Vodafone — subscription offer activation without request

On 18th Oct, 2010 I got an SMS from vodafone castomer care at 2.53pm saying that Miss Call Info. offer has been activated in my name where as I had not requested for any such subcription offer.They also deducted Rs. 30/- for this offer. when I requested Vodafone castomer care to show me the request number they simply denied it to show me. After many argument with them they cancelled this offer but didn't refund my money back. An castomer care executive named Saroj Majumder even cut they line without giving me the proper service.Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Vodafone — outgoing calls stopped in spite of providing the documents called for.

On request by service provider, the copies of the residence proof, identity card ( Govt servant) and pan No.s were provided at their vodophone stores at Kharghar. As per there system. they do not give any acknowledgment. The person on the counter said that the caller Id will be operative within 4 Hours, which was being blocked by service provided. After 10 days since the caller Id was not restored, I again wetn to the same store situated at Kharghar and told that tilldate the caller Id is not restored. The person on the counter stated that it will be checked and it will be done immediately. I also told that you don't give any acknowledgement how I can show that I have already submitted on that they have the record. After sometime she told that you documents are received and the caller id will be restored. It was happened probablly 13.10.2010. Now just 2 days back i.e probably on 17.10.2010, the outgoing calls were also stopped. It is really shocking. There working appears to be on whims and moods. I have to put a valid point here that IRDA should issue guide lines that if any person gives any letter/ document to any company then that Company shall give the acknowledgement failing which that company shall be liable for some stringent action and the same should be executed. Vodafone Usb — not activating from last two weeks

we have purchase a vodafone usb from sec.-19 vodafone store from sales person Mr. Manjinder Singh on 16th oct.,but it is n't activated till date & is nobody is there in complaint centre for the solution of our problums.i have taken connection for my study,but due to such problum i have loss in my study.please solve my problum as early as possible.

Vodafone Sms Service Pack — Activation

Need to complain about the SMS activation pack provided by Vodafone . I ve done SMS activation for 52 Rs on 11th October which is still not activatied . I ve raised a request to vodafone customer care . Which ve given me the TAT time on 18th Monday (Request No [protected]). Till that time i kept silent . Right after that each an every day I been to Vodafone customer care . One Mr Vijay who acknowledge my case do say some stupid excuses and console me . Am not considering the money matter . Butits a sort of diching and looting people. Please highlight this in public and some action to be taken .
