Sub: Complaint against Easy Recharge amount paid under special Scheme.

I am your customer, holding Vodafone Mobile No. [protected] and residing at Kolar Gold Fields, Karnataka State.
2. On 06.03.2011, after seeing your SMS in my mobile I have easy recharged for an amount of Rs.299/- through the agent. Only after recharging for the above said amount, I came to know that the offer is valid only for Karnataka.
3. Understanding the mistake and since my family members are residing in Chennai for frequent contact (STD calls ) again I have easy recharged for Rs.222/-
4. Subsequently, after few minutes, again I have easy recharged under VX-UK offer for Rs. 18 /-.
5. Both offers i.e. Rs.299/- & Rs.18/- are not credited & activated, because of this, even while calling local calls the amount was deducted from Rs.222/- only. It seems that deduction not covered from Rs. 299/-, which I have recharged in special offer. In VX-UK offer for Rs. 18 /- also not activated, because calls made to UK calls immediately goes to voice mail and calls are cut down with in fraction of second and Rs. 10/- is deducted instead of Rs.1.40 Paisa per call . It is confirmed that after pre paying by easy recharge under the above said offers, the amount is not credited & also not activated.
6. Kindly look in to the matter and rectify the error and activate the offers for which I have paid Rs.299/- & Rs.18/- ( VX-UK) immediately, with out any reasons.
7. If possible the amount of Rs.299/- paid for the said offer can be convert to Rs.222/- offer scheme and add it to the offer of Rs. 23/- for 3 minutes for Rs.1/-
8. Please rectify and activate immediately

Vodafone Mobile Co. — Recharge Money Not Received
Sir/ MadamI am Sandeep Singh & Mobile Number : [protected], yesterday I was recharged Rs.30.00 Online from My Online Kotak Mahindra Bank Account but I was not recieved the recharged money but Rs.30.00 deduct from my Bank A/c. So, can u please look at this issue & it's not a first time.
So, please check it at priortity & refund my deduct money.

Vodafone — mislead
Sir,I am customer of vodafone from last five year. On 8 feb 2011 i deactive service of messege rupees 25 with 200 free messege and side by side forward a messege to activeate 50 rupees to 1000 free messege but gods know what the did for that service. now i get a bill of messege with charges of 746 rupees where i did messege 1200 approx. the make fool of me.. please solve this ..

Even i am facing the [censored] Billing problem from Vodafone, I Suggest you Zahir to port- out from Vodafone and move to Idea or to Docomo, If you are looking overall Best Service switch to Idea. It has overall best Coverage Across Mumbai and Mah & Goa with better rate plan.
and for cheaper rate plan but Neutral Service (overall better than Vodafone) switch to TATA Docomo. It is new operator, it is setting up new cell-site. which overall degrade it.
Before Port Out i request you to deactivate all promotional pack, Vodafone delights service, or the Mother [censored] Vodafone and there Sister [censored] representative will look to block and reject your port out on false ground of Contractual Obligations
Vodafone makes fool by there Brand name, they have no transparency in there entire billing system.
I suggest other user not to port-in to Vodafone, to prove this i can prove it, there is lot of customer complain at Vodafone Store, it is most Crowded store, despite of holding Third largest mobile market share in Mumbai, Whereas AirTel and Loop, but complain and crowd are less compare to Vodafone, Inspite of having More customer than Vodafone.
To test about worst Service, be free to Join Vodafone.

Vodafone — Bad impression
I am very satisfied in vodafone. But the staff dealing is too bad. Now i using airtel and i want to port(convert) my same number in vodafone. Today i am in Nehru place. There have a mini store.There sitted two staff. They doesn't know what is "customer service." Staff name KAMRAN. and other one name i dont know, his personality is too bad and talking way also. Vodafone — USB Usage for 2 days Extraordinary Billing
Dear Sir / Madam,I had purchased a postpaid Rs.499/- monthly rental Vodafone USB modem ( No [protected]) for Internet Services for Rs. 1799.00 on 23.02.11 from Vodafone Store - Park Street - Kolkata and the device became operational on 25.02.11. The device again became non operational on 26.02.11. I had tried to contact Vodafone Customer Care but in vain. I visited the Vodafone Store at Park Street - Kolkata on 27.02.11 and the device became operational on the same day. I had used the device that evening after returning home but speed was very slow. Again the device got non-operational on 28.01.11. I visited the same Park Street Vodafone Store on 29.02.11 and surrendered the connection with a letter.
Now I have received a Bill on 14.03.11 of Amount Rs. 1328.24 (Bill No. [protected])
This is strange with such low usage and with such slow speed. Please help.
