My Mobile number is [protected], customer of Vodafone for more than 5 years now. I was using Postpaid connection, though my usage was not that, my bill never use to come below[protected] with Sms plan and unlimited BBM Services activated.
Later I decided to change from postpaid to prepaid as I was not at all satisfied with the resolution of plan change given by one of Vodafone Exec in Vashi branch. In prepaid I activated unlimited BBM services paying 399, when I got this service activated from Koparkhairane branch, I was told that, in this plan, I will be getting unlimited browsing plus 1 GB, extra which would be used if I use any streaming website. Along with this, I was also told that, I can access BlackBerry App World and BlackBerry protect absolutely free. I would not be charged anything even if I download anything. But to my surprise, even if I access google, and try to search anything, I was charged 10 Paise per KB., when I visited Koparkhairane branch to find out as to why there was charges even to access google, though unlimited plan of BlackBerry is activated, I was told that I was using the wrong browser. Infront of the exec, I tried opening with the other browser suggested by him, but, to his surprise, I was charged again. According to him, these was a problem with my BlackBerry device and he told me to get it to blackberry center for checking. I got it checked and they found everything prefect. Later again, I went and spoke to your person, he got my SIM replaced mentioning that it is faulty. But even then with the new SIM card, I was charged 10 Paise per 10 KB. Later I spoke to Ajay from Koparkhairane branch, after a good discussion, he agreed that it's a fault from Vodafone's side and he refilled my account with all those charges which were charged for browsing and he told me to meet Mr Shrinivas in vashi branch. I could not meet him, but I spoke to Mr Bimraj, his reply for every question was, "THAT I CANNOT SAY", my question is, then what is he there for, to hatch eggs? I then spoke to Jacson aima and Rajendra sheety. They were so rude in talking and in hurry to go home that, they dint even help us resolving my query. I showed them that even after accessing BlackBerry App World, I am been charged. But I have to return with empty hands. Now my question is
1) If the plan is UNLIMITED, then why am I charged?
2) Why the SIM replaced?
3) Why Am I been charged to access even normal browser and App world?
4) What kind of that rude behaviour was with a lady?
All I want is to get this issue fixed. I will wait till this month end, else I will love to change the provider.

Vodafone — caller tune rental charge
One month before I was offered free one month caller tune (Vodafone music) but I did not respondedit. But surprisingly it was activated in my mobile. After one month (8.11.2009) I was informed that
I was charged Rs .30/- and the next rental for caller tune is due on 8.12.2009. I am having Vodafone
prepaid connection and the mobile No. is [protected]. Charging rental without my conern is highily
objectionable and is against rules and regulations. They shold refund the money they have charged
and should say sorry for their action
