During the purchase of the internet, they committed that, the internet plan (399 Rental/Month, Postpaid) whatever I have taken is an unlimited. I have an voice recording of your employee committing that it is an unlimited plan.

Please provide me an explanation why does your sales representative committed that this is an unlimited. Please define what do you mean by unlimited as far as internet usage concerned.
As far I know my usage might not exceed 7 to 8 Gigabytes. Do u mean to say, you are charging Rs.3882 for 8 GB usage. Kindly explain.
I have seen a similar customer complaint on that day I have taken the connection. He was having same problem. Your sales representative committed that, internet usage is unlimited and you charged him Rs.26000 in a month.
In case of failing explanation or unreasonable bill amount will lead to a legal action.

i got a call from one of the executive from vodafone for postpaid connection on 3/12/07.i asked him about the corporate plan because iam working with Airtel and i alredy have an employee connection.then he explained me one plan which is Corporate full value 199,i liked that plan and i booked one card.My vodafone no is [protected].but when i got the sim card and i called up customer care to know about my plan then they said that iam in full value199 plan.so kindly change my plan to corporate full value 199 Or deactivate my line as i dont require the current plan.
