Dear Service Provider,
As i previously infomr about my issue regarding getting promotional SMS on my mobile number [protected] vodafone. I appritiate vodafone many times recommeded friends and family to buy only vodafone sims only. But for getting this type of Disturbance again getting promotional SMS's ...from last week.

i still don't have my mobile with me in office so i can't provide full SMS details that i get ..

but for general information i am getting SMS from "cplt20.com" also from "rbi"
i tried to contact to 198 helplinne but i am not abel to contact..if i contact to hlpline and speak to one of the agent stiing their and told that DND is registred on my number but getting promotional SMS only..then i get reply as my call is transfer to senior and then call is on hold for a while but not any response i am getting from ..now i just confimr one thing from Vodafone from your service..as whether my problme is resolved from vodafone or i quit the service (if i need to quit the service --only when i get reply from vodafone as we are not abel to solve the problme kinldy change the operator as we are not provide you more service'......

Vodafone — Pathetic service and unethical billing

I recently shifted to Pune and opted for a vodafone corporate connection from the Paud Road, Kothrid store
After submitting all the documents and verification at my office, the SIM was not activated for a week.
When i approached the vodafone store on 1st Oct 2010(friday) they said that the SIM was faulty as the connection was showing active in their record. They gave me a new SIM and said that it would become active in 4 hrs.
When I asked for their showroom no. the answer I got was "no point in taking the no. No one will be there to take your call on the weekend". Hence I was given no customer service number.

As expected the connection was not activated. Next week I again visited the showroom when they said that the connection is activated but the SIM was still not. My SIM finally got activated after 5th October where as the connection was activated on 29th September.

I have been billed according to the connection activation day. Why do I pay when i have not even used the connection.
Further why has some all STD @ .50p been activated on my account on 1st Oct?
I have not activated it. I do not make any STD calls
My monthly rental is 179 when my monthly rental for a corp. connection is 149.

I have been using Vodafone in Mumbai for over 3 years. I have never faced such problems.
Vodafone in Pune needs to wake up!
Vodafone just try to sell connections. One you are his customer they will not entertain you. they are NEVER happy to help.
Inspite of my continuos requests, network in my area in Jogeshwari East has never improved. Tehy said they will install towers and they have beein saying this for an year now.

I just want to grab your kind attention regarding my serious problem which i was facing from last Friday dated 15/10/2010 i made a request to your Model town part II ,Vodafone care regarding migrating my postpaid plan to prepaid for this i had a word with Ms.Nishtha she told me that my number will get activated within 24 hour,even though i already made a complete payment of Rs.1130/- & my payment ref no is:-003507 which was on 20/10/2010.But still my no is not activated yet.In the mean time i had word with your CCA in customer care named as 1.kush,2.kushal in retantion 3.Indu 4.Prasanna 5.Harshal in vodafone model town & from each of them i would not get appropriate response every one say that my request is under process .they are not giving me appropriate information regarding this issue because of i am facing lots of problem from last week.
They are somehow misguiding the custome by saying System error or not taking the appropriate action to help the customer. Plz reply me if any query from your side to my alternate no-[protected].Awaiting for your positive reply ASAP.

I too received the same...and the message was from BA-CONGRATS. Since I know of such hoaxes, I didn't fall for it. There should be some way to check these messages.
