[Resolved]  Vodafone Kolkata — I am not satisfied with your product and service

The main reason why I am addressing this article is that, I am very much disappointed with the Kolkata circle, and the services that are being offered. Well first of all, I am not from Kolkata, I recently got transferred to this new location. I bought my connection (Prepaid), form a local vendor in Lake Town (to be precise on the 9th of May). The connection went live, within 1 working day..which seemed alright to me. For this, I had submitted my permanent address proof - that is my passport copy, to the vendor.
Then. the connection went debarred for 2 days, and the reason being - some issues with the documentation thing. I again submitted my documents, and the whole tenure (i.e. 2 days), went into the procedure. after the whole procedure, the connection went live again.
Now instantly, after a whole month - my connection has been debarred again (ie. on 14th July) . The same old reason - "Documentation Problem". Tell me this thing - why again. after a whole month, the problem arises once again.
I had a chat with the customer care, and the only answer that they have is - resubmit the documents. It seems like I have no work to do, except for submitting the documents again and again.
Please look into the matter, otherwise I would have to escalate it even further

Dear Sir / Mam,

Hi ! I am Hemant Singh Negi . I am using Vodafone No. from last 5 to 6 Year's. But recently i am facing a problem in this no.
1) My Customer Care No. is Stopped.
2) I am going in your vodafone center last tuesday in Peeragarhi nobody can handel seriouslly.
3) In my no your 10 Rs. bonus card not activate . I am recharge 3 bonus card in this month but when i was recharge then in my mobile message show recharge succesfully but after 4 hours no any message come of varification.

Pls take seriouslly other wise i stop this connection and all vodafone connection of my home.

ON 05/12/2009 AUTOMATICALLY SUBSCRIBED ME MISSED CALL ALERT SERVICE & DEDUCT 30/- FROM MY MOBILE NO-[protected] WHEN I CALLED TO HAPPY TO HELP HE IS ANSWER ME SEND SMS CAN MCI TO 144 AT THAT TIME I WILL SENDED SMS & HE IS ALSO REPLY ME REVERSEL OF RS 30/- ON YOUR ACCOUNT UPTO 48 HRS BUT AFTER 72 HRS WHEN CALLED CUSTUMER CARE HE IS REPLY ME YOUR SERVICE IS NOW ALREADY ACTIVATED I WILL NOT REVERSE 30/- BUT MY END SERVICE IS DEACTIVATED ON 06/12/09 BUT ON CUSTOMER CARE REQUEST I WAS AGAIN SMS TO 144 FOR DEACTIVATION THEN REPLY COMES YOU ARE NOT ACTIVATED FOR THIS SERVICE SO WHAT CAN I DO FOR THIS BAD SERVICE PROVIDER MY REQUEST NO IS [protected].

Vodafone — not satisfied with service

dear sir,
I Mr. Abdullah from Goregaon.I lost my sim card & now i want to issue duplicate sim card,but sim card is not my name.sim card is on my friend name.
i given all duplicate documents & photo of my freind, and original copy of my documents in goregaon(sundernagar) vodafonecenter but they are not accept it, they tell me that you bring your frinds original documents.and they are not communicate properly.I want to issue my sim card urgently. please solve my problem as soon as posibe.
