hello iam a vodafone customer, me and my friends in search of one malayalam song that we want to set as callertune, song title NELAVINDE NEELA BHASMUM, FILM AGNIDEVAN. it is surprising me that this hit song not present in vodafone list. please upload this song for me.

This is regarding the cancellation of caller tune for Vodafone. I raised a complaint ( ref nbr :[protected] in November month. THis is not resolved yet and they deducted NOV-DEC rental also. I have been sending SMS message (CAN CT - 56789) for cancelling this and calling Customer care too. I am getting irrelevant and irresponsible answers from Vodafone customer care.

I am holding a prepaid connection on which Caller tune has been activated by mistake. Kindly Deactivate immediately

my number is [protected].i bougth vodafone magic box handset .In first month free callertune is not activated.In second month call from you & said that send the sms .The balance are deducted for that caller tune .Please pay the deducted balance of rs.30.

Without asking me Vodafone has activated caller tune rental, and is charging me Rs.30 every month for this. And I cannot spend hours trying to get their complaints department, which is always busy (I am sure intentionally - Rs.30 p.m. from thousands o[censored]sers like me is a lot of money!). How do I deactivate this?

I have never asked for caller tunes for my phone no.[protected].
For last few days my contacts are getting caller tune when called in my number. It is so annoying and not at all plesant to hear ' OM BHURPHA VASTUVA" which is chanted in irritating and rustic voice. PLEASE take away from my number immediately.

vodafone is operating my post paid account on my behalf, they activate caller tune change 2-3 times in a month and also deactivate without my knowledge, this is after confirming them that i do not need any caller tune (also given written request at drop box), is there any further action i can take to the company

pl take necessary action to cancel the caller tune of [protected] as soon as possible.

I`m a vodafone postpaid customer with a corporate connection.My cell no. is [protected].For the last almost two months from november to dec`2008, I`ve been in roaming and my caller tune didn`t work, although I paid the monthly rental.today I came back to Bangalore and called up customer services, one ms Mahalaxmi Iyer spoke to me and told me that my caller tune was working.actually its only after I landed in bangalore, it started working.So i need a refund of rs 60 for the rental that I`ve paid.

I am research scholar at CEERI, Pilani and my cell no. is [protected]. I just missed call to one of my friend ([protected]) who have caller tone on his cell, and a got a massage from 56789 that i have activated same caller tone. I never give any command but tone has been activated and my account has been deduced by 45 rupees. So kindly help me in this matter & please get me the money deduced back.

1- with out information amount deduction.
2- No detail about deduction with customer care staffs.
3-Misbehaviour
4-Hold the line for long time then discunnect.

3. movie - Metro, song- Rishte to nahi rishton ki parchayian mile.
4. movie - Page 3, song - kitne ajib rishte hain yahan ke
5. movie- kaante, song - mahi ve mohobatan sachiyan ne
6. movie- kaante, song - yaar mangeya se rabba tetho

For the 4th time I have been charged for a caller tune that I have not asked and each time 30 Rs. has been deducted. By a miracle I managed to get a rep. by the name of Yogesh on 111 and he resolved 1 debit and credited me with 30 Rs. and 2 hours later I got the CT activated again and debitted...In 1 week, I have been debitted 120 Rs. of which 30 Rs was given back. Is this a joke? What does a customer do in such a frustrating situation as 111 is impossible to get ? Pls. know that your marketing is not through the crores u spend on advtg. but through the service you deliver, which is disgusting and I shall not only go to another service but take my family and friends with me too; unless you want to resolve this problem ASAP

This is Sabitha and my complaint is that, even though i have'nt asked for any caller tune activation but i have been given a caller tune activation and deducted money for the same any making my balance to zero for which i suffered inconvinence.

Vodafone — falsely activate caller tune and charged twice

they say i copied caller tune by pressing star during call
BUT I DID NOT PRESS STAR.
TWICE I HAD BEEN CHARGED THE SAME WAY

New Complaint:

i have been looking out for rja - hindi version song - dil hai chota sa (female voice) caller tune but even vodafone centre doesn't have this caller tune. Surprising vodafone doesn't have one of A.R. Rehman's best compositon.
