Vodafone — activation of services without being demanded
hey i have vodafone coneection and my number is [protected](prepaid)they have activated missed call information service of its own when i haven't opted for it and deducted the charges for the same
earlier they also did it but the service was not activated due to low balance
and when i m calling the customer care services it is not at all user friendly
please do somethig about it

Vodafone — wrongly amount deduction from account
I am vodafone customer from last 3 months. Company has deducted Rs. 70 from my account for mised call alerts,chat services and caller tune on 20. oct 2010,28.oct.2010 and 31.oct.2010. But I have not been requested for any of these services. I have called to customer care and they were saying that i have no any info regarding this. Here matter is not only for Rs. 70, but this is the matter for charging wrongly from customer account. Please look out the issue.Here is my cell no : cell +91-[protected]

Vodafone — lost
i had lost my phone and sim last month i tried to contact vodafone customer care but they are not giving any reply my vodafone number is [protected] please its an humble request to vadafone customer care to deactivate my number because nknown person is using that sim please deactivate it thanks alotVodafone — Misbehave from Vodafone Customer Care Punjab Region
My no is [protected]. I made a call at 111, talked to Amandeep Singh(Vodafone CC Executive) and just got these words "tere maa ki ...., tere behan ki .........." . These types word I listened.My Complaints was :-
1- I credited from from Vodafone and Got only Rs 5.00. But they charged me Rs 12.00
2- Because of technical issue, I cant hear any incoming calls.
3- Without my intimation, Vodafone activated my some services.
Guys Be Careful from Vodafone. The customer service is so much irritating n poor.

Vodafone — Barred No without Intimation
Dear Sir or Madam,I have purchased a Vodafone SIM from Aggarwal Mobile Shoppe & I have given all the document whichever is required by him but after 12 Days my nos got barred without any intimation, when I called up customer care then they said your document is not reached to Vodafone. Afterthat I have enquired with dealer, he said he has deposited the document to respective branch but after so many follow-ups there is no solution.
So please help me.

Good luck. I know they can be a pain to deal with. Perhaps once number portability starts you may find a better network for yourself. I know I'm going to abandon ship on the first day and move from Vodafone to any other provider, who's customer care actually cares (or atleast more than Vodafone's).
In my opinion - Essar was no good, Orange Hutch was superb, Pink Hutch started going down in service levels, and now Vodafone is just a joke.
