[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid — NUMBER NOT ACTIVATE DURING THE WEEK

I'M VIKRAM KUMAR FROM DELHI, ALREADY HAVE A VODAFONE NUMBER [protected], ON MY THIS NUMBER BEHALF VODAFONE OFFER ME A NEW ADDON NUMBER SERVICE ON LAST FRIDAY, REGARDING THIS SERVICE A NEW VODAFONE NUMBER [protected] ISSUED TO ME ON MONDAY, AFTER THAT I HAD BEEN SUFFERED A LOT OF PROBLEM WHICH IS RELATED TO THIS SERVICE ON THE FALSE STATEMENT PRESENTED IN FRONT OF ME, THATS TIME I WAS POSTED MY COMPLAINT THROUGH THIS SAME SITE, THEN I RECEIVED CALL FROM MR. PRASHANT CHAUDHARY ON WEDNESDAY, WHO ASSURED ME REGARDING SERVICES OFFERED TO ME AND MY NUMBER WILL BE ACTIVATE DURING THE 24 WORKING HOURS. BUT TILL NOW MY ADDON NUMBER NOT ACTIVATE. I ALSO GOT A LOT OF CALL DURING THIS PERIOD REGARDING CONFIRMATION, EVERY TIME I ASKED TO THEM IN HOW MUCH TIME YOU WILL ACTIVATE MY NUMBER. THEN ANY MS. SEEMA TOLD ME THAT YOUR NUMBER WILL BE ACTIVATED BY THE NEXT DAY I.E. ON THURSDAY. BUT WHEN I FOUND THAT MY NUMBER DIDN'T WORKING THEN I MAKE A LOT OF CALL TO VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ALSO ASSURED ME THAT YOUR NUMBER WILL BE ACTIVATE VERY SOON.
BUT PROBLEM IS NOW SAME WHICH IS BEFORE THIS WEEK. WHAT A GOOD SERVICE PROVIDE BY VODAFONE REALLY THIS IS FANTASTIC. AND I WILL BE THANKFULL FOR THIS KIND SERVICE WHICH THEY PROVIDE TO THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMER.
NOW I WANT TO SWITCH OFF MY THIS SERVICE SO PLEASE HELP ME HOW I CAN DISCHARGE MY THIS ADDON SERVICE AND WHAT THE PROCEDURE FOR REFUND MY SECURITY WHICH THEY TOOK FROM ME ON MONDAY ON BEHALF OF THIS ADDON SERVICE.

PLEASE HELP ME AGAIN AND I WANT TO BECOME FREE FROM THIS BURDEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Vodafone Post paid service — Activate my number

Dear Sir / Madam


This is Nityanand Tripathi, My Vodaphone Number is - [protected]


this is an request to activate my number / calls as there is no such
revision to close it

Having tried to reach Vodafone Customer Care by e-mail twice in the last
week (both times receiving an automatic response but nothing afterwards.


if cant do anything plz discus with me to close the number.


plz responce asap.

Vodafone — number not activate

on 23 feb 2011 outgoing calls and message service was stopped by vodafone on my number [protected] & [protected] due to verification. i submitted my documents in vodafone store on 26 feb and they said my number will be activate in 72 hrs but still my number not activate by them.... i visit vodafone store 4 times and request them sir plz activate my number. every time they said plz wait 24 hrs.... still my numbers are not activate by the.
