Vodafone — CHARGING FOR CLOSING THE CONTACT NUMBER

Hello sir,
I tool Vodafone post paid number [protected] on 17th december 2010. I applied for mobile portability to BSNL after 90 days but the requeste was rejected from Vodafone Company. Then i told to close my number but they demanded charge to close the number even and told to pay for it continue.
Please take necessary action against Vodafone company since the terms and conditions were not clear from them and unnecessary charges are being demanded.

Vodafone — unable to receive portal sms

I am unable to receive sms send by using the corporate portal, I had complaint about the same to your customer care but no action has been taken on this, when I again called on your customer care on on 23th Mar 2011, and stated my complaint about the same, your executive "Mr. Rakesh" has kept my phone on mute and after 1:30 min disconnected the line.

I am using these no from more than 3 years, if this is the kind of service you will provide us than I have to think to continue the service ?

I have the vodafone Sim ( [protected]). from the time of purchasing i am suffering from misbehave.They deduct my balance without any information and start schem without my permission.i request to them for start Internet on my mobile but till there is no service provide on my phone and they deduct its fees.when i am trying to call them but they do not take my call.

i am changed to vodafone from airtel through MNP
i am in Vodafone SPL plan comes with free 2Gb data
due to their poor billing they charged me for GPRS and my credit limit reached they stoped service
then i went to vodafone store 4 times thwen they activated service but couple of hours later the stoped cllling if i contacted vodafone care they again asked to go to store what is this interrupt servece

my complaint is that vodafone charged me 10 rupee per call and when i call customer care than thay tell me that you call ISD numbers but actuly m not calling any isd numbers and on one tell me about the solution of that particular problem and the behaviour of executives to bed with me really i tell you m not calling any isd number when i ask the detail of that isd numbers they give me some local number attached with isd code o[censored]k daily i call on that particular local numbers and now ony one do not attend my call plz help me
