said we are recording for our Internal Purpose but you are recording means why you are not solving the problems. i Thing you Know only here the Compliants from Customers but you dont know how to Solve the Problems. You Dont want Customers openly tell to Them Dont Cheat the Customers. i Know very well you will not give Reply for This mail becz so many times i called i didnt get reply. But now i ready wait for your reply becz i want to know your Customercare manager only Not Responding Customer Compliants or All The Vodafone STAFFS are Like THAT. My Mobile No [protected].

Past one year i using vodafone pre-paid connection i faced lot of problem & irritation from vodafone connections.Due to there vodafone advertisement calls. i received minimum of 5 to 6 calls and 10 more SMS form every day.Even through i complient to the customer care but they take 45 days to block there own calls [yet now its not reach the dead line ]
(45 days). they annouches call filter option charge for 99/month . but i received call from vodafone only then why i can select this option...
