[Resolved] Vodafone — Online Recharge | |||
I had tried to do a online recharge of Rs 100. The transaction was getting struck due to internet issues. I tried to do it twice. I didn't try it a third time. But my balance from the account has been deducted twice though my account has been recharged just once. I have tried to lodge a complaint with costumer care of vodafone but every time they disconnect my call. They disconnected my call 4 times. My bank passbook clearly shows that balance has been deducted twice. Please advice further action. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have recharged my mobile-[protected] - through online recharge facilty for Rs 51 .As per the information on the vodafone website RS.44.24 should be credited to my account.I got a message after the recharge and only 94 paise is credited.Rs 51 is debited from my account.I called vodafone customer care 3 times but nothing work out till now.I have only 2 prrof for this

I request you to investigate this matter and help me in getting the money back from Vodafone since I am not the customer of Vodafone.

I used to have a vodafone sim. i used online recharging of vadofone from its website https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/rechargeOnline.jsp. I had paid 20 rupees for 20 rs talktime coupon using internet banking my SBI ref.no. IGA1491340. the 20rs amount reduced from my account but i did not get talk time on my mob no.[protected].i have contacted to vodafone customer care executives but they did not give any satisfactory solution. please help me to get the talktime for which i have paid.

hai, I am gayathri, i recharged 50 Rs for my mobile through online recharge, but i didnt get recharge, my mobile balance also not credited so can you please accept my query and make to solve this issue please.....

I am vinu from bangalore. From the past 1 year am using vodafone mobile connection. Previously i was using so many mobile connection.But this much irresponsible customer care service i didn't see anyware.Today i recharged my moble through online, Form my bank it's debited to vodafone account, but still my mobile is not rechargd.Because of that i was contacted to the customer care.But i got an irresponsible response (from one lady) from there side.The last saturday also i lost my money because of the same problem.
