[Resolved]  Vodafone - Hutch — Hutch-vodafone cheating strategy in postpaid connection

As Iam transferring from chennai to Hyderabad on 7/11/07,I want to surrund my number [protected] .So please deactivate this line from 8/11/07.Please do the needfull regarding this.sent mails to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com,corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.co.in,corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.in
corpcare.[protected]@hutch.co.in,Did not get any acknowledgment from any one of them,So please deactivate as soon as possible.

hey i going to purchase a new post paid connection in Vodafone. Which i already have an prepaid number. I am going to change it to post paid. Please tell me how is the billing cycle and how is the connection and cheating is undergoing................

HI whomsoever concerned , i have lodged a complaint regarding the non receipt of my vodafone prepaid a/c bills..... no response for that..... very bad service ..... while giving connections they take so much pains to come in search of the house.... I have not been using my vodafone Mobile No. [protected]
for the past few months as I have shifted from New
Delhi to Kolkata. I have requested them through
customer care No.111 to close my account more than
couple of months back.But still fixed monthly charges
are being charged on my mobile every month.
It is requested to close my vodafone Mobile Account with
immediate effect and it may be noted that no more
payments would be made from next billing date 03rd of
every month. Also emailing to their customer care has bounced back and has not served my purpose.

hey even after making payments for my mobile phone for the month of october 2007 vodafone has gone ahead and charged me for the same amount in the month of jan bill when i told vodafone in regards to the same they have not bothered to answer my query infact the customer represntative at the vodafone store was very rude in his attitude
and went ahead and showed attitude

Hutch - Vodafone — Connectivity between 2 mobile operators

Hi,

I am facing this problem with interconnectivity between Vodafone and Reliance Infocom. Whenever I am trying to call from my Vodaphone mobile to any Reliacne Infocom mobile the message always come that network is busy. Now whatever competition is between these two operators it should trouble the normal users. I tried registring this complaint in TRAI, but could not do it. Now I need that this request be looked into by the higher ups in any of the 2 organization and resolve this issue.

Actually I had lodged a complaint regarding Vodafone- hutch. but instead I had mentioned Western railway's dedicated freight corridor in the name of the company presuming that the name of the company is the company in which we are serving. kindly treat my complaint sent just a few minutes before to be sent to vodafone- hutch instead of western railway's dedicated freight corridor.

hi, i've taken postpaid CUG connection three months before.While taking the connection ur agents told that u would get all fecilities. I've a problem that I don't have ISD activation, at the beginning they told that ur ISD will get activated by default.Till now it's not get active.
i want to get my ISD activation. Please do the needful.
