i got 4 times call from vodafome but there is no improvement in my service
they are telling that even though i have a free 2GB data initially they charge then they give discount
for this reson my unbilled amount reched very high Their servers are not capable of handling this acccount wright know
problem comes from their side and they are asking me to solve problem by giving amount are direct pament mode who is responceble
If they unable to handle my plan why they given plan to just get outher operator coustmes in to theri network

who will pay price for this

Vodafone — MNP not done
I am using BSNL no [protected] and request for porting to vodafone on 21.02.2011 but till date neither any refusal or acceptance has been received to me. Whereas it was mentioned on website that it will be done in six days. There is no MNP helpline number for vodafone, so that I amy check status. Vodafone store is also helpless in case. very bad

I have submitted the complaint twice on the page specified but there has been no response till now. Pls specify by when can i expect a response...or should i move on to a more responsible provider.
on march 28,at 11:39 pm,i got my msg from vodafone that ur missed call service has been activated but in actual i have not sent any msg for activation of missed call alerts and they deduct rs 30 frm my balance.they have barred my customer care service also.i called from other number they just disconnected my call and misguided me also..i asked give information about mobile number portability,the customer care executive disconnected my call..
if i send mail to you you asked to go to store if i went to store no responce track your store recordes from 23 march to 26 march i every day visited store
some hope is finally i am able to make a calls but with a warning that your credit limit reached make a advanced pament to avoide inconvence

Vodafone — Vodafone Not Provide the Service After Recharge
Hi,My name is mohit mittal and mobile no is [protected].i was recharged my vodafone no with 95 RS on 24 March 2011 and it was confirmed by shopkeeper and i used this service(GPRS) after confirmation by vodafone care on 25 march 2011.but by balance deducted 41 Rs approx and it went in negative even that prepaid sim.i have complained(Complain NO:[protected]) regarding this issue but no response from vodafone.They were saying "we will response you in 24 hours", but after 24 hours they were saying "we will response you in 48 hours" your request in processing.And now Customer support is not available on this(111) no and i cannot talk with any customer support executive.I have these question for vodafone.
1. Why my service is not activated with in 24 hours and till now it is not activated.
2. Why balance is go to negetive even this is a prepaid sim.
3. Why vodafone is not supporting on customer care no.
I want my service and my balance.

Vodafone — sim not activated after 48 hours
hi,i lalit sharma from bangalore..had loadge a complaint to vodaphone,regarding my suden disconnect of my number,went to vodaphone ofice of jaynagar,,,they mistreated me,,,then mailed in complaint box.got a rsponse a mial from them stating they will manufacture a new sim in same number and give to me,next day i went to jayanagar vodaphone officie,,,after some process got a new sim with same number..they asked to pay 65 rupess to recarge..i paid..they told it will take 24 hours to activate,,after 48 hours i rang them,,asking why it is not activated till nw...they told we will call back..but till now there is no response....beacuse of this i have to face lots of pro..some important call have to come,,,due to vodaphone negligence,,,,i m suffering..and for your information i provided alternative number to them to get in touch with me,,,my vodaphone number is [protected] alternative number[protected]

Dear sir or mem plz help memy Vodafone number is [protected] last 2 days i have a problem of deducting extra call charges. the main problem is last 2 days when ever i call any local number Vodafone deduct 10 rupee per call after that i call customer care and tell him my problem but their answer is not satisfactory they tell me that you call isd numbers but actually m calling on local number every day i call that particular number but last 2 day the charge 10 rupee and the behavior or Vodafone executives to bed with me and now any one attend my call plz help me
