vodafone massage is HAPPY TO HELP ? NO BUT IS A HAPPY TO HARSH , I AM VODAFONE CUSTOMER FROM LAST 3 YEAR {POST PAID CUSTOMER} AND REGULAR PAYING BILL AT TIME , BUT WHAT HAPPEN . FI YOU ARE FAIL TO PAY BILL AT TIME SOME TIME , THEN VERY NEXT DAY THEY PAY THE RECORD BEFORE DIAL CALL 5 MIN CONTINUE EACH CALL , THEN AFTER THEY CONNECT THE CALL . THEY INDIRECT HARASS THE CUSTOMER , SO NOW MY EXPERIENCE IS VODAFONE IS HAPPY TO HARASS NOT HELP ,

Vodafone — VODAFONE MNP REJECTION 3rd TIME

Oh My God and I was thinking i was the only one facing this Harassment for the last one month in the hands of VODAFONE mumbai. I had my porting request rejected(VODAFONE to MTNL DOLPHIN Mumbai) thrice in the last 1and a half month. After repeatedly running to VODAFONE CARE office (Actually they Just dont care the *#@% o[censored]) and calling their call centers to be told THERE IS NO PROBLEM FROM OUR SIDE YOU SHOULD TALK TO MTNL REGARDING THIS while it is clearly mentioned in the message that ur porting request has been rejected by vodafone due to The number or range in contractual obligations....
For the same reason last 2 times i met vodafone people they told me some scheme was offered to u and what not that is why we rejected but right on the 1st instance i had all this cleared but they are just playing games with the consumers thinking we cannot do anything but we have to teach them a lesson that
CONSUMER IS THE KING

go to vodaphone executive and demand for contract copy...which they did with xyz...you have a right to know...and make compliant under constitution rights

I Subash Kumar have a vodaphone no [protected] its under number portability but after a month I am facing a problem that my number is not working while raoming form first day
i can not recive any call and cant make any call when any body call me response is plase check the number or the dailed number does not exsisit

Vodafone — Signal strength is very low inside my house

My mobile no [protected]. I am getting very signal strength inside my house, because of which my call is getting disconnected in the middle of the call and my voice is breaking and not heared clearly at other end. Please take necessary action to improve the signal strength. Thanks in advance!

Vodafone — Not getting Unique portability Code for 9986465390 from Vodafone

Hi,

My mobile Number [protected] which Vodaphone connection, I want to convert this to Airtel. I am calling daily for getting the UP code. But they are not at all providing. Simply they are asking to send sms to there Vodaphone customer care.

We sent many sms for getting the UP code. but till now I did received any reply from them.

I have raised two complaints with Vodaphone:[protected] & [protected].

Please do the needful.
