[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid — no proper service

My vodafone number is [protected],i have around 2-3 connections from vodafone postpaid and this numbers are used by my family members,after complaining nuber of times that we cant make outgoing calls & incomeing calls at our residence due no proper network.Till today there is no help from vodafone and when i say them they say that if your not happy with us kindly change the service provider and they keep on making useless chargers on my numbers,i have complaint many times but no use......they send some legal notices at our residens but no help for making network strong....

Vodafone — no proper service

Ihave been calling customer care ...from 3rd april but none of them solved my problem...inspite of giving me loads of assurances ...
I have recently changed to life time plan and trying to activate my FSMS offer...
i approached many but till now my offer is not in use
i hope some one could check out the problem and sort it out

Vodafone Postpaid Connection — ECS not avticve, nor informed status

My ECS was declined last month connection was barred for not paying the bill without informing me the reason of ECS decline so that I will correct it.

i have vodafone number [protected] last 3 or 4 years.[protected] is my due date of bill. some call came from vodafone, shweta was on that side she remind me to pay the bill and i replied sent u r executive then she told ok and sent one guy for receiving bill i gave him 720 rupees and he gave me receipt against payment. the receipt is misplaced by me and vodafone disconnect my number or barred. so i want to get the incoming detail of my mobile no. [protected] on[protected] so i can call that particular person who called me on[protected] for collecting bill payment and get the receipt number.
my complaint is on net service of vodafonelive, it has been activated from your side but i can't use the facility please help out me from this problem early, because i want to use this service.

Vodafone — connectivity is not proper

Vodafone service in goa becaome very poor from last two months or may be more, there is always connectivity problem phone gets cut in betweeen while talking. My office is in kakoda goa i cannot get clear signals in my office now a days otherside person cannot hear me if i talk from my office i have to come out and talk, even than the phone cuts while talking or range gose in between. Same problem i face many places. I am staying at Margao Ambajim the same problem i face i cannot talk from my house as i am not getting signal in my house i use to come out and talk even than same problem i face now a days, other companies like Idea, BSNL i had checked at my home and even in factory are working well.
I want to switch over to either of the companies soon but i even advide other not to go fro vodafone.
We had taken 15 post paid connections of plan Corp Super Saver 199 mobile nos.from [protected] to 74.
It was discussed by ur vodafone representative Shri Gyanendra Singh (Business Manager:Galaxzee Marketing Services) that the calls within Maharashtra will be considered as local calls only.
But our members at Satara, Kasara, Lonavala etc within the group connection are unable to make calls since calls have been charged with roaming.
To top the above, the mails that we have mailed to the above mentioned representative and to [protected]@yahoo.com have been unattended and the calls made to him are bein disconnected.
Hopefully our grievences will get solved otherwise we are not interested in continuing your services ne mre.

I am Vodafone card user since more than seven (7) years.
Recently my service provided by vodafone has been stopped that is if anyone calls me up than i wasnt able to view the number as who is calling.
So, I called up the customer care and i was told to submit the documents as per the rules of DOT.
I submitted the documents to the nearest vodafone store and then i was said by the person taking the documents that my service would be started in just 4 hours.
But then till 24 hours my service didn't start up and I again calld the customer care and i was told that the service to start requires a time period of atleast 48hours. So then I waited but still after 48 hours my service didn't start up. Again i called the customer care and then he lodged a complaint upon my request and after much discussion and then was told to confirm again with the nearest Vodafone store that are my documents needed to be sent again???

This is a really bad service provided by vodafone.

Vodafone — no proper network

My name is moiz,n I have been having problem with the network for using phone and blackbery services as I have called too many times and have disputed for network coverage which is very poor in my surroundings,therr have been agents who have disconected my calss n there are managers who never allows u too talk accept a few who r helpfull,but its not worth becoz at the end they chrge u anyway for the services which u don't get better services for.I am havin problems for [protected] and [protected]

Vodafone — Not a proper service

I didn't get any proper service from vodafone customer care . from today 11am i didn't connect my net from vodafone i speek many times to vodafone customer executive as of now i didn't get any call from them . Am using the mobile portability facility, before using this service am a BSNL customer . can you please solve my problem My mob number is [protected]
I talked a lot with kerala call centre excutives for a failed prepade mobile rechare done through online netbanking

Transcation was done on 31/08/2011, amount was debited from my A/c but recharge is not done...never got an resolution or satisfactory reply from Vodafone
